OBJECTIVE To explore the drug-resistant situation and patients′ basis condition of clinical isolated Enterococcus from Jan to Dec in 2008 to offer evidence for drug-resistant monitoring and clinical antibiotics usage.METHODS All clinical specimens were isolated and cultured and identification conform to Standard′ Operation. The bacteria were identified by using the automatic microorganism analyzer VITEK-2,and bacteria′s drug susceptibility tests were performed using counterparts panel.RESULTS 273 strains Enterococci were isolated,of which E.faecalis were 158 strains,E.faecium were 109 strains, the others were 6 strains. The isolated HLAR E.faecalis were 80 strains and HLAR E.faecium were 10 strains, the isolated.ratio of HLAR was different(P

The relationship between the conformation of interferon-α (IFN-α) and its anti-viral activity were analyzed by circular dichroism (CD) and flow cytometry (FCM) techniques. The recombinant human IFN-α (rIFN-α2b and rIFN-α2a) were used. CD spectra from 190 nm to 240 nm indicated that two the IFN-α showed stable secondary structure at 65 degrees C, but unstable when the temperature was above 65 degrees C, and the change was irreversible. FCM data of the anti-viral activity of IFN-α indicated that the change of its secondary structures partly weakened its anti-viral activity. The rIFN-α2b and rIFN-α2a showed the same phenomenon. These data indicated that the conformation of IFN-α is one of the factors to influence its anti-viral activity and the combination of CD and FCM is a good method to analyze the relationship between the conformation of protein drugs and their biological activities in single cell level.

Objective To investigate the effect of first aid nursing path under the center of chest pain on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods A total of 79 cases of STEMI patients who had been selected for emergency treatment after the establishment of the chest pain center were as the experimental group. The patient's first aid nursing path was used in the center of chest pain. A total of 159 cases of STEMI patients before the establishment of the chest pain center were as the control group, Application of traditional clinical pathway. Compared to the diagnosis and treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The rate of completed the project within 10 min for the experimental group: the completion of electrocardiogram examination (91.1% vs 84.9% ), oral aspirin, clopidogrel, or lindinda (81.0% vs 75.5%), and laboratory medical order (79.7% vs 69.8%) were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=2.31, 1.68, 2.06, P < 0.05). The day of hospitalization in the experimental group was less than that of the control group (6.48±3.82 vs 9.76± 4.32), and the difference was statistically significant (t=-9.80, P < 0.05). The mortality rate during hospitalization was lower than that of the control group (5.66% vs 3.8% ), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=-2.24, P<0.05). Conclusion The first aid nursing path in the center of chest pain can shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment of STEMI patients and improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of STEMI patients.

Objective To investigate the role of the ATP binding box C subfamily 2 transporter protein (ABCC2) gene in drug-resistant epilepsy. Methods From February 2014 to February 2018,204 epileptic patients were treated in our hospital, including 41 cases of drug resistance epilepsy (drug resistance group),163 cases of non drug resistant epilepsy (sensitive group). The rs717620 polymorphism of ABCC2 gene and the level of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in cerebrospinal fluid and serum were detected in two groups. Results The proportion of genotype TT and gene frequency T in the drug resistant group were 24.39% and 41.46%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the sensitive group (P < 0.05).The concentration of P-gp in cerebrospinal fluid of drug resistant group was (21.03 ± 4.21) ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that of the sensitive group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum P-gp concentration between the drug resistant group and the sensitive group (P > 0.05);The concentration of P-gp in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with genotype TT in drug resistance group was (24.03 ± 3.57) ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that of type CC and CT (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of P-gp in the patients with different genotypes in the drug resistant group (P > 0.05).Conclusions The rs717620 polymorphism of ABCC2 gene may be associated with drug-resistant epilepsy, and may be related to P-gp level in the cerebrospinal fluid.
