Abstract: Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of bloodstream infection in Fujian Province, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Bacteria identification and antimicrobial susceptibility test were carried out on the isolated strains of blood culture samples in 31 medical institutions in Fujian Province according to the unified plan. The data were statistically analyzed by WHONET 5.6 software according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) drug sensitivity executive standard in 2021. Results After removing the duplicate strains, 10 356 strains of bacteria were collected, including 3 668 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (35.4%) and 6 688 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (64.6%). The top 5 bacteria are Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, coagulase negative Staphylococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In this study, the detection rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was 24.5%, and the detection rate of methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococcus aureus (MRCNS) was 76.8%. Vancomycin, teicoplanin and linezolid resistant staphylococci were not found. The detection rate of penicillin resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae was 3.2%. Vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium were 0.8% and 1.1% respectively. The resistance rate of Escherichia coli to carbapenems was 0.8%, and the resistance rate to levofloxacin was 41.9%; the resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae to carbapenems was 15.0%. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenems was 45.1%; the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was only 14.2%, and it maintained a high sensitivity to most drugs. Conclusions Most bloodstream infections in Fujian Province are caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus. The drug resistance of some strains is not optimistic, so we should continue to strengthen the clinical application management of antibiotics and use them correctly and reasonably. Emodin is one of the main active ingredient of Rheum palmatum, and has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and other effects. In recent years, it arouse concern since it has a significant anti-tumor effect with low toxicity. In this paper we mainly report the anti-cancer effects of emodin according to the studies of the past five years, including four parts such as inhibit tumor growth, inhibit migration and invasion, enhance the efficacy of combination therapy, increase chemosensitivity and attenuated side effects. We hope that our work may provide a reference for further study.

Objective To analyze the risk factors on type 2 diabetic with foot ulcer.Methods 69diabetic foot patients were involved in the study.According to ulcer,patients were divided into the ulcer group(n=25)and the no-ulcer group (n=44).FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,BUN,Cr.CRP were examined.T-test and chi-square test were used to assess the risk factors on diabetic foot patients with clure.Results Compared with the no-ulce group,the ulcer grou were associated with HDL and CRP.Chi-square-test demonstrated a statistically significant difference between the groups with ulcer and no-ulcer grou on incidence of hypertension and ulcer in diabetic foot patients(P

Objective:To investigate whether the mindfulness training can reduce the aggression level and im-prove the sleeping quality among incarcerated people.Methods:Fifty-four male criminals were recruited into the study.They were divided into mindfulness training group (n =25)and control group (n =29).The training group took mindfulness exercise once a week for 6 weeks.While the participants in waiting list control group waited for 6 weeks without intervention.After 6-week mindfulness training for training group and post-assessment for all partici-pants,the waiting list control group went into 6-week mindfulness training.The Five Facet Mindfulness Question-naire (FFMQ),Aggression Questionnaire (AQ)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)were assessed before and after the intervention.Results:There were 19 valid data in training group,and 21 in control group.After 6-week training,the score difference between pre-and post-assessment of FFMQ (P <0.01 )was higher in the training group than in the control group,and the difference of AQ (P <0.01)and PSQI (P <0.01)was lower in training group than in the control group.Conclusion:The results suggest that 6-week mindfulness training could effectively reduce the aggression level and improve the sleep quality in the long-term incarcerated males.

Objective:To assess the survival-predictive value of TNM and Lugano staging systems in patients with primary gastro-intestinal lymphoma (PGL). Methods:A total of 73 patients with PGL were recruited from February 2001 to August 2013. All patients were diagnosed according to the TNM and Lugano staging systems. Five-year survival rate was used as the major clinical outcome. Sur-vival curves were plotted using the Kaplan–Meier method and analyzed with the log-rank test. The prognostic value of different vari-ables for clinical outcomes was assessed using the Cox multiple regression model. Results:The median follow-up time of surviving pa-tients was 42.4 months (range:1.3-158.6 months). The estimated 5-year overall survival rate was 77.82%. When diagnosed with the TNM system, the 5-year survival rates in stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, andⅣwere 100%, 90.0%, 67.4%, and 22.2%, respectively (χ2=17.7956, P=0.0005). When staged by the Lugano system, the 5-year survival rates in stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅡE , andⅣwere 100%, 100%, 70.7%, and 46.2%, respectively (χ2=15.6776, P=0.0013). Cox analysis showed that the invasion depth (T) (P=0.0181) and metastasis (M) (P=0.0031) were covariates that were prognostically significant for the overall survival. Conclusion:The TNM staging system is more ac-curate than the Lugano system in predicting the 5-year survival rate of patients with PGL.
