Objective:To discuss the relationship between serum advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP)and cystatin C with the early preeclampsia pregnancy outcome.Methods:Clinical data of 75 patients received treatment and labor at our hospital from 2011 to 2013 was retrospectively analyzed.The control group included 60 normal pregnant women who received prenatal examination in our hospital at the same time.The difference in cystatin C and AOPP level of the patients with preeclampsia and the normal group was compared.The clinical data and the adverse pregnancy outcome of the patients with preeclampsia in different severity and different outcome of pregnancy were compared.Results:A total of 135 patients were retrospective analyzed ,including 75 in observe group and 60 in control group.The SBP level in the patients with preeclampsia is obviously higher than in the normal group .The level of SB,UA,Cr and AOPP in the patients of mild group is obviously lower than in the severe group.The incidence of oligohydramnios , placental abruption,fetal growth restriction and HELLP syndrome in the patients of mild group was obviously lower than in the severe group .The differences were statistically significant.The level of cystatin C,UA,Cr and AOPP in the patients of adverse pregnancy outcome were obviously higher than in the group of good outcome of pregnancy.Conclusion:The cystatin C and AOPP level of the early preeclampsia patients is obviously increased and it has significant correlation with the pregnancy outcome in patients .

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of long-time needle retaining at Baihui(GV20)on post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)and its effects on the cognitive ability and living ability of the patients.Methods:A total of 62 PSCI patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment for stroke in the recovery period plus cognitive training.The observation group received additional acupuncture at Baihui(GV20)with long-time needle retaining based on the same intervention in the control group.The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)was used to evaluate the cognitive ability of patients.The activities of daily living(ADL)scale was used to evaluate the living ability of patients.And the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale was used to evaluate the mental state,concentration,language,and abstraction cognition of patients.After 4 weeks,the curative efficacy was observed,and the scores of cognitive level,living ability,mental state and concentration,language,and abstraction understanding ability were compared between the two groups.Results:During the trial,1 patient in each group dropped out due to personal reasons and was unable to continue the treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 83.3%in the observation group and 66.7%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of MoCA,ADL,and MMSE,and scores of concentration,language ability,and abstraction understanding ability were all increased,and were statistically different from those before treatment in each group(P<0.05);the scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment and cognitive training,the clinical efficacy of additional acupuncture at Baihui(GV20)with long-time needle retaining in the treatment of PSCI is better than that of routine treatment plus cognitive training;the treatment can better improve the cognitive function and mental state of patients,and improve their living ability.

Objective: To explore the association between dietary patterns during pregnancy and the development of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), so as to provide the guidance of diet balance and GDM prevention for pregnant women. Methods: Pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the subjects. The oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was employed at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation to diagnose GDM. The questionnaire of "The Survey on Nutrition and Health of Pregnant Women in China" was used to collect general information, food intake frequency and amount during a month before OGTT. Dietary patterns were determined by factor analysis, and the association between dietary patterns and the development of GDM was identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: Totally 449 pregnant women were included, with a median (interquartile range) age of 31.00 (5.00) years and a median (interquartile range) gestational age of 35.00 (3.00) weeks. There were 7 dietary patterns named potato-cereal pattern, poultry-meat-dessert pattern, milk-egg-aquatic product pattern, mushroom-vegetable-offal pattern, fruit-bean pattern, pickle-wheaten food pattern, and beverage-nut pattern according to the food types with high factor loads. There were 89 cases diagnosed as GDM, with a prevalence rate of 19.82%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the development of GDM was associated with the poultry-meat-dessert pattern (OR=0.242, 95%CI: 0.086-0.678) and the fruit-bean pattern (OR=0.093, 95%CI: 0.025-0.342), compared with the potato-cereal pattern. Conclusion Compared to the potato-cereal pattern, the poultry-meat-dessert pattern and the fruit-bean pattern may reduce the risk of GDM. Objective To investigate the clinical features of constipation in patients with Parkinson 's disease (PD) and explore the relationship between constipation and motor symptoms.Methods The data of 221 PD patients were collected.Patients were evaluated with following scales:Rome Ⅲ criteria for diagnosis of functional constipation,unified Parkinson's disease rating scale part Ⅲ (UPDRS Ⅲ),and simple mental status examination scale (MMSE).Results Among 221 PD patients,132 (59.7％) had constipation,and 48 (36.4％) experienced constipation before motor symptoms.Compared to those without constipation,PD patients with constipation had a higher UPDRS Ⅲ scores,posture/gait scores,and axis scores (P ＜ O.05).The most common symptoms of PD patients with constipation were defecation straining (93.9％).Conclusions PD patients with constipation have severer motor symptoms than those without constipation.Defecation straining is the most common subtypes of PD patients with constipation.

With the development of perinatal medicine in China for more than 30 years, great progress has been made in the fight against infectious diseases associated with pregnancy, including better knowledge, improved clinical treatment, and more effective preventive measures. This article reviews and prospects the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in pregnancy in China from the four aspects: mother-to-child transmission of acquired immune deficiency syndrome, syphilis, and hepatitis B; toxoplasma, others, rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex virus infection; influenza and novel coronavirus infection; and sepsis.

Early diagnosis of pulmonary diseases is of great significance for their prevention and treatment. Serum Krebs von den Lungen-6 (KL-6) assay can reflect the damage degree of alveolar epithelium and stromal tissue, and is simple, non-invasive and low-cost. Pervious study showed that the serum KL-6 level was higher in patients with various interstitial lung diseases (e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and connective tissue disease, primary Sjögren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, idiopathic inflammatory myopathy and systemic sclerosis combined with interstitial lung disease), non-small cell lung cancer, various pneumonias and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease compared to healthy controls. Therefore, serum KL-6 has good sensitivity and specificity for the early diagnosis of these diseases. Occupational pneumoconiosis is an interstitial lung disease with a well-established etiology. Pervious study has shown that serum KL-6 level was higher in patients with occupational silicosis, occupational asbestosis, and dust-exposed workers compared to healthy controls. However, due to the limited sample size and the inconsistent findings on different studies, further research is needed to study the role of serum KL-6 in the early diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Future studies should increase the sample size, improve the detection methods for serum KL-6, explore its feasibility as an early diagnostic biomarker for occupational pulmonary diseases, and investigate the efficacy andvalue of its combined application with other biomarkers in the early diagnosis of various pulmonary diseases, including occupational lung diseases, to fully exploit its predictive role in pulmonary diseases.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of long-term indwelling needle of Baihui acupoint during acupuncture on improving neurological function in ischemic stroke mice through brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)/tyrosine receptor kinase B(TrkB)pathway.Methods A total of 48 male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into sham group 1,model group 1,long-term indwelling needle group 1 and conventional indwelling needle group,with 12 mice in each group.A mouse model of ischemic stroke was established by thread occlusion in the latter 3 groups.From the first day after modeling,long-term and conventional indwelling needle at Baihui acupoint was given to the mice in the corresponding groups for 14 consecutive days.Anoth-er 40 male C57BL/6J mice were also subjected and randomly divided into sham group 2,model group 2,and long-term indwelling needle groups 2 and 3,with 10 mice in each group.After model-ing in the latter 3 groups,100 pl adeno-associated virus was injected by caudal vein before acu-puncture treatment.Modified neurological severity score(mNSS)and escape latency,residence time in the target quadrant,and times of crossing the original platform in water maze test were used to evaluate neural function.Results Decreased mNSS score,shorter residence time in the target quadrant,less times of crossing the original platform,and reduced expression levels of BDNF and TrkB in the ischemic brain tissue,and higher apoptotic rate and elevated level of cleaved Caspase-3 in the ischemic brain tissue were observed in the model group 1 when compared with the sham group 1(P＜0.05).While long-term and conventional indwelling needle could reverse above indicators,with long-term indwelling needle more significant than the conventional method(P＜0.05).The long-term indwelling needle group 3 obtained lower mNSS score,reduced residence time in the target quadrant,lower times of crossing the original platform and decreased levels of BDNF and TrkB in the ischemic brain tissue(P＜0.05),and higher apoptotic rate and elevated level of cleaved Caspase-3 in the ischemic brain tissue than the long-term indwelling nee-dle group 2[(16.41±2.25)％vs(7.59±1.09)％,1.46±0.16 vs 0.94±0.12,P＜0.05].Conclusion Long-term indwelling needle at Baihui acupoint more significantly improves the neurological func-tion in ischemic stroke mice than ordinary indwelling needle treatment.Its molecular mechanism is due to activating the BDNF/TrkB pathway.

Objective:To investigate and analyze disease status and risk factors of venous thromboembolism (VTE) during pregnancy and puerperium in our country.Methods:Clinical datas were collected from 575 patients diagnosed with VTE during pregnancy and puerperium and hospitalized in nine medical institutions in our country from January 1, 2015 to November 30, 2019, and retrospectively analyzed it′s disease status and risk factors.Results:(1) The proportion of VTE in pregnancy and puerperium was 50.6% (291/575) and 49.4% (284/575), respectively. Four patients died, the mortality rate was 0.7% (4/575). The cause of death was pulmonary embolism. (2) The location of VTE during pregnancy and puerperium was mainly in the lower limb vascular (76.2%, 438/575), followed by pulmonary vessels (7.1%, 41/575). (3) In the risk factors of VTE, cesarean section accounted for 32.3% (186/575), maternal advance age accounted for 27.7% (159/575), braking or hospitalization during pregnancy accounted for 13.6% (78/575), other risk factors accounted for more than 5% were previous VTE, obesity, preterm birth, assistant reproductive technology conception and so on, pre-eclampsia and multiple pregnancy accounted for 4.9% (28/575) respectively. In addition, some patients with VTE did not have any of the above risk factors, and the incidence rate was as high as 23.1% (133/575).Conclusions:The occurrence of VTE during pregnancy and puerperium is related to multiple risk factors, and could lead to matemal death, It is very necessary to screen VTE risk factors for all pregnant women, to make corresponding prevention and control measures.

Objective:To study the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and apoptotic protein and myocardial pathological changes in rats after endostar combined with low-dose X-ray irradiation.Methods:Forty SD rats were evenly divided into four groups: control group (intraperitoneal injection of equal volume physiological saline, once per day, 14 d), endostar group (intraperitoneal injection of endostar 6 mg/kg, once per day, 14 d), irradiation group (15 Gy divided into 3 times X-ray irradiation) and combination group (intraperitoneal injection of endostar after irradiation at the same dose and time as the endostar group). At 1 and 6 months after treatment, myocardial tissues of rats were prepared for HE staining and Masson staining to observe the myocardial histological changes. TUNEL assay was used to detect myocardial cell apoptosis, and ImageJ software was utilized to calculate myocardial collagen volume fraction (CVF). The expression levels of ERS and apoptotic protein glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum kinases (PERK), CCAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous protein (CHOP) and cysteine-containing aspartate-specific protease-12 (Caspase-12) were detected by Western blot. One-way ANOVA was conducted using GraphPad Prism 8.0.1 software, and comparison between two groups was conducted using t-test. Results:At 6 months after treatment, the myocardial interstitium in the irradiation and combination groups was widened, showing strip-like or reticular fibrosis changes, and the myocardial interstitium had diffuse collagen fiber deposition. Compared with the control group, CVF was increased significantly (both P<0.01). At 1 and 6 months after treatment, the apoptotic index of myocardial cells in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05, <0.001). At 1 and 6 months after treatment, the expression levels of GRP78 protein in the irradiation and combination groups were increased (all P<0.01), and the expression levels of PERK and CHOP proteins in the combination group were increased compared to those in the control group (both P<0.05). At 6 months after treatment, the expression levels of PERK and CHOP proteins in the irradiation group were increased compared to those in the control group (both P<0.05). Compared with the control group, Caspase-12 expression levels at 1 and 6 months after treatment were increased in the endostar, irradiation and combination groups (all P<0.05). Conclusions:The expression levels of ERS and apoptotic proteins are related to cardiac injury caused by irradiation in rats. After low-dose X-ray combined with endostar treatment, ERS is aggravated and myocardial apoptosis is increased.

Objective To compare the image quality of carotid contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(ceMRA)under different flow rates using high relaxation rate contrast agent named Gadobutrol,and to find the best flow rate for carotid ceMRA.Methods Total of 117 patients,who were scheduled to perform carotid ceMRA examination using Gadobutrol with a dosage of 0.1 mL/kg body weight on a 1.5T MR platform,were enrolled in the study.They were divided into four groups according to four kinds of flow rates,which were 1.0 mL/s(n=29),1.5 mL/s(n=30),2.0 mL/s(n=30)and 3.0 mL/s(n=28).The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of bilateral carotid initiation and bilateral carotid bifurcation were calculated.The SNR of carotid initiation or carotid bifurca-tion between different flow rates were compared.And the scores of image quality among different flow rates were also compared.Results For bilateral carotid bifurcations and carotid initiations,the SNR under 1.5 mL/s were highest,which were significantly higher than those under 1.0 mL/s,while there were no significant differences between each two other flow rates.For the bilateral carotid bifurca-tions,the SNR under 1.0 mL/s were lower than those under other flow rates,and were significantly lower than those under 1.5 mL/s and 3.0 mL/s.The score of the image quality at 1.0 mL/s was significantly lower than that under other flow rates.The score of the image quality at 1.5 mL/s was the highest,but no significant difference was found compared to that at 2.0 mL/s or 3.0 mL/s.Conclusion The rate of 1.5 mL/s is recommended as the best flow rate for carotid ceMRA with Gadobutrol based on 1.5T MR.
