China Medical Equipment 2015;(11):71-74
ASL-fMRI by measuring tissue blood flow, thus reflects the pathophysiology of organ blood flow dynamics and change, provides a new method for clinical and scientific research. With the improvement of MR image technology, technology as a MR perfusion imaging of arterial spin labeling method has been applied. It is non-invasive, repeatable high tissue contrast with a good advantage. Current clinical studies of renal ASL-fMRI is increasing. Includes renal transplantation, kidney tumors, acute kidney injury, patients with chronic renal dysfunction renal blood flow studies. Below reviews the progress of renal ASL-fMRI.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2009;43(3):290-293
Objective To evaluate the influence of the resolution of medical grayscale LCD over the detective efficiency of pulmonary nodule. Methods By reviewing PACS, 93 on-line chest DR images were collected. These radiographs included 23 normal images that had no nodule confirmed by CT, 32 doubtful images that also had no nodule confirmed by CT,and 38 positive images that had nodules confirmed by CT.These nodules didn't show obvious calcification and their diameters were from 0.30 to 1.90 cm. Nine patients had multi-nodules.Three residents or postgraduates, three attending physicians, and three associate professors or professors interpreted the 93 chest images by using three types of displays: Barco Z-2261, Barco Z-3620 and Barco Z-5620.All observers evaluated their confidence of the presence of pulmonary nodule with five-point level rating scale : ( 1 ) definitely positive, ( 2 ) probably positive, ( 3 ) uncertain, (4) probably negative, (5)definitely negative.SPSS 11.5 software was used to analyze the results ,including to draw the ROC curves and to perform Z test. Results The areas under the ROC curves of 2 M display, 3 M display and 5 M display were 0.774,0.784,0.816 for experienced radiologists; for instructors were 0.754,0.764,0.768 ;for teaching assistants were 0.695,0.754,0.774.However, for the detection of pulmonary nodules, there was no significant difference between observers with different ranks using the same modality of display, and no significant difference was found between the different modalities of displays used by observers with the same rank. Conclusion It's equivalent for detection performance with 2,3 and 5 M medical grayscale LCD display in detecting pulmonary nodule; Experienced radiologists can get more information using 5 M display;By reasonably matching displays, we could improve the cost-efficacy.

0.05 ) within 4 hours of occlusion. The minimum DA%s after occlusion were 22.19 ? 6.21 , 16.26 ? 3.88 , 6.24 ? 2.48 , 7.97 ? 2.78 and 8.80 ? 3.45 at the time instances of occlusion,1,2,3,and 4 hours after occlusion, respectively. The minimum DA%s were related to the infarcted area (IA) in the pathology within 2-4 hours of occlusion, with the values of r equal to 0.76 , 0.80 ,and 0.85 ,respectively. Conclusions Within the different time intervals after the LAD were occluded, the maximum DA%s have no significant difference, however the minimum DA%s change and relate to the IA% after 2 hours of occlusion.

Objective To evaluate suitable scan sequence of Low Field (0 35 T) MRI for children′s brain in development phase Methods The T 2 values of gray and white matter of centrum semiovale were measured The change of the T 2 value with the age was observed Three types of long TR scan sequence were performed These were routine TR, i e 2 700/40, 80 ms, long TR, i e 4 000/40, 80 ms, and extra long TR, i e 5 000~8 000/40, 80 ms They were applied to children of different age group And the quality of T 2WI was compared and analyzed Results The change of T 2 value was consistent with the process of myelinization Extra long TR sequence should be chosen for newborns Long TR sequence should be chosen for infants And routine TR sequence may be used in children older than one year old Conclusion In observing cerebral ventricle and extracerebral space of newborn and infant, image of long TR sequence is better than that of routine TR sequence

Objective According to the characteristics of digital medicine and demand of digitized management in hospital, we establish a storage system which is cheap, highly expansible, and reliable. Methods The multi personal computer storage system (MPCSS) was constructed by assembling the hardwares and softwares. The image data were archived from major server to storage PC by using NEUSOFT PACS archiving manage system and backuped on storage PC. We simulated the situation that the data on storage PC was lost and restored the data. We also expanded the storage system to enlarge its capacity. Results Average transfer rate from MPCSS was 27 7 Mbit/s (1 byte=8 bit); average cost for this system was 74 RMB/G; six cases in the 187 repeated reading of 100 patients failed. MPCSS can store backup and restore the image data, and can expand the storage size. Conclusion MPCSS is very cheap compared with other high capacity systems or devices. It is feasible and suitable for digital image storage.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
With the rapid development of Picture Achieving and Communication System(PACS), the interpretation of medical images has been changing rapidly from a procedure based on films and light boxes to one based on computers and medical displays. The function parameters of Soft-Copy Reading carriers——medical grayscale display play an important part in radiodiagnosis because they can greatly influence the quality of medical image. It is very easy for quantitative assessment of this influence by using ROC curve theory, and it can direct hospital to select suitable medical display.

The publication of research papers is an important mark of achievements in scientific research. It is an index for checking the completion of various projects as well as a form of project completion. In order to better fulfill the tasks in scientific research, to enable more research projects to become bid winners, to turn out more quality papers, to produce outstanding results, and to further strengthen management and supervision of scientific research, the hospital the authors work with formulated at the end of 1999 "quantitative economic management of research quotas", which was put into effect at the beginning of 2000. An effect analysis of the implementation of the measure in the past three years showed that the desired results were basically achieved, academic advancement and personnel growth were greatly promoted, and the publication of research papers became a key index for evaluating the timely completion of research projects. In future the hospital plans to further improve the policy for rewarding writers of research papers and encourage quality academic papers to be published in key international journals.
