Objective To effectively manage the archives of medical equipment and realize the sharing of archives information resources.Methods Multi-way management mode integrating internet management platform and intranet was involved in classification management according to the requirements of medical equipment and consumables archives management.Results Distribution company was involved in hospital management as the user,and the workload of the equipment department was relieved effectively.The staff could inquire and input information by logging in the website,and precision and dynamic management of medical equipment electronic archives was realized.Conclusion Network-based medical equipment archives management contributes to the collection and application of the archives.

Objective To evaluate the imaging quality and diagnostic value of different MR sequences for abnormalities of knee cartilage. Methods Three sequences of MR, including double echo steady state (DESS), multi echo data imagine combination (MEDIC) and true fast imaging with steady state precession (TrueFISP) were performed in 18 healthy volunteers. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of knee cartilage and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) to surrounding tissues were measured and compared. Results SNR of cartilage was the highest in MEDIC sequence imaging, CNR of cartilage-synovia was the highest in DESS sequence imaging among three sequences (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the other sequences, DESS seems to be optimal in diagnosis of abnormalities in knee cartilage.

Objective:To analyze the reasons for the failure of scleral buckling (SB) in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, and observe the efficacy and safety of re-buckling.Methods:This was a retrospective non-comparative clinical research. From July 2014 to June 2020, patients with first-time SB failure who visited the Beijing Tongren Hospital were included in this study. There were 42 patients, including 30 males and 12 females, with the average age of 29.40±16.13 years, and they were all monocular. The retinal detachment range <1, 1-2 and > 2 quadrants were 9, 22 and 11 eyes, respectively. The macula was involved in 38 eyes. The average logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (logMAR) best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 0.99±0.57. Forty eyes and 2 eyes were performed 1 and 2 SB, and all the retina were not reattached. All patients were under general anesthesia, according to the conditions during the operation, re-freeze and located the holes under indirect ophthalmoscope. And selected the new external pressure material or retained the old one in combination with the other operations to reattaced the retina. The average follow-up time was 31.93±18.97 months. The reasons for the failure of the first surgery based on the records of this surgery were analyzed. The visual acuity changes, the rate of retinal reattachment and the occurrence of complications were observed. The visual changes were compared by paired t test. Results:The top three reasons for the failure were: 16 case of the displacement of the compression spine (38.10%); 9 cases of missing the retinal holes and 9 case of improper selection of compression substances (account for 21.43%, respectively); 6 cases of insufficient height of compression spine (14.29%). All of retina were reattached (100%, 42/42). The average logMAR BCVA was 0.52±0.40. The difference of logMAR BCVA between before and after surgery was statistically significant ( t=6.106, P=0.000). There were a slight increase in intraocular pressure in 8 eyes, the average intraocular pressure was 25.00±2.61 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa). No serious complications occurred after surgery. Conclusions:The position deviation of the compression spine, the missed hole during the operation, the improper selection of external compression material, and the insufficient height of the compression spine are the main reasons for the failure of SB. After adjusting the reasons for the failure, there is still a higher rate of retinal reattachment.

BACKGROUND:Regional myocardial diastolic dysfunction has been recognized as a sensitive and characteristic sign of myocardial ischemia and infarction,train rate imaging(SRI)is a novel ultrasonic technique with good spatial and high temporal resolution,nd it can be used to quantitatively analyze regional myocardial function.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of the longitudinal diastolic strain rate(SR)in ischemic and infarct myocardium by SRI,n order to explore the clinical value of SRI in evaluating regional left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.DESIGN:A case-control study.SETTING:Department of Cardiology.Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University.PARTICIPANTS:All the participants were selected from outpatients and/or inpatients of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between October 2005 and April 2006.Twenty-one patients with myocardial infarction(MI group)and 11 patients with angina pectoris(AP group)were enrolled in the study.Twenty age-matched healthy subjects served as controls.METHODS:After performing conventional echocardiographic examination,olor tissue Doppler images from apical four-,three- and two-chamber views (posterior septum and lateral wall,nterior septum and posterior wall,nterior and inferior wall)were recorded on magneto-optical disk.Then SR curves were derived from the stored images off-line using QLAB 4.2software.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Ischemic segments in the AP group,nfarct segments in the MI group and normal segments in the control group were analyzed.The parameters measured included peak early diastolic SR (SRe)and peak late diastolic SR(SRa).RESULTS:Compared with the normal myocardium,oth SRe and SRa decreased significantly in the infarct and ischemic myocardium(all P＜0.05).No significant differences were observed with respect to SRe and SRa between the infarct and ischemic myocardium(both P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:SRI can be used to quantitatively analyze regional myocardial diastolic dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease,ut its value is limited in differentiating infarct from ischemic myocardium.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of cardura on lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and ejectile dystunction(ED) in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods One hundred and one cases with BPH and typical LUTS were investigated using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and International Index of Erectile Function 5 (IIEF-5)before and after treatment. The patients were given cardura 4 mg, once a day for 8 weeks. The LUTS and ED were was analyzed after treatment. Results The IPSS was scores ( 14.3 ± 4.0) after treatment, and it was lower than before (mean scores: 19.9±6.5, t= 7.534, P＜0.001). The IIEF2-5 was(14.9±8.8)scores after treatment, and it was higher than before (mean scores: 9.5±8. 5, t = 5. 335, P＜ 0. 001 ), respectively. There was statistically significant correlation between IIEF2-5 and IPSS score (r= -0. 327, P＜0. 001 ). Various indexes were significantly improved after cardura treatment as compared with pretreatment (P＜0.001). Conclusions LUTS is dangerous factor for sexual dysdysfunction, and the severity of LUTS is closely related to the development of sexual dysfunction. Cardura can at once improve the sexual function and LUTS of BPH patients.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between carotid sclerosis and lipoprotein (LP) (a) in patients with coronary artery disease. MethodsOne hundred and fifty-nine coronary artery disease patients with coronary arteriongraphy (CAG) positive were selected as the study group, and Gensini points were taken in these patients. Forty CAG normal patients was in control group, and all of them were examined with ultrasound, and serum levels of LP (a) were tested. According to ultrasound, study group were divided into 4 subgroups: normal intima group(24 cases), mild stenosis group(41 cases), moderate stenosis group (82 cases) and severe stenosis group ( 12 cases). ResultsThe rate of carotid sclerosis in study group [84.9％ (135/159)] was significantly higher than that in control group [42.5％ ( 17/40 )] (P ＜ 0.01 ). Gensini points in moderate and severe stenosis group were significantly higher than those in normal intima and mild stenosis group (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01 ), Gensini points in severe stenosis group were significantly higher than those in moderately group(P ＜ 0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between mild stenosis group and normal intima group(P ＞ 0.05 ). The level of LP(a) in study group[(35.27 + 23.38) mg/L] was significantly higher than that in control group[(23.13 ± 16.56) mg/L](P＜ 0.01 ). The level of LP(a) in mild stenosis group was significantly lower than that in moderate and severe stenosis group(P＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01 ), and there was no significantly difference compared with that in normal intima group(P＞ 0.05 ). ConclusionsCarotid sclerosis ultrasonic testing helps to predict the risk degree of coronary artery disease. The level of LP(a ) is closely related with carotid sclerosis and has important value in judging the condition of patients with coronary artery disease.

BACKGROUND: Psychological behaviors play an important role in children accidental injury, and children with a tendency of accidental injury display specific psychological properties in characters and behaviors.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference of personality and behavioral characters between normal children and children with a tendency of accidental injury.DESIGN: Case controlled analysis based on suffered children and normal hildren.SETTING: Department of pediatric in a civic hospital.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 131 accidental injured children aged from 7 to 11 years were admitted at Tengzhou Civic center hospital between January and December 2001. Those with congenital intellectual disturbance and brain trauma were excluded and the rest 89 cases were asked to fill questionnaire, 8 were removed from the study due to unintegrated data and 81pieces of integral data were collected (reclaiming rate of 91.01%), including 50 males and 31 females with the mean age of (8.59±1.86) years, the intelligence quotient was(96±15) determined by Peabody picture vocabulary test(PPVT); and 81 children in control group matched in age and sex were selected from healthy children of school age without injury history and similar in some aspects, such as parents' culture degree, economic condition, educational state and the economic and culture state of inhabitancy with control group, including 45 males and 36 females with the mean age of (8.92±1.73) years, the intelligence quotient was(98±18) by PPVT. Two groups were matched in sex, age and IQ(P＞0.05).METHODS: Eysenck personality questionnaire and Achenback children behavioral rating scale(parents rating scale) were used.RESULTS: Data of two groups with 81 questionnaires in each entered into the final analysis without loss. ① Scores for psychoticisim, introverted and extroverted character and neurological quality in Esonk personality question naire were(50. 01±10.58, 55.19±12.1, 57.35±10.12) in injury group, higher than corresponding(45.63±13.81, 48.09±6.49, 50. 01±10.39)in control group( t = 2. 27-4.65, P＜0.05) . Scores for modified rating scale was(49.42±10.42) in control group, higher than(39.65±13.03)in injury group( P＜0.001); ② The median was found higher in hyperactivity, aggression, violation of discipline, bad communication, split anxiety,depression and physical complaint in boys of injury group; as well as in hyperactivity, cruelty, aggression, depression, physical complaint, social retreat, violation of law in girls of injury group, comparing to control group(P＜0.001); ③ Positive behavioral detecting rate of injury group was 32.09% (26/81), higher than 11.11% (9/81) of control group(P ＜0.001), OR was 3.78, and 95% CI was 1.66-8.59. Behavioral factors was proved of lower sensitivity(32. 1% ) with specificity of 88.9% and higher prognostic value of 74. 3%; ④ The mean score for Achenback children behavioral rating scale was(39. 84±10. 99) in boy which was obviously higher than(34.26 ± 10.43) in girls of injury group( P ＜0.05). The edian for violation of discipline and aggression in boys and depression in girls were significantly higher than the opposite sex group(P＜0.05 or 0.01) . The mean score for Achenback children behavioral rating scale was (37.62±11.03) in injury group, which were obviously higher than (17.77±12.12) of control group( P＜0.01) . ⑤Results of multiple factors Logistic analysis revealed that the risk factors for accidental injury included: aggression, hyperactivity and iolation of discipline in boys and aggression, violation of discipline and depression in girls.CONCLUSION: Children with a tendency of accidental injury has obvious ehavioral problems, behavioral factors were proved of lower sensitivity, but of igher specific positive prognostic value. Both boys and girls displayed speific characters in aggression and violation of discipline, and lack of pretendng capability comparing to normal children, thereby liable to response in on-rational manner.

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing experience of patients with primary venous reflux disease(PVRD)of lower extremity undergoing external valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein.Methods Patients(146 cases)with PVRD of lower extremity were given psychological nursing,observation of postoperative complications and rehabilitation exercise instruction.Results Five limbs appeared short lymphatic seepage and other limbs recovered completely.No thrombus Was seen.Venous claudication,swelling and pain disappeared in 90.4% patients.Limbs symptom alleviated in 9.6% patients.All varicos evein disappeared.The function of deep vein valve recovered in 92% patients by color doppler ultra sonoscope re-examination.Conclusions General evaluation before operation,good perioperative psycho logical nursing and attention to the complication and rehabilitation exercise instruction are significant for reduction of postoperative complication and improvement of success rate of operation.

Objective To investigate the cognition, self-management and quality of life of osteoporosis in elderly patients, and to provide the basic theory for health education in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods 565 elderly patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from May 2012 to Mar.2015 were enrolled.The cognition, health beliefs, self-efficacy and quality of life were investigated by questionnaires and analyzed by Microsoft Office Excel 2007.Results 565 osteoporosis patients, the symptom score was (15.6±2.0), and the score was lower in sporting knowledge (4.3 ± 1.8) than in calcium knowledge (5.7 ± 1.5) (t=2.784, P=0.011).Health beliefs score was (139.0±9.6), containing exercise benefits score of (21.5±3.1), exercise barriers score of (13.8±3.9), susceptible score of (19.4±4.2), serious score of (18.8±4.4), health motivation score of (25.0±3.0), calcium intake benefits score of (20.7±3.5) and calcium intake disorder score of (19.8 ± 4.0).Self efficacy score was (63.7 ± 19.4), containing exercise efficacy score of (58.6 ±18.7) and calcium efficacy score of (69.2± 18.5).Quality of life score included the general health (16.5± 2.9 score), social function (5.8 ± 1.3 score), vitality (14.8 ± 3.2 score), mental health (20.7± 4.2 score), physiological function (20.5 ± 4.1 score), physiological role limit (6.3 ± 1.6 score), emotional role limit (5.1 ± 1.3 score) and body pains (4.3 ± 1.8 score).Conclusions The score in cognitive function is low in elderly osteoporosis patients.It's useful to improve elderly osteoporosis awareness and quality of life by carrying out relative education.
