International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(3):171-173
Objective To evaluate the performance and feasibility of sentinel node biopsy(SNB) in male breast cancer patients using Methylthioninium Chloride Injection. Methods At the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, there are 11 patients in group from March 2010 to December 2014.The clinical stage was cT1-T2N0M0.All patients using Methylthioninium Chloride Injection as the tracer.11 patients are given with sentinel lymph node biopsy, while given the axillary lymph node dissection. Results In 11 cases of male breast cancer patients,10 cases obtained the sentinel lymph nodes, the detection rate was 90.9% (10/11).The sentinel lymph node is in 1-3,the average is 1.7 gold.Non sentinel lymph nodes are in 8-14,the average is 10.5 gold. The coincidence rate is 90.0% The sensitivity is 100% and The precision is 60%.Conclusions Sentinel lymph node biopsy can accurately predict the metastasis of axillary lymph node of breast cancer in male patients.
4.Efficacy of progesterone combined with Tiaojinghuoxue tablets treatment of amenorrhea induced by antipsychotic drug s
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(24):4018-4020
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of progesterone combined with Tiaojinghuoxue tablets in treating amenorrhea induced by antipsychotic drugs. Methods Total 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated by progesterone combined with Tiaojinghuoxue tablets and progesterone group. The index including prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), endometrial thickness were measured before and after treatment in both groups . Also the clinical efficacy of the twogroups were compared. Results PRL, LH, E2, endometrial thickness and the recovery of menstrual flow rates in combination group were all better than the progesterone group, (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Cure rate in the combined group was 54.00%and the control group was 74.00%(P<0.05). Total effective rate of combined group was 90.00%and the control group was 80.00%(P>0.05). The rate of adverse reactions in combined group was 40.00%, less than 22.00%in progesterone group, (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of progesterone combined withTiaojinghuoxue tablets is better than single progesterone treatment and have fewer adverse reactions in therpy antipsychotics drug induced amenorrhea.

The ability to induce hypersensity on leaves of tomato and the stability of double-plasmid of an harpin-producing, nitrogen-fixing engineered strain E4 were tested. Hypelsensitivity-inducing experiment indicated that the time and density of hypersensitivity-induction of E4 was similar to those of DH5, the positive control of pCPP430. Although E4 took the same time to induce hypersensitivity as 308R, another positive control of pCPP430, it induced weaker hypersen- sitivity on tobacco leaves. On tomato leaves, there was no difference in time and density of hypersensitivity between E4 and 308R (pCPP430). Results revealed that the two plasmids, pCPP430 and pMC73A, were unstable in host bacteria, with the losing rate of 100% at the 48th generation. The emergence probability of bacteria with either pCPP430 or pMC73A was almost the same.

Objective To probe the new mechanism of simvastatin on high-fat diet-induced kidney dam-age. Methods Female SD rats were subjected to a standard control diet(SCD)or high-fat diet(HFD)for 20 weeks, then the HFD group was randomly divided into HFD group and HFD group with simvastatin treatment (HFD+ST,10mg·kg-1·d-1 )for another 8 weeks. The expression of adiponectin, adiponectin receptors R1 and R2, Adenosine 5′-monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα),glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)and GADD153(CHOP)in kidney were assessed respective-ly. Results Body weight and serum lipid levels in HFD group significantly increased ,expression of adiponectin and its receptors significantly down-regulated. Phosphorylation of AMPKα and PPARα expression decreased, and expression of GRP78 and CHOP up-regulated significantly. Above indexes in simvastatin treatment groups improved significantly. Conclusion Simvastatin can improve high-fat induced kidney damages ,probably by increasing expression of adiponectin and its receptors ,decreasing endoplasmic reticulum stress.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2004;24(6):591-2
The bile was collected from fro patients with biliary infections, with the bacterium isolated to study the sensitivity of each kind of the bacterium to several antibiotics in common use. Except G- bacterium, we also found some kinds of G+ bacterium in infection bile. G- bacterium were not sensitive to Clindamycin, G+ bacterium were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin. Escherichia coli, Xanthomonas maltophilia, Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were sensitive to Ampicillin. G+ bacterium were not sensitive to Azactam. Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Enterobacter cloacae were not sensitive to Ceftazidime. Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus coagulase negative, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not sensitive to Ceftriaxone Sodium. We didn't found any bacterium resistance Imipenem. The possibility of the existence of G+ bacterium as well as drug resistance should be considered n patients with biliary infections. The value of susceptibility test should be respected to avoid drug abuse of antibiotics.
