Nitrogen source is one of the important factors that affect the microalgae growth and lipid accumulation. We studied the effects of various nitrogen sources (i.e. NaNO3, CO(NH2)2, NH4Cl and CH3COONH4) and amount on the growth density, lipid yield, and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) content of Nannochloropsis oculata by single factor experimental method. The results show that N. oculata preferred NH4+ as nitrogen source rather than NO3- and CO(NH2)2. NH4+ could promote the growth and lipid accumulation of N. oculata. With the increase of nitrogen concentration, the biomass and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) increased, but the content of lipid decreased. CH3COONH4 was the most suitable for growth, accumulation of lipid and EPA of N. oculata among the four investigated nitrogen sources. The optimal concentration was 5.29 mmol/L.

Objective To investigate the clinical data of a patient with IgG4-related disease involving the trachea and paratracheal soft tissue and review the literature so as to improve the understanding level of the disorder.Methods To analyze the clinical manifestation,laboratory examination,imaging,histopathology,treatment and prognosis of a patient with IgG4-related disease trachea and paratracheal soft tissue involved,who was admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.The relevant literatures were reviewed.Results A 18-year-old female was admitted with chief complaint of cough,dyspnea,and neck mass.Neck CT suggested that tracheal stenosis was caused by surrounded soft tissue.Paratracheal mass biopsy showed dense collagen fibers with infiltration of many lymphocytes and plasma cells.Immunohistochemical stain found that IgG4-positive plasma cells were ＞ 50/high power field (HPF) and a ratio of IgG4/IgG positive cells was over 40％.The level of serum IgG4 was significantly increased (2 930 mg/L).She was diagnosed as IgG4-related disease.The patient was treated with 80 mg intravenous methylprednisolone per day for three days,then prednisone 40 mg daily oral.Her dyspnea was significantly relieved.One month later,CT scan showed that the cervical tracheal stenosis was significantly improved.We identified 20 cases of IgG4-related disease involving the trachea and paratracheal soft tissue from databases,in which only 1 case was similar as this patient.The other 19 cases were of extratracheal involvement.Elevated serum IgG4 was detected in 11/12 patients.Most patients were treated with glucocorticoid,some combined with immunosuppressive agents and rituximab.The clinical outcome was good.Conclusion IgG4-related disease involving the trachea and paratracheal soft tissue is a rare condition.Serum IgG4 level and histopathology should be considered for diagnosis.Glucocorticoid is effective.

Objective To study the clinical features and possible pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke in renal cell cancer patients. Methods The clinical data from in-hospital patients with renal cell cancer who developed acute ischemic stroke were collected, including the patients with renal cell cancer who developed acute ischemic stroke during anti-cancer therapies and those patients with acute ischemic stroke who were firstly diagnosed to have renal cell cancer during anti-stroke therapies between January 2003 and December 2015. Results A total of 2516 patients with renal cell cancer were screened, and there were 36 patients (1.43%) with acute ischemic stroke. Out of the 36 patients, there were 29 men (80.56%) and 7 women (19.44%). Their age ranged from 45 to 68 years, with a average age of (65.11 ± 14.77) years. Eight patients (22.22%) had some conventional cardiovascular risk factors, while the other 28 patients (77.78%) had no such risk factors. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans at the acute stage of ischemic stroke were carried out for all these patients. Based on the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) of MRI, 8 patients (22.22%) had single lesion and 28 patients (77.78%) had multiple lesions in different arterial territories in their brains. The pathological types of renal cell cancer were:suprarenal epithelioma (18 patients, 50.00%), papillary cell carcinoma (12 patients, 33.33%) and chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (6 patients, 16.67%). Metastases were found 10 patients (27.78%) out of the 36 patients. Blood biochemical examination showed that 28 patients had elevated plasma D-dimer level, 22 patients had elevated plasma cancer antigen (CA)125 level, and 17 patients had elevated plasma carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels. Conclusions It is suggested that the renal cell cancer associated stroke is characterized by lacking of traditional risk factors and having multiple lesions in brain;and that the elevated plasma D-dimer, CA125 and CEA levels may lead to hypercoagulable state and lead to ischemic stroke eventually .

This study was aimed to select the best preparation form of medicinal in camellia cake,based on the optimal antithrombotic agents in oil tea camellia defatted cake to establish the foundation of research.The content of effective index component of the oil tea camellia defatted cake preparation was detected by HPLC-PDA.The quality of medicinal preparation from oil tea camellia defatted cake was characterized based on the content,relative quantity,relative ratio of content,yield rate and antithrombotic effect.The results showed that the effect of antithrombotic of three medicinal preparations from oil tea camellia defatted cake was listed in the following descending order of enrichment,ethanol extract,and water extract.The enrichment was the best preparation form of medicinal in oil tea camellia defatted cake preparation with the highest content of effective index components,the lowest extract rate and the lowest dosage.But it had the best effect of antithrombotic.It was concluded that the significant improvement of efficacy was due to the increase of the content of the components in the preparation and the rationality of the proportion.At the same time,analysis of component quality based on basic composition of drug system through the consideration of effective components of type and quantity,composition and other quality factors can further guide the preparation of drugs.

BACKGROUND:Previous research have confirmed that CD34 is closely related to oncogenesis, progress, recurrence, metastasis and drug-resistance of various cancers, but its role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma remains unclear.
OBJECTIVE:Tosortcels positive and negative for CD34 in nasopharyngealcarcinoma cel lines and to detect cel proliferation and migration.
METHODS:Expressionsof CD34 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cel lines 5-8F, 6-10B, CNE1 and CNE2 were detected by flow cytometry. And CD34+and CD34-cels were sorted based on cel surfacemarkers for purity identification. Afterwards, proliferation and migrationof CD34+and CD34-celswere detected by MTT assay, colony-formation assay and scratch assay.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al four nasopharyngeal carcinoma cel lines expressed CD34 in
0.1%-0.2%, and the level of CD34 was closely related to the cel growth density. The purity of CD34+cel was more than 98% in the sorted CD34+celpopulations, but no CD34+cels were found inthe sorted
CD34-celpopulations.At 1, 3, 5 and 7 daystheproliferation rate of CD34+cel, populationswas
significantly higher than that of CD34-cels (P< 0.05). Consistently, thecolony-formation efficiencyof CD34+cel was significantlyhigher than that ofCD34-cels (P< 0.05). Moreover, CD34+cels migrated significantly faster than CD34-cels by scratch assay (P< 0.05). In conclusion, CD34+cels culturedin vitro display higher proliferation and migration capacities, indicating that CD34+celshavethe potential of nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cels.

Objective To explore the change of Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in artial septal defect(ASD) patients and the relationship among BNP,ET-1 and pulmonary pressure.Methods 105 final diagnosed ASD patients were divide into non-pulmonary hypertension group (nPH group) and pulmonary hypertension group(PH group),and the PH group were divided into two subgroup:slight PH group,moderate and sever PH group.According to the altitude of habitation,105 ASD patients also were divided into 3 groups:＜ 2 500 m group,2 501-3 500 m group and ＞ 3 500 m group.Plasma BNP were measured by radioimmunity method and ET-1 were measured by ELISA.The data analysis used single factor analysis and Fisher least singnificant difference t test.Results Both the plasma BNP levels (152.34 ± 40.61) pg/ml and ET-1 level (137.69 ± 37.17) pg/ml of the ASD-PH group were significantly higher than those [BNP (126.70 ± 32.27) pg/ml,ET-1 (92.92 ± 32.3) pg/ml] of ASD-nPH group.There were strong difference in plasma BNP levels and ET-1 levels among different degree PH groups(F =6.782,P ＜ 0.05 ; F =8.475,P ＜ 0.05).Statistical difference were also shown in BNP(F =6.846,P ＜ 0.05) and ET-1 (F =9.327,P ＜ 0.05) levels by compared difference altitude groups.The BNP levels are positively correlated with mean pulmonary artery pressure (r =0.326,P ＜ 0.05),size of defect (r=0.301,P＜0.05) and the altitude of habitation (r =0.252,P＜0.05).Conclusion Plasma BNPand ET-1 levelsof ASD-PH group significantly higher than those of ASD-nPH group.By the increasing of the altitude and PH degree,the plasma BNP and ET-1 levels are increasing,which suggest that BNP and ET-1 play an important role on the proceeding and development of the PH and hypoxia promoted secretion of BNP and ET-1.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of small-middle endoscopic sphincterotomy combined with endoscopic papillary balloon dilation for patients with extrahepatic bile duct stone. Methods The patients with special duodenal papilla included 38 cases, and those with normal duodenal papilla 143 cases. 38 patients had received SEST + EPBD, 143 had received MEST + EPBD. Results 181 patients had received SMEST + EPBD in our hospital and the related data were retrospectively analyzed. All 181 patients were successfully removed, the success rate was 100.00 %. There was no perforation occurred postoperatively, but mild acute pancreatitis occurred in 8 patients (4.42 %, 8/181) and bleeding occurred in 9 patients. The three major early complications rate were 9.93 %(17/181), which was cured by the conservative management. Conclusion SMEST plus EPBD is a safe and effective treatment for extrahepatic bile duct stone, with retaining the feature of sphincter of duodenal papilla, especially for patients with special duodenal papilla.

Objective: To analyze the relevant literature on China’s occupational health standard from 2001 to 2016, and to provide a basis for further improving China’s occupational health standard system. Methods: Wanfang Data, CNKI, VIP, PubMed, Embase, and Web of Knowledge were used to retrieve relevant literature on China’s occupational health standard from 2001 to 2016. Information of the literature was collected, and type of literature, time and region, first author’s affiliation, and research funding were analyzed by bibliometrics. Results: The relevant literature on China's occupational health standard was concentrated domestically and in the health system, and the number of documents was highly correlated with socio-economic conditions. The literature was dominated by the research on onsite application of occupational health (53.08%) , while there was less research on occupational health standard (11.78%) . The number of published articles and funding intensity were significantly different between centers for disease control and prevention at different levels. Conclusion It is suggested to accelerate the application of evidence-based medicine and systematic review in the development of occupational health standard, enhance the research ability of county/district-level disease control officers, assist them in summarizing and publishing their daily work experience, and give them appropriate funding, so as to promote the accumulation of knowledge in the field of occupational health.

Objective: To characterize the features of human brucellosis from national reports of occupational diseases and infectious diseases in China during 2006-2016, and explore the correlations between human brucellosis with the livestock and their products. Methods: From January to October 2018, the data of human brucellosis were extracted from China's annual national reports of occupational diseases and infectious diseases from government circulars during 2006-2016. The data on the number of livestock and the output of livestock products were obtained from China Statistical Yearbook, China Animal Industry Yearbook and China Animal Industry and Veterinary Yearbook. The standards of Diagnosis of occupational infectious disease (GBZ 227-2017) and Diagnostic criteria for brucellosis (WS 269-2007) were compared. The statistics were analyzed using Excel 13.0 and SPSS software 22.0. The linear regression and multiple regression were used to explore the relationships between human brucellosis with the number of livestock and the output of livestock products. Results: The diagnosis of human brucellosis in national reports of occupational diseases was based on GBZ 227-2017, which referred to WS 269-2007. There is an increasing trend from 2006 to 2009, and then declined to 2011, but rebounded from 2012 onwards in human brucellosis in national reports of occupational diseases. The general trend showed an increase during the 2006-2014 period, and then a decrease onwards in human brucellosis in national reports of infectious diseases. The Spearman correlation from SPSS showed the r_s value of 0.936 (P<0.001) between human brucellosis cases in national reports of occupational diseases and infectious diseases in China from 2006 to 2016. Human brucellosis had a seasonal and periodic trend, and the cases revealed an epidemic period from April to August, with a peak in June. Human brucellosis cases were positively correlated with the number of cattle and buffaloes, hogs, sheep and goats (P<0.05) , and the output of pork, beef and mutton (P<0.05) . And human brucellosis cases in national reports of infectious diseases were positively associated with the output of sheep wool (β=0.814) , goat wool (β=0.603) , and cashmere (β=0.562) . Conclusion Human brucellosis both in national reports of occupational diseases and infectious diseases remain severe in China. There are relationships between human brucellosis with the number of livestock and the output of livestock products.

Objective:To observe expression level change of miRNA?126 in the myocardial tissue of rats with myocardial infarction and to observe the influence of Shuxuetong injection. Methods:Myocardial infarction model was established in 80 SD rats, 60 surviv?al rats were randomly divided into Shuxuetong group and model group, the other 30 rats were randomly selected as control group. After the success of the modeling, Shuxuetong group received Shuxuetong injection treatment, model group and control group received same amount of normal saline. Real?time quantitative PCR was used to detect miRNA?126 expression levels in rat myocardial tissue at dife?rent time after operation. Results: After 7 days and 14 days, miRNA?126 expression levels in rats myocardial tissue in Shuxuetong group and model group were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0?05) , but there was no difference between the two groups. After 14 days, miRNA?126 expression levels in the Shuxuetong group were higher than that after 7 days ( P<0?05) . Conclu?sions:miRNA?126 in 7 days after myocardial infarction significantly reduced. With the passing of time, miRNA?126 expression levels increased gradually and Shuxuetong can increase the expression levels of miRNA?126 .
