Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;(1):9-
OBJECTIVE:To study the change regular of esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of Polyporus umbellatus. METHOD:Using polypropylene amide circle electrophoresis.RESULTS:The pattern and activity of isozyme in same strain had some difference at different culture days, but some of isozyme pattern bands of the Rf value were visible in whole culture stage.Every strain had its peculiar pattern bands.CONCLUSION:The number of isozyme pattern bands and enzyme activity were proportional to the growing rate of myceliun,as well as its metabolic activity.

Objective: To optimize the Shenzhen universal infant hepatitis B immunization method. Methods: To analyze the long effectiveness of different immunization strategies and disease transition after hepatitis B virus infection by using cost-effectiveness method through decision-tree and Markov models among the Shenzhen newborns cohort in 2010 based on the local parameters. Results:Through the current strategies, the program of screening all pregnant women for HBsAg and vaccinating newborns of single-positive mothers combing with HBIG and vaccine would not only prevent more new cases, hepatic carcinoma and related deaths; but also gain more living years and QALYs. From the social prospect, it will save about RMB 40 million compared with the current program. Conclusion: It is suggested that Shenzhen Government should amend the current universal infant hepatitis B immunization program to gain more economic and social benefits.

【Objective】To study the correlation of human leucocyte antigen(HLA) class Ⅱ allele with spleen-stomach damp-heat(SSDH) syndrome.【Methods】From those people with native place of Guangdong,16 healthy volunteers served as the normal control and 46 patients with chronic superficial gastritis or digestive ulceration were enrolled into the observation.Of 46 patients,26 were classified into SSDH and 20 into spleen deficiency(SD) syndrome.HLA-DRB1,HLA-DQA1,HLA-DQB1,and HLADPB1 alleles of HLA class Ⅱ from whole blood sample were analyzed by the method of polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP).【Results】The gene frequency of DQA1*0103 in SSDH group was remarkably higher than that in the normal control group(P

[Objective] To investigate the effect of aromatic herbs for resuscitation such as Moschus and Borneol on nitric oxide (NO) content and expression of endothelial NO synthetase (eNOS) and inducible NO synthetase (iNOS) in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. [Methods] Forty rats were allocated to 4 groups: mimic operation group (Group A), model group (Group B), herbs treatment group (Group C) and nimodipine treatment group (Group D). Rat model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury was established by Pulsinelli 4VO method. NO content in brain tissue was determined by nitrate reductase method. Expression of eNOS and iNOS in micrangium and iNOS in neurons was measured by semi-quantitative analysis. [Results] NO content was decreased and approached normal level in Group C and Group D (P 0.05 as compared with Group A). Aromatic herbs with action of inducing resuscitation increased the expression of eNOS in micrangium and decreased the expression of iNOS in micrangium and neurons, the differences being significant as compared with those in Group B ( P

To investigate the effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with resuscitation inducing aromatic herbs for acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Forty four cases of AIS were randomly allocated to two groups. Twenty cases of Group A were treated with treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with Tongqiao capsule(each capsule containing Moschus 0 04?g and Borneolum 0 1?g)and twenty four of Group B with treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Therapeutic effect were observed in the second week after medication. The total effective rate was 95% in Group A and 91 6% in Group B, the difference being not significant. However, the difference of markedly effective rate (80 0% in Group A and 54 2% in Group B) was significant (P

Objective To study more reasonable method of radiation barrier for cervical cancer treated with external radiation. Methods The distance from cervical canals to tumor's margin in x axis was measured by B ultrasonic, around uterus were evaluated by physical examination.and the dose around uterus for patient who used fixed lead brick for radiation barrier when treated with external radiation were calculationed by TPS, in 39 case of cervical cancer treated with external radiation combine with intracavitary irradiation. Pay attention to the lower dose area around uterus. Results It might bring about lower dose area around uterus who used fixed lead brick for radiation barrier when treated with external radiation, and mass might be in above area. Conclusion Cervical cancer treated with external radiation with source axial distance (SAD), and radiation barrier with lead brick individuate may help for to avoid the lower dose area around uterus.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI)in the diagnosis and aggressiveness assessment of prostate cancer. Methods The MR data with multi-b-value diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI)of 30 male patients with prostate cancer were retrospectively analyzed.D maps and K maps were generated from the DKI model and ADC maps were obtained using the conventional monoexponential model.Differences in the D,K and ADC values between prostate cancer and benign peripheral zone (PZ)tissues, among tumors with different Gleason scores were analyzed.P<0.05 was considered statistical significance. Results ADC and D values were significantly lower in the prostate cancers than in the benign PZs (P <0.001).K values were significantly greater in the prostate cancers than in the benign PZs (P <0.001).ADC,D and K values were different significantly among the tumors with Glea-son scores of 6,7 and ≥8 (P <0.001,P =0.01 5 and P <0.001,respectively).Conclusion The DKI model can better describe the signal intensity attenuation with b values increasing, which is helpful for diagnosing and grading prostate cancer.K value may be used to quantitatively evaluate the complicated microstructure of prostate cancer.
