Objective The detection results of intestinal virus nucleic acid related to HFMD( hand, foot and mouth disease)from the anal swabs and throat swabs were compared so as to explore more effective methods for laboratory diagnostic of the disease. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR)was used to detect RNA of enterovirus 71(EV71),coxsackievirus A16(CA16),and other enterovirus (EV)in the paired samples. The virus detection results from the two sample types were compared to find out the miss rate in a single sample. Results The detection rates of EV71,CA16 and Non-EV71/Non-CV16 enterovirus (Non-EV71/Non-CV16 EV)in the anus swabs/ throat swabs were 17.25%/12.18%,4.03%/3.54% and 40.28%/45.32%,respectively. Obviously ,the detection rates of EV71 and CA16 in anal swabs were higher than those in throat swabs ,while the detection rates of Non-EV71Non-CV16 EV was lower than that in throat swabs. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the detection results of the paired samples ,the miss rate of a virus in a single sample type ranged from 10.33%to 36.27%. Conclusion The detection miss rates of HFMD related intestinal virus nucleic acid in one sample type(anal swabs or throat swabs)are high, while tak-ing the detection in the paired samples can significantly improve the detection rate.

Objective To study more reasonable method of radiation barrier for cervical cancer treated with external radiation. Methods The distance from cervical canals to tumor's margin in x axis was measured by B ultrasonic, around uterus were evaluated by physical examination.and the dose around uterus for patient who used fixed lead brick for radiation barrier when treated with external radiation were calculationed by TPS, in 39 case of cervical cancer treated with external radiation combine with intracavitary irradiation. Pay attention to the lower dose area around uterus. Results It might bring about lower dose area around uterus who used fixed lead brick for radiation barrier when treated with external radiation, and mass might be in above area. Conclusion Cervical cancer treated with external radiation with source axial distance (SAD), and radiation barrier with lead brick individuate may help for to avoid the lower dose area around uterus.

Objective To evaluate the risk of occupational noise-induced hearing loss in workers in a metal tool manufacturing enterprise, and to carry out risk classification and risk management. Methods A total of 91 male noise-exposed workers from a metal tool manufacturing enterprise in Hebei Province were selected as the research subjects using the convenience sampling method. The work site survey on occupational health and the measurement on individual noise exposure level were carried out. The ISO 1999:2013 (E) Acoustics-Estimation of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss was used to predict the risk of high frequency hearing loss (HFHL) and occupational noise-induced deafness (ONID). The risk classification and risk management were conducted using the WS/T 754-2016 Guideline for Risk Management of Occupational Noise Hazard (hereinafter referred to as WS/T 754-2016). Results The individual noise exposure intensity of workers in the six work sites of the enterprise, including blade workers, sheet punching workers, roller forging workers (hoe), hole punching workers, roller forging workers(shovels), and carpenters, exceeded the national occupational exposure limit, with the maximum volume of 91.2-104.1 dB(A). Among these workers, the positions of blade workers, sheet punching workers, and roller forging workers (hoe) were identified as critical control points for noise hazards in the enterprise. The detection rates of HFHL and ONID were 24.2% and 8.8%, respectively. The risk prediction results showed that, based on the actual noise exposure time and age of the study subjects, the risk of HFHL and ONID ranged from 1.7%-48.8% and 0.0%-29.5%, respectively. The risks of HFHL caused solely by occupational noise exposure when working up to 50.0, 55.0, and 60.0 years of age were 11.4% to 64.7%, 16.4% to 65.1%, and 17.2% to 59.4%, respectively. The risks of ONID caused solely by occupational noise exposure were 0.0% to 45.5%, 4.2% to 51.7%, and 5.9% to 57.4%, respectively. Except for the blade workers, the predicted median of potential noise-induced permanent threshold shifts (NIPTS) in the other five positions were lower than the actual values of NIPTS, with the difference ranging from 3.0-28.3 dB, and 73.3% of them underestimated by 10.0 dB or more. Conclusion The outcome of noise exposure on the hearing of workers in this enterprise are severe. Risk management should be conducted according to the WS/T 755-2016.

To investigate the effect of hSCGF-alpha on human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hUCMSCs), we obtained hSCGF-alpha using genetic engineering, hSCGF-alpha gene was amplified from hUCMSCs cDNA using two-step PCR and was inserted into pET-28a(+) plasmid vector. Induced by IPTG at 20 degrees Celsius for 24 h, the fusion protein expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) was mainly existing in soluble form. The recombinant hSCGF-a was purified using NI-NTA affinity chromatography and the purity was up to 90%. The colony forming test revealed that combined use hSCGF-alpha and rmGM-CSF (recombinant murine GM-colony stimulating factor, rmGM-CSF) had granulocyte/macrophage (GM) promoting effects on murine bone marrow GM progenitor. In addition, the results indicated that hSCGF-alpha and rhGM-CSF had stimulatory effect on hUCMSCs and their synergetic effect was the strongest.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2019;28(4):330-335
Objective To evaluate the combination of transvaginal conventional ultrasonography and shear wave elastography ( SWE) on the diagnosis of endometrial cancer ,and establish a predictive Logistic regression model . Methods Clinical information collection ,transvaginal conventional ultrasonography ,and SWE check were performed in 112 patients w ho were post‐menopausal vaginal bleeding with ≥5 mm thick endometrium . T he Emax and Emean of Young′s modulus for the endometrium were obtained . Pathology was used as the gold standard ,ROC curve was plotted ,which could be used to evaluate the Young′s modulus on the diagnostic effectiveness on endometrial cancer . Single factor analysis and bring logistic regression methods were applied to assess the values of the clinical variables ,transuaginal conventional ultrasonography variables ,and Young′s modulus in the identification of endometrial cancer . Results In 112 cases of endometrial lesions diagnosed by pathology ,there were 84 cases of benign lesions ( benign group) and 28 cases of cancer( malignant group) . Both Emax and Emean in malignant group were larger than benign group [ (53 .00 ± 16 .07) kPa vs ( 31 .99 ± 13 .89) kPa ,( 27 .25 ± 9 .28) kPa vs ( 19 .94 ± 10 .37) kPa ,all P <0 .001] . In the logistical regression analysis ,body mass index ,endometrial thickness ,blood flow grading and Young′s modulus were identified as independent risk factors for endometrial cancer . T he accuracy ,sensitivity and specificity of the logistic regression model in the prediction of endometrial cancer were 89 .29% ,82 .14% , and 91 .67% , respectively . T he area under the ROC curve was 0 .928 . Conclusions T ransvaginal conventional ultrasonography combined SWE technique has an important value in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer .
