Objective To explore the effect of different hemostatic methods on ovarian function in la-paroscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst enucleation. Methods 200 cases of stage I and II ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Apr. 2014 were selected. All patients underwent conventional la-paroscopic ovarian endometrial endometriosis cyst enucleation. According to intraoperative hemostasis methods, patients were divided into 3 groups: suture group (n=70), electric coagulation group (n=70), and ultrasonic scalpel group (n=60). Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and antibody forming cells (AFC) on admission and at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery were recorded. Peak systolic blood flow of ovarian stromal artery (PSV) was also observed. Results FSH for all the three groups were improved compared with that on admission, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). FSH for the suture group was significantly lower than that in the electric coagulation group and ultrasound knife group at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after operation. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). AFC at one month after surgery had no statistical significance between the 3 groups (P>0.05). however, AFC of the suture group at 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery was significantly im-proved compared with those of the the electric coagulation group and ultrasound knife group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Vaginal type B ultrasonic examination after operation showed that PSV of the su-ture group was higher than that of the electric coagulation group and ultrasound knife group at the second menstru-ation and at the 6-month menstruation after surgery. The difference of PSV between the 3 groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared electric coagulation hemostasis and ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis, the suture method can reduce damage of ovarian function in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst, which is worth to promote.

AIM: To investigate the interference of valsartan on blood pressure and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (ang Ⅱ), aldosterone (ALD) in salt sensitive essential hypertensive patients. METHODS: Eighty-four adult hypertensive patients were enrolled in study, and the salt sensitivity was determined by acute intravenous salt water loading according to Sullvan's criteria. The change of blood pressure and plasma ang Ⅱ, and ALD were compared before and after the treatment. RESULTS: At the end of 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, patients with salt sensitive essential hypertensive (group ss) and no salt sensitive essential hypertensive (group nss) were measured. The results showed that sitting systolic blood pressure (SiSBP) was decreased by 17.5 ? 4.3 and 11.0 ? 1.4 mmHg, and sitting diastolis blood pressure (SiDSP) was decreased by 17.0 ? 3.7 and 7.3 ? 1.1 mmHg after the treatment. It was found that patients showed significantly higher plasma ang Ⅱ and lower plasma ALD in group ss and group nss. CONCLUSION: Valsartan can significantly control SiSBP and SiDBP for both groups, interfered plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and I aldosterone, and be more effective for patients with salt sensitive essential hypertensive.

ObjectiveTo study the changes of cellular immunity caused by intravenous infusion of allogenic rhesus mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).MethodsMSCs were isolated and cultured. Then the immunomodulatory effects after MSCs infusion were evaluated by means of peripheral blood counts, mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and analysis of lymphocytic subgroup. ResultsMSCs of rehsus were successfully cultivated. No acute toxicities or GVHD were observed in recipients. No obvious changes of peripheral blood counts were present. Recipients A2, A3, A4 were administered with MSC by 4.0 ×105/kg, 1.0 ×106/kg, 2.0×106/kg respectively and relative reaction (RR) of MLR decreased 14 days post MSCs infusion: from 46±2.6 %to 40.4±1.73 % (F =10.19, P =0.023), from (40.9±2.3) % to (33±2.1) % (F =2.593, P =0.013), from 48.3±2.0 % to 39±1.0 % (F =28.431, P =0.003) respectively. The decrease degree (ARR) was positively related to the amount of MSCs(F =27.413, P =0.038). RR was restored within 30 days post MSCs infusion. After MSCs infusion, CD3+ CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ T-lymphocytes decreased in recipient A4, who was administered with the largest number of MSCs, and restored within 30 days. ConclusionMSCs infusion without any other treatment could temporarily inhibit immunity of T lymphocytes in MLR and the immunity inhibition was positively related to the amount of MSCs.The specific immunological characteristics of MSCs were demonstrated with extensive prospect in clinical research.

Objective To understand genomic copy number variations (CNVs) and ascertain karyotype for a 46,X0, + der(?) fetus, and investigate possibility and superiority of array-based comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH ) in clinical cytogenetic diagnosis. Methods G-banded chromosome analysis was carried out. The whole genome of the fetus was scanned and analysed by array-CGH. The results of array-CGH were confirmed by RT-qPCR. Results G-banded chromosome analysis showed that the fetal karyotype was 46,X0, +der(?). Array-CGH revealed the derivative chromosome as Y chromosome without CNVs. A total number of 118 submicroscopic CNVs were identified. Comparable results between array-CGH and RT-qPCR were obtained for 9 novel CNVs. Conclusion Comparing with conventional cytogenetic analysis, array-CGH is of high resolution, high-throughput and high accuracy, which provides a technical platform for accurate detection of submicroscopic chromosomal aberrations.

OBJECTIVE:
To study the effects of long term use of beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP) nasal spray on bone density with perennial allergic rhinitis (AR) in adults.
METHOD:
A 5-year randomized study was conducted on the effects of BDP nasal spray on serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, and bone density determined before and after the treatment in 36 adult patients with perennial AR. 20-45 years of age, were randomly divided into 3 groups. That is group A (nasal spray 1 - <3 year), group B (nasal spray BDP 3 - <5 year) and group C (nasal spray BDP > or =5 year). The data were analyzed by paired t test.
RESULT:
The perennial AR were followed up for more than > or =1 year, > or =3 year and > or =5 year to observe the influences of nasal spray BDP. There were no significant difference between the data examined before and after the treatment (P > 0.05). Bone development is not influenced by nasal spray BDP < or =400 microg/d within 5 years.
CONCLUSION
Long term use of BDP nasal spray in adult patients does not lead to osteoporosis if the lowest effective steroid dose is given.
