Objective To investigate X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartoma and its pathologic basis. Methods 19 cases were proved by surgery and pathology,X-ray and pathologic manifestations were analyzed. All cases were examined with full digital mammography. Results X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartomas were divided into three types, including fat type were in 5 cases;dense type were in 4 cases and mixed type were in 10 cases. The lumps were surrounded by a true capsule in pathology, they were made up of different amount of rambling mammary ducts, lobules, adipose and fibrous tissue. Conclusion X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartoma are varied, depending on the proportion of the adipose tissue, gland and fibrous tissue.Mixed density lump is the characteristic sign of this disease.
2.Evaluation of the application of proton pump inhibitors in perioperative period
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2019;26(1):82-85
Objective To analyze the use of proton pump inhibitors( PPIs) in the perioperative period of Zhoushan Hospital, thus to make appropriate management regulations for the clinical application of PPIs. Methods From September 2016 to October 2016,the use of PPIs in 614 surgical patients of Zhoushan Hospital were statistically analyzed. The rationality of the indications, drug use, drug administration, dosage, time, course of treatment, combined medication were analyzed. Results In 614 cases, there were 341 reasonable, unreasonable 273,the failure rate was 44. 46% (273/614). The main manifestations in the non indication of medication and medication course of treatment was too long. Conclusion There are many unreasonable phenomena in the course of clinical use of PPIs. Hospital and clinical pharmacists should strengthen supervision and management of the use of PPIs.

Objective To explore the effects of cisplatin on the proliferation and autophagy of endometrial carcinoma Ishikawa cells. Methods Ishikawa cell proliferation was detected by MTS assay after the cells were treated with CDDP.To assess the level of autophagy, transmission electron microscope and Western blot were used to detect LC3 and Beclin1 expression;fluorescence microscopy was used to observe the fluorescence aggregation of green fluorescent protein and microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 fusionprotein (GFP-LC3).Results Cisplatin of 10 g/mL inhibited the proliferation of Ishikawa cells, with an increase of time and concentration, the inhibition of cell proliferation was significantly elevated (P < 0.01).Transmission electron microscopy showed that under a condition of cisplatin on Ishikawa endometrial cancer cell, autophagy occurred. With an increase of concentration and dosage,Western blot showed that autophagy related protein LC3 expression was up-regulated,but becline-1 had no obvious change.LC3 expression level was higher in 12h-treatment with 20 μg/mL cisplatin group than in the control group, and was higher in 24h-treatment group than in 12h-treatment group. Conclusions Cisplatin inhibits proliferation of Ishikawa cells and induces autophagy of the cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner.Autophagy related MAP-LC3 is involved in the molecular mechanisms of autophagy induced by cisplatin in endometrial carciHom.

Objective In this study, we aimed to translate and revise the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities( SDSCA) and the Confidence In Diabetes Self-care( CIDS) scales, to test the reliability and validity of the two scales in Chinese adult type 1 diabetes( T1D) patients. Methods In the first step, Chinese versions( C-SDSCA and C-CIDS) were developed conceptually equivalent to the English versions. And the investigation was conducted in 100 patients from Guangdong T1D Translational Medicine Study. 15 of them were randomly chosen to be retested 4 weeks later. Cronbach's α were used to assess reliability, and factor analysis to its validity. The relationship between scores of C-SDSCA and C-CIDS were analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis. Results The overall Cronbach's α of C-SDSCA was 0.72 and the retest reliability was 0.95( sub-scale:0.67-1.00) . 4 common factors were extracted by factor analysis, and the cumulative contribution was 87.39%. As for C-CIDS, the general Cronbach's α was 0.84 and the retest reliability was 0. 70 ( sub-scale: 0. 49-0. 86 ) . 6 common factors were extracted and the cumulative contribution was 75.41%. The score of the two scales was positively related(r=0.61, P<0.01). Conclusion The revised C-CIDS and C-SDSCA scales turn out to have good reliability and validity, and can be used as instruments to assess diabetes self-management efficacy and self-care activities of Chinese adult T1D patients.
