The study of peptide drugs has been an important direction in research and development of new drugs. However, lots of natural macromolecular peptides are limited in clinical use by their metabolic instability and low bioavailability. In recent years, the active small peptidomimetics open up a new hotspot of peptide drug development with the characteristics of low molecular weight, high bioactivity and structural modification. Many peptidomimetics are on the market or on the clinical study. This paper elaborated the small peptidomimetics approved by American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from 2005 to 2014, and reviewed their researching status with source, synthetic method, chemical structure, marketing time, indication, clinical efficacy and safety. Research prospects in this field were discussed.

Acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARNS) is a group of eye syndrome.Acute uveitis, retinal artery occlusive vasculitis, fused necrotic retinitis and late stage of retinal detachment is the main clinical manifestation.A part of patients may be associated with increased intraocular pressure.The etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear completely and most people think that may be related to the virus infection, which mainly to reflected to be herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV), EB virus and giant cell virus (CMV) infection.Its diagnosis mainly depends on clinical manifestation, examination and etiological examination.Acute retinal necrosis syndrome is urgent and develops quickly, and it is lack of specific clinical symptoms in early times.By the way, it enjoys high misdiagnosis rate and poor prognosis.It is hard to cure, therefore, it is an important reason for the blindness.Once diagnosed, treatment should be adopted by carrying local and systemic antiviral, preventive laser photocoagulation in time.At the same time, it is essential that vitreous body resection combine with silicone oil tamponade treatment when necessary.The study shows that the effective measures of early treatment will be able to prevent disease progression and improve visual acuity.Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome is very important.In this paper, combination of the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome were reviewed.

Objective To find out the change of bone density in premenopausal women with systemic scleroderma (SSc) and its association with gluecorticosteroid.Methods Using a clinical bone densitometer manufactured by British McCue CuBA Cobroadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) and velocity of sound (VOS) were measured at the left heel bone in 58 premenopausal patients with systemic scleroderma.Among them,35 patients had taken gluecorticosteroid,and the other 23 had not.Levels of serum estradiol (E 2) in 19 out of 58 patients with systemic scleroderma were determined and compared with healthy controls.Results Levels of broadband ultrasound attenuation and velocity of sound measured in permenopausal patients with systemic scleroderma who had taken gluecorticosteroid were significantly lower than those in ones who had not taken gluecorticoseroid ( P 0 05).Conclusion The bone mineral density and the level of BUA and VOS in premenopausal patients with systemic scleroderma,who had taken gluecorticosteroid,are obviously decreased,but there is no significant difference between patients without taking gluecorticosteroid and healthy controls.It indicates that systemic scleroderma is no dangerous factor of osteoporosis.And bone density in premenopausal patients with systemic scleroderma is related with the patients who have taken gluecorticosteroid for a long time.

AlM: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated with noses and eyes.
METHODS: To retrospectively analyze 39 nasosinusitis patients with the symptoms of eyes as the primary presentation during 2006. 3-2013. 6.
RESULTS:Among the 39 cases, 37 recovered, 2 cases with malignant tumor, which were confirmed by orbital CT scan, sinus CT scan and endoscopic examination.
CONCLUSlON: Some nasal disease without nasal symptoms in the early stage, so patients consult doctors for symptoms of eyes. lf oculists know little about these diseases, it may lead to a high misdiagnosis rate with those patients. Oculists should realize it and get more knowledge to afford the patients timely diagnosis and proper treatments. Objective To explore the role of focus intervention mode in improving the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of newly-contracted nurses. Methods A total of 100 nurses selected as the survey subjects by means of convenient sampling method, were numbered consecutively and divided into observation group and control group by random digit number table. The observation group was intervened with conventional mental consultation and the observation group with the WeChat-based focus intervention mode, which included the use of past-oriented questions and answers for understanding their strength and sources, future-oriented presuppositions and miracle-oriented questions for their thinking of resolutions to future problems. The two groups were compared in terms of general self-efficacy and well-being by the general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and the overall well-being scale (GWB). Results Before intervention , the total scores on GSES and GWB of the observation groups were insignificantly higher than those of the control group (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The We-Chat-based focus intervention mode can effectively improve the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of newly-contracted nurses.

Bioavailability of selenium in Se enriched mushroom, Pleurstus ostreatus, was assayed with Se depleted rats. The selenium status in rats including blood, liver Se levels and erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity was evaluated. Young male SD rats were first fed with basal Se deficient diet for 4 weeks, followed by either continued depletion or repletion for another 3 weeks with 0.51, 0.75, 1.91, 3.18?g Se as sodium selenite, and 0.45, 0.72, 1.59, 3.41?g Se as Se enriched mushrooms per gram of diet for each group of rats respectively. Both Se levels in blood and in liver and erythrocyte GSH-Px activity were enhanced significantly with the increasing dietary Se contents. The relative bioavailability of selenium (taken selenite as 100%) in the Se enriched mushroom (P.ostreatus) was 66.66% based on the criteria of blood Se level, or 125.0% of liver Se level, or 123.42% of erythrocyte GSH-Px activity respectively. These results demonstrated that Se enriched mushroom (P.ostreatus) was an excellent dietary Se source.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with esberitox for recurrent oral ulcer.Methods Forty-six patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into treatment group of 22 patients and control group of 24 patients by random digits table method.The patients in treatment group were given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel and esberitox.The patients in control group were given the watermelon frost spray only.After treatment for 1 week,the curative effect was compared.Results The cure rate in treatment group was 90.9％ (20/22),which was significantly higher than that in control group (66.7％,16/24),and there was significant difference (P ＜0.05).The time of pain vanish,oral ulcer decrease,oral ulcer healing in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and there were significant differences (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with esberitox for recurrent oral ulcer can promote ulcer healing,shorten the course of disease,and has no adverse reaction.It is worthy of applying in clinic.
