Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):425-426
ObjectiveTo study the effect of ultrasound transdermal drug delivery combining with semiconductor laser on chronic pelvic inflammation disease(CPID).Methods80 CPID patients were divided into two groups randomly: 40 cases for treating group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery and semiconductor laser. 40 cases for the control group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery only. After 30 days of treating, a Condition-Score was assessed. ResultsIn the treating group, 18 cured, 19 remarkable effective, 3 effective, which was significant improved compared with that in the control group, 6 cases cured, 21 cases remarkably effect,10 cases effective, 3 case ineffective(P<0.01).ConclusionUltrasound transdermal drug delivery combined with semiconductor laser is more effective on chronic pelvic inflammation disease.
2.Predictive factors of gestational diabetes mellitus
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Gestational diabetes mellitus is detrimental to the health of both the mother and the fetus, and therefore greater attention is being paid to the earlier diagnosis and treatment of the condition. This article offers an overview of the research progress in the predictive factors of gestational diabetes mellitus.
3.Etiological factors of fetal macrosomia
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
The infant with macrosomia has been the focus of attention and controversy for some time, and fetal macrosomia affects neonatal and maternal morbidity and mortality. This review summarized the etiological factors of fetal macrosomia.

5.Advancement in diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome
International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1261-1264
Acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARNS) is a group of eye syndrome.Acute uveitis, retinal artery occlusive vasculitis, fused necrotic retinitis and late stage of retinal detachment is the main clinical manifestation.A part of patients may be associated with increased intraocular pressure. The etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear completely and most people think that may be related to the virus infection, which mainly to reflected to be herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV), EB virus and giant cell virus (CMV) infection. Its diagnosis mainly depends on clinical manifestation, examination and etiological examination.Acute retinal necrosis syndrome is urgent and develops quickly, and it is lack of specific clinical symptoms in early times.By the way, it enjoys high misdiagnosis rate and poor prognosis. It is hard to cure, therefore, it is an important reason for the blindness.Once diagnosed, treatment should be adopted by carrying local and systemic antiviral, preventive laser photocoagulation in time.At the same time, it is essential that vitreous body resection combine with silicone oil tamponade treatment when necessary. The study shows that the effective measures of early treatment will be able to prevent disease progression and improve visual acuity. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome is very important. In this paper, combination of the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome were reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2001;34(2):101-102
Objective To investigate the levels of cytokines in sera of patients with various types of psoriasis. Methods Six cytokines, sIL-2R、 IL-2、 -4、 -10、 -12 and IFN-γ , were detected by sandwich ELISA in the sera from 15 patients with guttate psoriasis, 23 plaque psoriasis, 9 pustular psoriasis, 9 arthropathic psoriasis and 9 erythrodermic psoriasis. Results Significantly higher levels of cytokines were observed in guttate psoriasis for sIL-2R (P<0.01), in plaque psoriasis for IL-4,-12 and sIL-2R (P< 0.05 or < 0.01), in pustular psoriasis for IL-4 and -10 (P< 0.05), in arthropathic psoriasis for IL-10 (P< 0.01), in comparison with the controls. The levels of the six cytokines were increased in erythrodermic psoriasis with no significant difference from the controls. The ratio of the average level of IL-4 to IFN-γ was 1.57 in pustular psoriasis, 0.61 in plaque psoriasis, 0.30 in gutatte psoriasis, 0.24 in erythrodermic psoriasis, and 0.02 in arthropathic psoriasis. Conclusion There is different expression of cytokines in sera of patients with various types of psoriasis.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
砄bjective: To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) on calcification function of human dental pulp cells(HDPCs) in vitro . Methods: HDPCs cells were exposed to calcitonin gene related peptide at the dosages(mol/L) of 10 -12 , 10 -10 and 10 -8 for 3,6,9, 12 and 15 days respectively. Cell growth was studied by cell counting , alkaline phosphatase(AL) by a AL kit, osteocalin by immunoradiological tecnique and type I collagen mRNA expression by RT PCR. Results: CGRP did not show any effect on the growth of HDPCs, but it increased the expression of AL, osteocalin and type I collagen mRNA in HDPCs in a dose dependent and not time dependent manner. Conclusion: CGRP plays an important role in promoting differentiation and calcification function of HDPCs

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 1999;0(01):-
Objective To construct the eukaryotic expression plasmids of Mycobacterium tuberculosis ESAT-6 antigen and to investigate its immunogenicity in mice. Methods The sequence encoding ESAT-6 was amplified by PCR from Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv genomic DNA. Then, the amplified fragment was sub-cloned into pVAC expression vector. The eukaryotic expression plasmid pVAC-ESAT-6 was transfected into Vero E6 cells with liposome. The mRNA expression of pVAC-esat-6 in Vero E6 cells was detected by RT-PCR and its expression product was analyzed by Western-blot. The plasmid pVAC-esat-6 was introduced into the mice by gene gun injection. The specific antibody to ESAT-6 and the level of IFN-? in supernatant of spleno-lymphocyte cultures were detected by ELISA methods. Results The recombinant plasmid pVAC-esat-6 was successfully constructed, and the expression of ESAT-6 was also detected in vitro. After vaccinated three times, the mice produced specific antibody and the level of IFN-? in supernatant of spleno-lymphocyte cultures in group of pVAC-esat-6 was significantly higher than group of vector alone (P
