China Pharmacy 2016;27(17):2410-2411,2412
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect and safety of Shengmai injection on myocardial function of patients with gen-eral anesthesia of hysterectomy. METHODS:40 patients underwent hysterectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received general anesthesia induction of fentanyl citrate and rocuroni-um,and inhalation anesthesia of propofol. Observation group was given Shengmai injection 1 ml/kg,ivgtt;control group was given same dose of 0.9%Sodium chloride injection, ivgtt, before anesthesia. Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),central ve-nous pressure(CVP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),the levels of MDA,SOD and NOS were compared between 2 groups be-fore operation(T0),before anesthesia induction(T1),reaction during(T2),after operation(T3). The occurrence of ADR was also observed. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in MAP and HR between 2 groups at T0 and T1 (P>0.05). MAP and HR of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group at T2 and T3,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in CVP and SpO2 between 2 groups at different time points(P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in MDA,SOD and NOS levels between 2 groups at T0(P>0.05). MDA and NOS levels of 2 groups increased signifi-cantly at T1,T2 and T3,while SOD level decreased significantly;MDA and NOS level of observation group were lower than the control group while SOD level was higher than control group at T1,T2,with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Shengmai injection can maintain stable HR and MAP,and reduce the oxide in patients underwent hysterectomy surgery so as to protect myocardial function with good safety.

Objective To explore the needs of intensive care unit (ICU) patients in the intensive care unit from nurses' perspectives. Methods A descriptive qualitative study of data generated from individual in-depth interviews of eleven intensive care nurses was to learn about the needs of ICU dying patients.Colaizzi analysis was used to analysis the data.Result The ICU nurses' description for needs of ICU dying patients are described as:have no physical burden of pain,to maintain dignity,to be understood and to fulfill their wishes, and family members are able to calmly accept the fact that the patient is about to leave. Conclusion According to the needs of ICU dying patients, medical staff should further concern about the humane care for ICU dying patients, and provide quality nursing care to help them live peacefully through the final stages of life.

Objective To investigate the correlations between social support and self efficacy of young and middle-aged patients with peritoneal dialysis. Method The status of social support and self-efficacy of 97 young and middle-aged patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were investigated and the correlation were analyzed. Results The score on social was (28.0 ± 6.4), lower than the norm (P < 0.01). The score on self-efficacy was (2.38 ± 0.62). The level of confidence was lower in 28 cases (28.9%), high in 58 cases (59.8%), very high in 11 cases (11.3%). The self-efficacy was positively correlated with social support, subjective support and support utilization (all P<0.05). Conclusions The levels of social support and self-efficacy are lower than the norm in young and middle-aged patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. The self-efficacy is positively correlated with social support including subjective support and support utilization, which indicates that improved social support is effective for the improvement of self-efficacy by providing patients with family and social support.

Objective:To construct a risk assessment model based on hesitant probabilistic fuzzy set(HPFS)and to explore its application value in the risk control and management of safe operation of anesthesia equipment. Methods:Taking the whole life cycle safety and management safety as the important risk assessment dimensions, the risk index system of safe operation of anesthesia equipment was constructed,HPFS and hierarchical-superior-inferior solution distance method were used to realize the quantitative analysis of risks, and the safety self-inspection and risk control treatment strategies were formulated.A total of 150 surgical patients and 16 anesthesia equipment used in surgery used in the operation were selected from July 2020 to June 2023 in Tongzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and into control group and observation group according to different management modes of anesthetic equipment, with 75 cases in each group. The 10 anesthesia machines used during the surgical treatment of the control group adopted the conventional risk control mode, and the 12 anesthesia machines used in the observation group(including 6 in the control group and the 6 newly added ones)adopted the risk assessment control mode. The incidence of perioperative anesthesia equipment-related risk events, the awareness rate of anesthesia medical staff about potential safety risks, and the failure rate of anesthesia equipment were compared between the two groups. Results:The number of perioperative risk events of improper operation of anesthesia equipment, unreasonable dosage of anesthesia, associated infection and missing records in the observation group were 4 cases(5.3%),0 cases(0%),1 case(1.3%)and 1 case(1.3%),respectively,which was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.478,4.110,6.857,4.754;P<0.05).The average scores of theoretical knowledge of safety management, safe use, management awareness and fault judgment ability of medical staff operating anesthesia equipment in the observation group were(96.27±3.93)points,(94.31±2.69)points,(91.82±1.94)points and(84.97±4.36)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.176,5.322,5.541,5.942;P<0.05).The total number of equipment operation setting, anesthetic gas path, anesthesia depth monitoring, threshold alarm and other faults in the two groups were 90,37,25,316 and 125,respectively,and the failure incidence rates in the observation group were 30%(27/90),35%(13/37),28%(7/25),22%(69/316)and 39%(49/125),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=28.800,6.541,9.680,200.532,11.664;P<0.05). Conclusion:The risk assessment model based on HPFS can reduce the incidence of risk events related to anesthesia equipment, enhance the awareness of safety risk control of anesthesia medical staff, and improve the quality of clinical operation of anesthesia equipment.

Objective To investigate the status of social participation of young and middle-age peritoneal dialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Descriptive study was used to investigate the general information and social participation of 113 cases of young and middle-age patients with peritoneal dialysis, and we analyzed the influencing factors of social participation using ordinal Logistic regression analysis. Results In the 113 cases of young and middle-age patients with peritoneal dialysis, 97. 3%of patients could take care of themselves. Rating of social participation showed that 63. 7% of patients were in grade three, that was, to take care of themselves, and to carry out at least one of the social participation; the unemployed people accounted for 76. 1%. The status of social participation was related to age, marriage, education, social support, self efficacy and other factors. Conclusions The unemployed rate of young and middle-age peritoneal dialysis patients is high. To pay attention to the peritoneal dialysis population at work age, and improve the social participation of young and middle-age patients with peritoneal dialysis, the matter needs the joint efforts of medical personnel and social forces.
