Twelve Sprague-Dawley albino rats (24 eyes) were used in this study. Nor- mal saline was injected into the anterior chamber of the experimental eye until the b-wave of the electoretinogram was extinguished, then maintained the critical high intraocular pressure (HIOP) for 90 minutes. Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine in cerebral aneurysm embolization in pa-tients with hypertension. Methods Sixty patients with hypertension undergoing emergency cerebral aneurysm em-bolization were randomly divided into two groups:research group(dexmedetomidine given group) and control group. SBP,DBP,HR,plasma norepinephrine(NE):baseline value(T0),before intubation(T1),after intubation (T2),after extubation(T3). Extubation time and anesthetic-related complications were also recorded. Results The hemodynamic parameters and plasma norepinephrine concentration in the research group were more stable than those in the control group at different time point during perioperative period. There was no difference between two groups about extubation time. The incidence of anesthetic-related complications in research group was lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions Dexmedetomidine can reduce the stress response of intubation ,extuba-tion and perioperative hemodynamic fluctuations in cerebral aneurysm embolization in patients with hypertension. It can also reduce the consumption of prorofol and the incidences of adverse effects.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound(US) and contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in predicting extrathyroidal extension of papillary thyroid cancer(PTC).Methods Eighty-five PTCs in 75 patients were selected for thyroid surgery underwent ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The degrees of contact between PTCs and capsule were observed by US and CEUS respectively(0,0-25％,25％-50％,≥50％),and the diagnostic efficiency in different degree of contact (＞0 ％,≥25 ％,≥50％) as preoperative diagnostic criteria were analyzed.The diagnostic efficiency between US and CEUS in predicting extrathyroidal extension of PTC were compared.Results Of the 85 PTCs,extrathyroidal extension was presented in 57 (67.06％) based on pathologic results.When the degree of contact (＞ 0 ％,＜ 25 ％,25 ％-50 ％,≥ 50 ％) was gradually increased,the incidence of extrathyroidal extension of the thyroid cancer was also gradually risen (P ＜0.001).Comparing the sensitivity,accuracy,odds ratio,and Az value of three groups(＞0％,≥25％,≥50％),it showed that the general diagnostic efficiency between two groups(＞0％,≥25％) was similar by US and CEUS.However,the sensitivity and accuracy of ＞0％ contact with the adjacent capsule were markedly higher than those of the other two groups(P ＜0.001).Selecting ＞0％ contact with the adjacent capsule as preoperative criteria,the Az value of CEUS was markedly higher than that of US (Z =2.208,P =0.027).Conclusions The preoperative imaging feature of more than 0％ contact with the adjacent capsule is more sensitive and accurate degree in predicting extrathyroidal extension of PTC.Compared with US,CEUS may serve as a better useful tool to predict extrathyroidal extension of PTC.

Objective:To study the dynamic changes of the main active components in wine-processed Cuscuta chinensis with dif-ferent rocessing methods. Methods: An HPLC method was adopted for the content determination of chlorogenic acids, hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol in C. chinensis and wine-processed C. chinensis with different baking temperature, baking time and amount of yellow wine. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the detection wavelength was 360 nm, and methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. Results:The wine processing system could increase the content of quercetin and kaempferol, while decrease the content of chlorogenic acids and hyperin. Conclusion: Different processing methods have certain effects on the main active components, which provide basis for the further study on the processing mechanism and quality control of wine-processed C. chinensis.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of different processing methods on 4 kinds of flavonoids contents in salt-pro-cessed Cuscuta chinensis. METHODS:Salt-processed C. chinensis piece was processed with different baking temperature (70 ℃, 100℃,130℃,160℃,190℃and 210℃),baking time(10 min,15 min,30 min,45 min,60 min and 75 min)and moisten-ing time(0.5 h,1 h,2 h,4 h and 6 h). HPLC was adopted for contents determination of hyperoside,rutin,quercetin and kaemp-ferol:the column was Synergi 4u Hydro-Rp 80A with mobile phase of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.416-12.48 μg for hyperoside (r=0.999 9),0.14-4.2 μg for rutin (r=0.999 9),0.185-5.55 μg for quercetin (r=0.999 9) and 0.078-2.34 μg (r=0.999 8);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;recoveries were 95.55%-99.74%(RSD=2.12%,n=6),95.96%-101.42%(RSD=2.01%,n=6),95.76%-102.75%(RSD=2.77%,n=6), 99.42%-104.93%(RSD=2.02%,n=6). The flavonoids in salt-processed C. chinensis showed highest contents when baking tem-perature was 160℃,baking time was 60 min and moistening time was 2 h. CONCLUSIONS:Different processing methods have certain effects on flavonoids contents in salt-processed C. chinensis.

Background and purpose:Esophageal carcinoma is one of main malignancies with rapid course and a poor prognosis in China. The reasons of poor overall survival are the invasion and metastasis of the tumor. Matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) play essential roles in promoting tumor invasion and metastasis. In this study, we aimed to investigate the expression and functional signiifcance of matrix metalloproteinase 16(MMP-16) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). We expect to ifnd a lead molecule for the beneift of early detecting tumor and the development of novel treatment of ESCC. Methods:The expression levels of MMP-16 protein and mRNA in human ESCC and the matched normal tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry, Western blot and Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR). The stable Ec109 cell line with MMP-16 knockdown and negative controls were established by RNA interference technology. The cell migration, invasion, proliferation and cell apoptosis of MMP-16 in stable interfered Ec109 cell line was examined by cell counting, scratch test, Transwell test and lfow cytometry assays. The data were analyzed by t test. Results:MMP-16 protein was downregulated in cancerous group compared with the matched normal tissue and correlated with the clinical features of histological differentiation (P<0.05) and tumor stage (P<0.05). The levels of MMP-16 mRNA and protein in Ec109 were signiifcantly decreased by RNA intetrence (P<0.05). We demonstrated that MMP-16 silencing signiifcantly promoted cell invasion and migration (P<0.05), and inhibited cell apoptosis (P<0.05), while no significant effect was observed on cell proliferation (P>0.05). Conclusion: MMP-16 is downregulated in human ESCC tissues. The cell migration and invasion is promoted by interference of MMP-16 in Ec109, while the cell apoptosis is inhibited. MMP-16 may be considered as a target gene for therapy of ESCC.

Objective To clear the coping process of ischemic stroke patients and their families before the onset,explain its response rules and the influence factors,and provide scientific basis for the construction of comprehensive stroke pre-hospital intervention program.Methods A semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 cases.Data were analyzed using the grounded theory.Results Ischemic stroke patients and their families at the onset process experienced recognition,reaction,alert and action stage.Conclusion Health education should be combined with the whole process of ischemic stroke patients and their families before hospital,building a comprehensive intervention program.

Objective To explore the relationship among boredom proneness,core self-evaluation and aggression in medical students and to provide clues and evidence for preventing aggression and their relevant interventions.Methods The Boredom Proneness Scale for College Students(C-BPQ),Chinese Version of Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire (AQ-CV)and Core Self-evaluations Scale were employed to investigate 1667 medical students in one medical university in Ningxia.Results There were significant differences between high and low boredom proneness groups in core self-evaluations,total aggression score and each factors (core self-evaluations:(29.67±5.10) vs (41.67±4.64),AQ-CV scores:(36.43±17.18) vs (17.58±12.45),physical aggression:(31.62 ±20.46) vs (17.02 ±15.28),verbal aggression:(37.44±19.03) vs (24.68±17.14),anger:(40.93±22.32) vs (18.85±16.86),hostility:(37.34± 19.41) vs (14.86± 13.57),self-aggression:(35.47 ±21.66) vs (13.57± 14.28),all P＜0.001).There were positive correlation among total score of boredom proneness,internal and external stimuli dimensions,total score of AQ-CV and each factors (P＜0.001) and negative correlation between total score of boredom proneness and core self-evaluation(P＜0.001).There were negative correlation among core self-evaluation score,AQ-CV scores and each factor(P＜0.001).Regression analysis showed that boredom proneness and core self-evaluation could predict the aggression to a certain extent (P＜0.01).Core self-evaluation played a mediating role between boredom proneness and aggression taking 48.25％ proportion of the total effect of the mediation.Conclusion Boredom proneness is closely related to aggressive behavior.Core self-evaluation plays a mediating role between boredom proneness and aggression.

The cognitive impairment of type 2 diabetes patients caused by long-term metabolic disorders has been the current focus of attention. In order to find the related electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristics to the mild cognitive impairment (MCI) of diabetes patients, this study analyses the EEG synchronization with the method of multichannel synchronization analysis--S estimator based on phase synchronization. The results showed that the S estimator values in each frequency band of diabetes patients with MCI were almost lower than that of control group. Especially, the S estimator values decreased significantly in the delta and alpha band, which indicated the EEG synchronization decrease. The MoCA scores and S value had a significant positive correlation in alpha band.

Objective To construct the new diet intervention scheme of dyslipidemia of university teachers, discuss the effect of this plan on eating behavior change. Methods Choose two groups of college teachers in Harbin, who were hyperlipemia and had physical examinations from June to September, 2014. 44 teachers from one college were conducted the new dietary intervention as experimental group, 37 teachers from another college were the control group, used the usual method. Compared two groups before and after the intervention of dietary behavior and blood lipid. Results The experimental group′s dietary behaviors changed strongly after implement the new dietary intervention, the scores of DTS before the experiment (58.82 ± 18.47) points,3 months after the experiment (48.36 ± 14.25) points and 6 months after the experiment (44.18±14.92) points were statistically significant (F=21.308, P < 0.01). There was no statistically significant difference in control group (F = 1.129, P > 0.05), respectively (60.51 ± 16.91) points, (57.19 ± 16.35) points, (56.92 ± 21.35) points. After 6 months, the experimental group′s subjects of TC was (4.28±3.73) mmol/L, the control group was (6.23±1.04) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.082, P < 0.05), there were no significant differences in TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The new dietary guidance plan can effectively improve and maintain the dietary behavior in hyperlipidemia college teachers, and decrease the blood lipid level.
