Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):425-426
ObjectiveTo study the effect of ultrasound transdermal drug delivery combining with semiconductor laser on chronic pelvic inflammation disease(CPID).Methods80 CPID patients were divided into two groups randomly: 40 cases for treating group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery and semiconductor laser. 40 cases for the control group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery only. After 30 days of treating, a Condition-Score was assessed. ResultsIn the treating group, 18 cured, 19 remarkable effective, 3 effective, which was significant improved compared with that in the control group, 6 cases cured, 21 cases remarkably effect,10 cases effective, 3 case ineffective(P<0.01).ConclusionUltrasound transdermal drug delivery combined with semiconductor laser is more effective on chronic pelvic inflammation disease.

5.Advancement in diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome
International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1261-1264
Acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARNS) is a group of eye syndrome.Acute uveitis, retinal artery occlusive vasculitis, fused necrotic retinitis and late stage of retinal detachment is the main clinical manifestation.A part of patients may be associated with increased intraocular pressure. The etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear completely and most people think that may be related to the virus infection, which mainly to reflected to be herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV), EB virus and giant cell virus (CMV) infection. Its diagnosis mainly depends on clinical manifestation, examination and etiological examination.Acute retinal necrosis syndrome is urgent and develops quickly, and it is lack of specific clinical symptoms in early times.By the way, it enjoys high misdiagnosis rate and poor prognosis. It is hard to cure, therefore, it is an important reason for the blindness.Once diagnosed, treatment should be adopted by carrying local and systemic antiviral, preventive laser photocoagulation in time.At the same time, it is essential that vitreous body resection combine with silicone oil tamponade treatment when necessary. The study shows that the effective measures of early treatment will be able to prevent disease progression and improve visual acuity. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome is very important. In this paper, combination of the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome were reviewed.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
砄bjective: To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) on calcification function of human dental pulp cells(HDPCs) in vitro . Methods: HDPCs cells were exposed to calcitonin gene related peptide at the dosages(mol/L) of 10 -12 , 10 -10 and 10 -8 for 3,6,9, 12 and 15 days respectively. Cell growth was studied by cell counting , alkaline phosphatase(AL) by a AL kit, osteocalin by immunoradiological tecnique and type I collagen mRNA expression by RT PCR. Results: CGRP did not show any effect on the growth of HDPCs, but it increased the expression of AL, osteocalin and type I collagen mRNA in HDPCs in a dose dependent and not time dependent manner. Conclusion: CGRP plays an important role in promoting differentiation and calcification function of HDPCs

Objective To assess the operation time of laparoscopic operation for acute cholecystitis by Meta analysis. Methods The methods of computer literature retrieval and manual search were used to collect the research on the timing of laparoscopic surgery for acute cholecystitis in recent years, and the random effects model was used to conduct the Meta analyze. The quality of the literature was evaluated, and then the RevMan5.0.21 software was used to calculate the RR value and 95%CI of the operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative complications. Results A total of 13 articles were included in the Meta analysis,9 in Chinese,4 in English,2535 for a total number of cases,1401 in the early operation group,1134 in the delayed operation group, and 10 papers for low risk of bias,3 papers for bias risk.Meta analysis of the random effects model showed that the operation time of the early operation group was significantly shorter than that of the delayed operation group(P=0.00,RR=-20.25,95%CI=-24.97~15.33),and the intraoperative blood loss was also significantly reduced(P=0.00,RR=-12.58,95%CI=-29.36~5.78),then the postoperative complications were also significantly reduced(P=0.00,RR=0.63,95%CI=0.47~0.84).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of acute cholecystitis in patients with 72h could not only shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding, but also had a significant effect on reducing postoperative complications.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Tiao Qi(supplementing the kidney and regulating qi) needling in treating perimenopausal syndrome.Method Fifty patients were randomized into two groups, 25 cases each. The treatment group was intervened by Bu Shen Tiao Qineedling combined with electroacupuncture, while the control group was by shallow needling plus sham electroacupuncture. Kupperman Index (KI) wasobserved respectively before treatment, after 2-week and 4-week treatment, and in the 4-week follow-up study. The differences of scores and improvements of the 13 symptoms listed in KI were calculated.Result The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group versus 44.0% in the control group; in the treatment group, the KI scores after 2-week treatment and in the 4-week follow-up study were significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.05), and a more significant difference was found after 4-week treatment (P<0.01); the between-group differences were statistically significant in comparing KI (P<0.05).Conclusion Bu Shen Tiao Qineedling can produce a satisfactory efficacy in treating perimenopausal syndrome.

Methods Six cytokines, sIL-2R、 IL-2、- 4、-10、-12 and IFN-? , were detected by sandwich ELISA in the sera from 15 patients with guttate psoriasis, 23 plaque psoriasis, 9 pustular psoriasis, 9 arthropathic psoriasis and 9 erythrodermic psoriasis. Results Significantly hig her levels of cytokines were observed in guttate psoriasis for sIL-2R (P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2014;16(9):1227-1229
Objective To investigate the correlations of the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),and low density lipoprotein (LDL) with tumor node metastasis (TNM) staging and Lauren's classification in gastric cancer. Methods The blood lipid levels of 157 cases of gastric cancers,80 cases of benign gastric diseases, and 80 cases of normal subjects were detected by the Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemical instrument, and these values were statistically compared with SPSS 19.0.Results The contents of serum TC,HDL,and LDL in the group of gastric cancers were lower than those in the groups of normal subjects and benign gastric diseases (P < 0.05).The contents of serum HDL levels were decreased with the increase of the TNM stage in patients with gastric cancer, and were all lower than the benign gastric diseases and the health control group (P < 0.05).No statistically significant correlation was found in the levels of serum TC,HDL,and LDL in Lauren's histological types of gastric cancers (P <0.05).Conclusions Abnormal lipid metabolism had already appeared in gastric cancer, and the decreased serum HDL levels was correlated with TNM stage of gastric cancer.Detection of the changes of lipid levels in patients might be beneficial to the screening and prognosis of gastric cancer.
