2.Efficacy of escitalopram in acute schizophrenia and depression and its influence on blood parameters with disease

Objective To analyze the application effect of escitalopram in the patients with acute schizophrenia with depression and influence situation for the disease related blood indexes.Methods 84 patients with acute schizophrenia with depression in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study object, and they were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment group)42 cases and observation group( conventional treatment and escitalopram group ) 42 cases, then the total effective rates, plasma free amino acids and stress hormones indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group at different time after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the plasma free amino acids after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), serum stress hormones were all lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the differences of two groups were all significant.Conclusion The application effect of escitalopram in the patients with acute schizophrenia with depression is better, and it also has active improvement role for the disease related blood indexes of patients.
3.Effects of Weiyanxiao on Basal Gastric-acid Secretion and Gastrin-induced Gastric-acid Secretion in Anesthetized Rats

6.Effect of Weiyanxiao Granule on Experimental Gastric Ulcer

To observe the effect of Weiyanxiao Granule (WG) in counteracting experimental gastric ulcer,acute lesion of gastric mucosa and to investigate its anti-inflammation and analgesic actions.Acute gastric ulcer models induced by stress or indomethacin, chronic gastric ulcer models induced by acetic acid and models with acute lesion of gastric mucosa induced by hydrochloride-ethanol or 0.2 mol?L -1 sodium hydroxide were used to observe the effect of WG in counteracting experimental gastric ulcer and acute lesion of gastric mucosa. Anti-inflammation action of WG was observed on mouse models with auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene, rat models with pedal swelling induced by white egg and rat models with granuloma induced by embedding tampon. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kuijieling Decoction on experimental ulcerative colitis rats.Methods Ulcerative colitis rat model was induced by enteroclysis with trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid(TNBS).Three dosages(18.3 g/kg,9.2 g/kg,4.6 g/kg)of Kuijieling Decoction were used to treat the model rats.After treatment,the serum of rats were obtained to detect the level of IL-1? by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Then the rats were killed for the observation of the colonic pathologic changes by naked eye and for the estimation of the damage scores of colon mucosa.Finally,the colon tissue was fixed to make pathological section and the damage index of colon mucosa was observed under microscope.Results The tissue damage scores of high-and moderate-dosage groups of Kuijieling Decoction were(2.41? 0.79)and(2.83? 0.71)respectively,and were significantly lower than that of model control group(3.75? 0.75;P

9.Simultaneous Determination of Eleven Ulta-violet Absorbents in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

An accurate, fast and sensitive method based on high performance liquid chromatography was established for the simultaneous determination of eleven ultra-violet absorbents in cosmetics. Eleven ultra-violet absorbents were baseline separated on an Acclaim C18 column within 11. 5 min using acetonitrile-0. 1%formic acid in water ( V/V) mobile phase, and detected at 361 nm with UV detection. Under the optimized conditions, the relative standard derivations ( RSDs) of the eleven ultra-violet absorbents were all less than 0. 1% for retention time, and less than 1. 2% for peak area; good linearity was obtained from 5 to and 500 mg/L with the correlation coefficients of above 0 . 9990 for these analytes; the recoveries spiked in a cosmetic sample were in the range of 77% -116%. Benzophenone-3, butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, ethylhexylsalicylatec and homosalate were found in the detected cosmetic samples, and the concentration of homosalate was the highest. The results indicated that this method had potential for applications due to its convenience, accuracy and sensitivity. Oxybenzone, butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, 2-ethylhexyl salicylatec and homosalate were found in the detected cosmetic samples, and the concentration of homosalate was the highest.
10.Effect of Blood-activating and Stasis-removing Herbs on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Gastric Mucosa Cells in Experimental Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Rats
