Objective To discuss the value of CE-MRA of lower extremity angiography in diagnosing Arteriosclerotic occlusive disease. Methods CE-MRA was performed on 25 patients with symptom of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease. CT angiograms were produced using maximal intensity projection. Results 24 examinations of CE-MRA were successful with 2 cases of straitness in right ailiaca communist, 2cases of straitness and 2 cases of occlusion in aorta abdominal, 4 cases of straitness and 2 cases occlusion in artery of femoral, 3 cases of straitness and 4 cases of occlusion in artery of crus. One case was failed for the patient himself. Conclusion CE-MRA of lower extremity angiography can monitor multiple arteries of Arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs and observe the extent and range of lesions. It has high diagnostic accuracy in patients with lower extremity artery diseases, and it is a safe, no-trauma and effective method in lower extremity artery.

We present that the modern basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is a new science in this article. To demonstrate the problem new discipline faced and needed to be understood, firstly we want to clear the related concepts of discipline and traditional Chinese medicine from an international perspective achieving the original inten-tion of deepening the research field, forming a discipline branch and towards modern teaching. Secondly, we explore the discipline classification system and in which the location of traditional Chinese medicine and theory of traditional Chinese medicine discipline, and then explore the discipline overall regularity of occurrence, development and demise focusing on regularity and evaluation criteria reveal of medicine and traditional Chinese medicine disciplines. On this basis, we demonstrate the discipline property and location of new scientific disciplines of modern basic theo-ry of traditional Chinese medicine, subjects and fields, direction and meaning and then draw a credible conclusion in accordance with deductive reasoning.

OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the prognosis of fetuses with cystic hygroma (CH) or nuchal translucency (NT) or nuchal fold (NF) thickening detected by prenatal echography.
METHODS:
From January 2014 to December 2015, 124 fetuses with CH and NT/NF thickening on prenatal echography were enrolled from Women's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The basic clinical information, ultrasonic results, pregnancy outcomes and newborn follow-ups were analyzed. The cases were grouped by prognosis and the factors affecting prognosis were analyzed with logistic regression.
RESULTS:
There were 85 cases of labor induction including one stillbirth and 39 cases delivered. Except one infant who died after birth, all live births survived with good prognosis. Univariate analysis showed that the gestational age at diagnosis of poor prognosis group was earlier than that of good prognosis group (<0.01); and the former group also had higher hydrops fetalis rate and additional structural anomalies rate (all <0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that hydrops fetalis (=90.105, <0.05) and additional structural anomalies (=61.854, <0.05) were risk factors of poor prognosis in fetuses with CH and NT/NF thickening.
CONCLUSIONS
Fetuses with diagnosed CH or NT/NF thickening on prenatal ultrasonography are likely to be associated with chromosomal abnormality. Early gestational weeks, hydrops fetalis and additional structural anomalies may indicate poor prognosis.
