Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(16):1278-1280
Pseudohypoparathyroidism(PHP) is a rare genetic disorder. The main character is parathyroid hormone resistance, and some with typical Albright's Hereditary Osteodystrothy malformation. The wide range of PHP symptom spectrum may lead to miss or misdiagnosis. This paper reviewed and summarized the pathogenesis, manifestation and the progress on the diagnosis and treatment of PHP Ⅰ,so as to improve the diagnostic level of this disease.
2.Psychological intervention on the anxiety of patients under gastroscope examination
China Journal of Endoscopy 2017;23(1):52-55
Objective To explore the psychological intervention on the anxiety of patients under gastroscope examination. Methods According to the self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), 100 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into observation group 50 cases, a control group of 50 cases, check the two groups of patients before, during and after adopt routine health education, observation group given psychological intervention at the same time, compared the two groups of patients with anxiety, check the time and satisfaction. Results After the psychological intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, there were signiifcant differences (P<0.05), check time was shortened obviously, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), satisfaction was also signiifcantly better than the control group the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety level of patients with gastroscope, shorten the examination time of gastroscope, increase the ability of patients to understand the disease, improve patient satisfaction.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(2):66-69
The effect of molecular cytogenetics in pathogenesis of multiple myeloma (MM) is fundamental. The risk stratification system that based on molecular cytogenetics of MM is widely applicable in the prognosis of MM.The aberration of molecular cytogenetics is the most important marker of MM.At the same time,high-risk MM is associated with intra-clonal tumor heterogeneity and clonal evolution. The research of intra-clonal tumor heterogeneity and clonal evolution which based on the aberration of molecular cytogenetics will provide some additional information of the biology of MM and contribute to the optimum treatment for MM patients.

Researchers have long focused on the adaptive behavior, quality of life, dual diagnosis, personality motivation and families of persons with mental retardation, but failed to address virtue and well-being.Unlike even a decade ago,we can now well afford to turn the emphasis to the positive, internal states of those with mental retardation.Using the breakthroughs in positive psychology, these findings such as positive trait or positive experience, can proposes a new research agenda to mental retardation.Mental retardation can play an important role in positive psychology, but it needs the research and data support in future.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(6):880-883
Objective To investigate the correction effect and influence of orthokeratology lens and aspheric spectacles on adolescent myopia. Methods A total of 124 cases of juvenile myopia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 was divided into experimental and control groups according to the principle of random.Patients in both groups were followed for a period of 2 years, patient's vision, binocular refraction, and eye axis length were recorded. Results Unaided visual acuity of patients in the experimental group was increased significantly, the trend was clear with statistical significance (P < 0.05).For the control group of patients, visual acuity was significantly decreased after 2 years (P < 0.05).For the experimental group, patients'diopters were decreased from (4.29 ± 1.23)D to (4.23 ± 0.04)D after wearing glasses. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).For the control group, patients' diopters were increased from (4.22 ± 1.19)D to (5.68 ± 1.13)D after wearing glasses. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The difference between two groups at the same time was statistically significant (P < 0.05).In the experiment group, for patients wearing glasses, their axis lengths were (24.7 ±0.19)mm after six months. After 1 year, their axis lengths were (24.5 ±0.16) mm,and after 2 years, their axis lengths were (24.3 ± 0.20) mm.Compared to non-wearing glasses before, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).In the experiment group, for patients wearing glasses, their axis lengths were (24.7 ±0.19)mm after six months. After 1 year, their axis lengths were (24.5 ±0.16)mm,and after 2 years, their axis lengths were (24.3 ± 0.20) mm.Compared to non-wearing glasses before, which was (24.3 ± 0.21) mm,the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).In the control group, for patients wearing glasses, their axis lengths were (24.8 ± 0.20) mm after six months. After 1 year, their axis lengths were (24.9 ±0.17) mm,and after 2 years, their axis lengths were (25.7 ±0.15) mm.Compared to non-wearing glasses before, which was (24.5 ± 0.18)mm,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Orthokeratology lenses can reduce myopia in adolescent patients, reduce the degree of anisometropia, and prevent the increase of the axial length. It can achieve the purpose of myopia control.

There is a long history of Toad venom in the treatment of cancer in China.Bufalin, extracted from Toad venom,is one of the biologically active compounds of anticancer. We elaborate the molecular mechanism of bufalin on anticancer activity from several aspects such as inducing cell apoptosis and differentiation, inhibitting cell proliferation and angiogenesis, enhancing the sensitivity of chemotherapeutics, which can provide the basis for in-depth study of Toad venom and its development and clinical medication.

10. Antitussive effect and mechanism study of effective fractions from Sauropus rostratus
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2019;50(6):1430-1434
Objective: To study the antitussive effect of Sauropus spatulifolius, screen the active part of its antitussive effect, and study its antitussive mechanism. Methods The acute toxicity of different extraction sites of S. spatulifolius were studied by modified Karber’s method; The model was made with ammonia liquor to induce cough. The spray time that caused half of the mice to cough was calculated by sequential method with aim to screen the active sites. Capsaicin was used to induce cough, and the mechanism of action of extracts from various parts of S. spatulifolius on opioid receptor and ATP-sensitive potassium channel (KATP) of mice was explored. Results The LD50 of 75% ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and 95% ethanol extracts was 7.30, 17.00, 69.68, and 75.88 g/kg, respectively; The maximum tolerance dose (MTD) of petroleum ether extracts was 117.71 g/kg; Extracts from 75% ethanol and ethyl acetate had antitussive effects, and its antitussive effect was related to opioid receptor and KATP pathway. Conclusion The fractions from 75% ethanol and ethyl acetate are the active parts of S. spatulifolius for relieving cough, and its antitussive mechanism is related to the KATP pathway and opioid receptors in the excited central system.
