1.Advance of Taiji Quan in Fall Prevention for Old People in Community (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(9):1072-1076
Fall has seriously impaired the quality of life of old people. The main risk factors for fall in the old people are concerned with balance dysfunction which is caused by ageing. Taiji Quan exercise can promote the lower limb muscle strength, proprioception, neuro-muscular reaction, gait and cognition of the old people, that plays a role in fall prevention.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(13):1968-1969
Objective To discuss the differential diagnosis value of sICAM-1,VEGF and CRP in benign and malignant pleural effusion. Methods The levels of sICAM-1,VEGF and CBP were detected in 46 cases of malignant pleural effusion and 43 cases of benign pleund effusion. Results The levels and positive rates of sICAM-1,VEGF in malignant pleural effusion group was significantly higher than those in benign pleural effusion group ( t =7.125、6.271,x2 =33.929,all P < 0.05 ),while CRP was significantly lower than that in benign effusion group ( t =5.963,x2 =31.430,all P <0.05).Conclusion The levels of sICAM-1,VEGF and CBP were significantly different between benign and malignant pleural effusion, which could be selected as the indexes for discriminating benign and malignant pleural effusion.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;37(7):171-173,176
Objective To determine the iodine content of iodine-rich herbal and analyze the effective factors. Methods Iodine contents of seaweed at different alkali ashing temperature, such as 200℃,300℃,400℃,500℃and 600℃were determined, then the optimum ashing temperature were selected.Mixed ashing auxiliary including potassium carbonate, zinc sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chlorate were added in samples of iodine-rich herbal, and ashed at the optimum ashing temperature for 2h.The ash was dissolved in deionized water.Iodine content of iodine-rich herbal was determined with As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry. Results The optimum ashing temperature was 300℃;the standard curve regression equation:A =-6.91 ×10 -3C +1.0306,r =0.999 3;iodine content of seaweed,Kunbu and Haidai was 0.829 mg/g,0.343 mg/g and 0.864 mg/g respectively;recovery rates before ashing of seaweed,Haidai and Kunbu were 83.19%,81.47% and 80.32% respectively;91.24%,93.43% and 95.86% after ashing. Conclusion Iodine is rich in iodine-rich herbal, the optimum ashing temperature is 300 ℃,and As3+ -Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry is stable and accurate as a determination method of iodine content of herbal.

Objective To ascertain clinical experience and toxic reactions of treating NSCLC by Gefitinib(Iressa). Methods Clinical data of 51 NSCLC cases were collected and analyzed who were treated with Iressa from Mar.2004 to Mar.2006.Evaluations were made about curative effects, quality of life, mean survival time, time to progression and toxic reactions. Results Fifty-one patients were all followed up.Total mitigative rate of the focus was 29.4%,total control rate was 66.7%,and alleviative rate of clinical symptoms was 62.7%.The difference of KPS grades in 4 weeks was significant.Mean survival time of all the patients was 8.2 months.Time to progression was 6.1 months.Ⅲ~Ⅳ grades of toxic reaction were not found. Conclusion Gefitinib may obviously improve the clinical symptom and QOL of the NSCLC patients, and it has good tolerance to treat NSCLC.It is a kind of molecule-target medicine suited with Chinese.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To explore the changes and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP3) during wound healing in rat. Methods Wound fluids and dermal pluripotent stem cells (DPSCs) were isolated with routine method from rats, and they were purified and expanded. Wound fluid was collected on the first day to serve as wound microenvironment, then the responses of DPSCs to wound fluids were investigated, and the expression of MMP3 protein in DPSCs was determined by immunohistochemistry staining. Meanwhile, animal models were repruduced with cutaneous incision and suturing, and the animals were respectively assigned to intractable wound group, in which rats received whole body irradiation, and simple wound group, in which no irradiation was given. The rats were sacrificed on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th day posttrauma (n=5 each), and specimens of wound tissue were harvested, fixed with 10% formalin solution. Twenty four hours later, the samples were dehydrated and embeded, then paraffin section were made. Paraffin sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. Light microscopy was used to observe the pathological changes in wounds. Five randomly selected fields were observed under a ?40 objective to evaluate the histological features, especially the amount of tissue repairing cells in wounds. Furthermore, MMP3 contents in wound sites were determined by immunohistochemistry assay and image analysis. Results The expression of MMP3 in DPSCs increased significantly after stimulation by wound fluids. MMP3 contents in rats of simple wound group increased significantly, especially in the dermal tissues, and the peak value appeared 5-7 days after trauma. MMP3 contents in rats of intractable wound group were significantly less than those of simple wound group, and the time when the peak value appeared was also delayed till the 10th day after trauma. Conclusions MMP3 may be an important substrate involved in wound healing. DPSCs may participate in the processes of wound repairing via high expression of MMP3.

[Objective]To evluate the influence of subacromial space caused by the relative position of acromion and humeral head, and to provide theoretical guidance for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome.[Method]From October 2006 to March 2007,31 shoulders(13 men and 18 women with average age of 54.3)with subacromial impingement syndrome, from our department, were selected to form the patient group,An age and gender-matched of 40 asymptomatic shoulders(18 men and 22 women with average age of 52.8)formed the control group. The acromion index was measured on the Grashey view. The distance from the glenoid plane to the lateral border of the acromion was divided by the distance from the glenoid plane to the lateral aspect of the humeral head to calculate the acromion index.[Result]The average acromion index(and standard deviation)was(0.72?0.05),in patient group,(0.61?0.04)in the asymptomatic, normal shoulders. The difference between the index in the shoulders with subacromial impingement syndrome and the index in normal shoulder was highly significantly(P

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(24):1912-1914
The brain -derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)plays an important role in the development and function of the nervous system.BDNF controls the neuronal survival, differentiation, growth of dendrites and axons,for-mation of synapse, neuronal plasticity and the basic process of learning and memory through a variety of ways, the dys-regulation of which is probably the important molecular mechanism responsible for the onset of autism spectrum disor-der.The research advance on preclinical research and clinical research between BDNF and autism spectrum disorder is reviewed in this paper.
