AIM: To develop a method of determining notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1 contents in Xinnaozhi Capsule(Radix et Rhizoma Notogineseng,Hirudo,Eupolyphaga seu steleophage). METHODS: HPLC was used to determine notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1 in Xinnaozhi Capsule.The separation was performed by Zorbax C_(18) colunm with acetonitrile and water using a gradient program at UV 203nm at room temperature.The elution program was 0-3 min,20%-25% acetonitrile,3-15 min,25%-45% acetonitrile. RESULTS: 3 saponins were separated well.Average recoveries were 102.93% for notoginsenoside R_1(RSD=(1.26%));105.68% for ginsenoside Rg_1(RSD=1.52%);104.34% for ginsenoside Rb_1(RSD=0.70%),respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and rapid and with satisfactory results.It is suitable for quality control of Xinnaozhi Capsules.

Objective A HPLC method to determine the content of Baicalein in Tangtai capsule was established. Method The separation was performed by Zorbax C18 column with acetonitrile and 0.5% phosphorice acid. The elution program was 1~15 min, 15%～60% acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and column temperature was 25 ℃. Content was detected at a wavelength of 280 nm. Result The linear range was 0.936～18.72 ?g, regression:Y =4849.53X-0.9593 (r=0.9999). The average recovery rate was 98.29% and RSD was 0.97% (n =5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproductive, and can be used for determining Baicalein in Tangtai capsule.

Objective To investigate the effect of independent on duty assessment in the process of new nurse standardized training.Methods Totally 64 new nurses graduated in 2010 were set as the control group.Totally 68 new nurses graduated in 2011 were named as the observation group.The nurses in the control group received hospital standardized training,on the basis of the hospital standardized training,the observation group received independent on duty training.One year later,all nurses participate in the assessment of independent on duty organized by nursing department and the evaluation results were analyzed.Results The score of emergency response capacity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions The implementation of the independent on duty assessment can strengthen the results of standardized training and promote emergency ability of new nurses,and effectively improve the ability of new nurses in clinical work.

OBJECTIVE: To study the antidepressant effects of total flavone of A( TFA) on post stroke depression ( PSD) in rats. METHODS: Middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO) followed by isolation feed and irritable stimuli was used to induce PSD. Behaviours of rats were detected by open- field test . The effects of TFA on the indexes of hemorheology and brain homogenate lipid peroxidation were also tested. RESULTS: TFA could increase the crossing and rearing scores in open- field test, inhibit the elevation of whole blood viscosity as well as plasma viscosity at high- middle- low shear rates, increase the erythrocyte deformation, enhance the activities of Superoxide Dismutase ( SOD) and Glutathione Peroxidase ( GSH- Px) , and reduce Malondialdehyde ( MDA) content in brain homogenate in PSD in rats. CONCLUSIONS: TFA produces an antidepressant- like effect in PSD rats. This mechanism may be in association with attenuating hemorheological parameters and decreasing lipid peroxidative damage.

AIM: To establish a quantitative analytical method of ferulic acid in Kexintong Dripping Pills (Moschus, Rhizoma Chuaxiong, Rhizoma Corydalis, etc.) based on the capillary zone electrophoresis. METHODS: P-Nitrobenzoic acid was adopted as the internal substauce with a 30 mmol?L -1 borax solution at equal electrophoresis current of 50 ?A, detection wavelength at 295 nm, uncoated fused silica capillary of 75 ?m?50 cm, temperature at 20 ℃. Sample was injected for 5 s at pressure of 20PSI. RESULTS: Good linearity was showed in the concentration range of 4～264 mg?L -1 , RSD was 1.71%(n=6), and the recovery was 100.47%?2.1%. CONCLUSION: The result indicates the proposed method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable, it is a proper method for the quantitative analysis of ferulic acid in Kexintong Dripping Pills.

Objective To investigate gene polymorphism of Kell blood group in different Zhuang population from Guangxi region .Methods The genotypes of Kell blood group of 1025 non‐related individuals in different areas of Guangxi Zhuang popula‐tion were analyzed by PCR‐SSP .Results The Kell antigen in all individuals was homozygous ,the gene frequency of K and Jsa was 0 ,while that of k and Jsb was 1 .000 .Conclusion The distribution characteristic of Kell blood group in Guangxi Zhuang population was monomorphism ,which was similar to other Chinese population reported by literatures .

AIM: To investigate effect of Wujibaifeng Pills (WJBFP) on osteoporosis of ovariectonmized (OVX) rat. METHODS: Ovariectonmized (OVX) rat model was established to evaluate osteoporosis of which parameters investigated included bone gla protein (BGP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone minera density (BMD), Serum phosphorus and serum total calcium. RESULTS: WJBFP(1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,4.0g/kg) could enhance the contents of serum estradiol and calcitonin, decrease serum BGP level in OVX rats; It had no effect on serum total calcium and ALP activities but increase level of serum phosphorus; It could enhance BMD, prevent OVX rat from decreasing bone loss without raising body weight; furthermore, it could inhibit both the uterus and adrenal gland atrophy. CONCLUSION: WJBFP might have better prevention on osteoporosis of ovariectionmized rats.

Objective To observe the application effect of ISO9001 Quality Management System combined with level 3 general hospital evaluation standard (2011 version) in nursing management. Methods ISO9001 Quality Management System combined with nursing part of level 3 general hospital evaluation standard applied in nursing management; and data of nursing goals were collected before and after the implementation of nursing management system from 2011 to 2014. Results Nursing management system got more perfect, safety of blood transfusion, adverse event reports and so on were included. Both nursing quality target completion and satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients on nursing work increased year by year from 2011 to 2014. Satisfaction rate of doctors and nurses with high quality nursing service were both above 96%. Conclusions Nursing management system can promote can promote quality of nursing care, and provide comprehensive development guarantee to the whole hospital quality system, and offer reference for other hospital′s nursing management.

Objective To detect the expressions of osteopontin (OPN) and inerleukin-18 in patients with bullous pemphigoid (BP),and to analyze their relationship with clinical and laboratory indices.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed to quantify the serum levels of osteopontin (OPN) and inerleukin (IL)-18 in 30 patients with BP and 30 health controls.Results The serum level of OPN was statistically higher in the patients than in the healthy controls ((8.29 ± 2.76) vs.(3.88 ± 1.41 ) ng/ml,P ＜ 0.01 ),and was positively correlated with the severity of BP (r =0.658,P ＜ 0.01 ) and with some laboratory indices in the patients.Increased serum IL-18 level was observed in patients complicated by cardiovascular diseases compared with those without cardiovascular diseases ((37.49 ± 6.43) vs.(31.10 ± 5.40) pg/ml,P ＜ 0.01).Moreover,the BP patients with diabetes,tumor,hepatic and renal impairment displayed an enhanced level of serum OPN and IL-18 than those without (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions OPN may be positively correlated with the severity of BP,while IL-18 may be involved in the development of complications of BP.

Objective To observe the effect of ageand menstrual statuson body composition in healthy Beijing women.Methods We measured body composition with dual-energy X-ray(GE Lunar Prodigy)in 316 healthy Beijing females aged 20 to 74 years(5-7 cases per age).Parameters provided by the software were as following:total body bone mineral content,lean mass,fat mass and fat percentage(% fat).Local regions measured included arm,leg,trunk,android region and gynoid region.Body mass index (BMI),fat mass index(FMI),free fat mass index(FFMI)and A/G were calculated.Volunteers were assigned to 6 groups according age by every ten years a group.Results BMC peaked during the 4th decade,LM peaked during the 5th decade,with a decline of 18.1%and 5.2%respectively at age 74 years.Total body fat mass and % fat showed a general increase with aging throughout the studied age range.Total body fat mass increased from 16±5 kg at age 20-29 years to 24±6 kg at age 70-74 years,while % fat increased from 31.3%to 39.5%.All local region % fat increased with aging at different extents.Android region % fat showed the largest raise extent(32.2%).BMI increased gradually from 21.1 kg/m2 at age 20-29 years to 26.1 kg/m2 at age 70-74 years.FMI changed more obviously than FFMI.A/G increased from 0.85 at age 20-29years to 1.02 at age 70-74 years.Different menstrual status in women of 40-59 vears had obvious eflfect on A/G and BMC(P＜0.05),while it had no significant effect on BMI.body weight and waist circumference(P＞0.05). Conclusions Aging and menstrual status have evident effect on body composition distribution in healthy Beijing women.
