1.Research advances in cord blood cytokine induced killer cells
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(5):500-502
Cytokine induced killer (CIK)cells are immune effector cells generated from mononuclear cells induced by many cytokines.CIK cells have several advantages, such as rapid proliferation, broad spectrum killing activity, high tumoricidal activity and non-major histocompatibility complex restriction.Recently, cord blood derived CIK cells have attracted extensive concerns because of its faster proliferation, higher tumoricidal activity and lower incidence of GVHD compared with adult peripheral blood derived CIK cells. This paper will review the biological characteristics, clinical application and research advances of cord blood derived CIK cells.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective: To explore the differences between the internal social adaptation and external social behaviors of freshmen. Methods: Make a survey of 198 freshmen on the internal adaptation and external by General Well-Being Schedule and Undergraduate Social Adaptation Questionnaires. Results:Freshmen' social adaptation mainly involves three factors: interpersonal communication, the state of campus life and performance of studies. The Cronbach alpha of 3 factors were 0.82, 0.87 and 0.90,and the re-test reliability was r=0.73 (P
4.Investigation and analysis of the factors on evaporation rate under vacuum drying process
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(07):-
AIM: To investigate law of vacuum drying process and provide basic technical supports for drying process and design of drying machine. METHODS: A batch-drying experiment system was used to continuously record the mass and temperature of the drying sample, then the key effective factors and characteristics of different phase of drying process were obtained based on the analysis of the recorded experimental data. RESULTS: The influence of process parameters on evaporation rate varied in different period of drying process. CONCLUSION: In order to improve the efficiency of the integrated drying process,it's necessary to apply appropriate technical methods according to the characteristics of the process.

6. Study on ecological suitability of Angelica sinensis in Gansu Province
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2020;51(12):3304-3307
Objective: To study the ecological suitability of Angelica sinensis growing in Gansu Province and guide the rational cultivation. Methods: Through visiting and field investigation, 1 545 batches of Chinese angelica samples were collected from the county areas in Gansu Province. The information about the longitude, latitude, altitude of each sampling point was collected by using the GPS, combining with national environmental factor data, and using Maxent model and spatial analysis function of ArcGIS software. Results: The areas with high suitability of A. sinensis distribution are in the southeast of Gansu Province. The main ecological factors affecting the suitability distribution of A. sinensis were altitude, rainfall in March, May and December, wettest month precipitation, soil pH and other ecological factors. Conclusion: The research findings are basically consistent with the living habits of A. sinensis that cultivated in high-cold mountain areas and plateau flat pasture areas with a cool climate, moderate soil, moisture, slightly acidic to neutral fertile and loose brown sandy loam soil. This result can provide scientific basis for the reasonable distribution of A. sinensis cultivation area in Gansu Province.
7. Isolation, identification, and biological characterization of 6 secondary metabolites extracted from Myxococcus xanthus 095B06
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(3):266-271
Objective: To study the isolation, identification, and biological characteristics of the secondary metabolites of myxobacteria. Methods: A growth inhibition model of Pyricularia oryzae was used to screen the active microbes. The compounds extracted with methanol from the fermentation broth of Myxococcus xanthus 095B06 were separated by silica chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, ESI-MS, and EI-MS techniques. The bioactive activities of the separated compounds were evaluated by Kirby-Bauer Disc Diffusion method and MTT method. Results: Six compounds, namely, Avermectin Ala, Avermectin A2a, Avermectin Bla, Avermectin B2a, ergosta-7,22-dien-3,5,6-triol, and 4-quinolinecarboxylic acid, were obtained. Conclusion: Compound 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been isolated from myxobacteria for the first time and compound 2 and 4 can strongly inhibit the growth of SMMC-7721 cell line, with both IC50 values being 5 g/ml.

Objective To assess the performance of onboard oxygen generating and supplying system. Methods A model of a person and 8 volunteers in hypobaric chamber and rapid decompression chamber underwent the tests of producing oxygen ability of the oxygen concentrator of board oxygen generating system normal performance tests on oxygen supply at 0~8 000m, performance tests at cruising altitude for longrange, warning performance tests, secondary oxygen switch tests, positive pressure oxygen performance tests and rapid decompression performance tests. Results All the ability of producing and supply of oxygen, and the normal and the emergency performance of onboard oxygen generating system could fulfill the system physiological requirements. Conclusion On board oxygen generating and supplying system could meet pilots normal and emergeney needs when pilots aviate for long range in high altitude.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM: To investigate the effectiveness of dosing technology and excipient application on solid drug's moisture-proof property and to provide a method improving the solid drug's moisture-proof property. METHODS: Based on the analysis of the moisture absorbing process and the absorbing mechanics,a new concept "active moisture absorbance site"(AMAS) was defined and mathematic model was constituted. Two constants as: initial AMAS concentration C_0,moisture resistance coemcient K,were proposed to indicate the drugs moisture-proof ability. The CI WU JIA extracts and SHUANG HUANG LIAN extracts were used to conduct experiments, which were designed to investigate the improvement of the drug's moisture resistance ability when varying the AMAS's concentration and/or its space distribution. RESULTS: Reducing the amount of moisture absorbance excipients in each dosage of solid drug can lower the drug's moisture absorbance ability, and applying a thin film coating material outside the drug can also slow the drug's moisture absorbance rate. CONCLUSION: The proposed mathematic model is useful for finding a way to improve the drug's moisture resistance;experimental data shows that the drug's moisture-proof property would be improved by reducing the amount of moisture absorbance excipient in each dosage and improving the moisture distribution resistance through a certain dosing technology, such as film coating technology.
