Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of recombinant human interleukin-11(rhIL-11) on thrombocytopenia in children with non-lymphocytic leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods Sixteen children who had non-lymphocytic leukemia were divided into 2 groups by randomization, including a therapeutic group and a control group.RhIL-11[50 ?g/(kg?d)] was injected subcutaneously 24 h after chemiotherapy in the therapeutic group, and applied consecutively 10-14 days, and the control group was treated without RhIL-11.Duration of the thrombocytopenia, infusion of blood platelet, diversity of blood platelets counts and adverse effect were observed of the 2 groups.Differences between groups were examined using statistics analysis. Results There were 16 case-times(59.3%) in the therapeutic group that of could be cured without platelet transfusion, but that of control group only had 3 case-times(14.3%);the diffe-rence between 2 groups was significant(P

OBJECTIVE To comprehend the changes in the spectrum of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance, and to analyze their tendency.METHODS Totally 5746 pathogenic bacteria isolated from clinical samples of the inpatients in our hospital during 1997-2004 and their drug resistance was statistically(analyzed).RESULTS Most of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria were Gram-negative.The detected rate of Gram-positive bacteria tended to rise, while the detected rate of fungi obviously increased year after year.Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacilli were resistant to commonly used antibacterials in different degrees,(especially) to ampicillin. The sensitive rate of Gram-positive bacteria was high to vancomycin, while the sensitive rates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem were high.CONCLUSIONS The structure of(nosocomial) infection(pathogens) and their drug resistance patterns are changing continuously. It should be(emphasized) to inspect(bacterial) tolerance in order to select antibacterial reasonably.

Objective To compare the nursing effect between single-port laparoscopic adrenalectomy and retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods Patients who will accept adrenalectomy were divided into single-port laparoscopic group and retroperitoneal laparoscopic group according to different operation methods, then following variables were investigated and analyzed: the time of operation, the volume of blood loss, the time of drainage tube detained, the time of the patients leaving their beds, the time of bowel moved, the days of the patients stay in hospital after operation. Results Single-arch coparoscopic groups of patients peri-operatine bleeding and postoper ative patients off the bed time and exhanst timer was better than the control groups. Conclusions Based on the premise that curative effect be ensured, the single-port laparoscopic adrenalectomy reduces the painful feeling of patients, reduces the difficulties of nursing, it improves medical and nursing efficiency, it provides new way of laparoscopic therapy about adrenal tumor.

Objective To explore the effect of transitional intervention on compliance and life quality of patients after percutane-ous coronary intervention(PCI) in cardiovascular internal department ,and provide the basis for the compliance in patients after PCI operation .Methods From January 2010 to September 2012 ,80 patients after PCI infection who had coronary heart disease were di-vided into observation group and control group ,and 40 cases in each group .The control group used conventional methods to rehabil-itation guidance for patients after PCI while the observation group used continued intervention system .According to the exercise of selfcare agency scale(ESCA) and health promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP) to improve the evaluation ,the compliance and life quali-ty of the two groups patients who discharged from hospital after 6 months and 12 months were evaluated .Results In the 6 months and 12 months after discharge ,compliance and life quality of the observation group was better than the control group ,and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .And the difference of ESCA and HPLP scores at different time points between groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Continued intervention system can significantly improve the compliance and life quality in infection patients after PCI .

Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(7):554-556
Objective To develop the specific module of quality of life instrument for patients with esophageal cancer. Methods with the structured group ( nominal group and focus group) methods and the qualitative and quantitative theory and methodology in developing rating scales, items were preliminary screened, evaluated and modified. And the data measuring from 28 cases of esophageal cancer patients and 25 doctors/nurses were analyzed by 4 statistical procedures: method of coefficient of variation, correlation analysis, patients'importance rating procedure and doctors' importance rating procedure. Results By above statistical procedures and advises of doctors, thus 19 - items specific module was formed finally. Conclusions The specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content representativeness and validity.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the changes of serum cytokines and explore their role in infants with cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. Methods We recruited 41 positive CMV-IgM plus normal ALT infants (other disease group), 30 positive CMV-IgM plus abnormal ALT infants (hepatitis group) and 30 healthy infants (control group) in the study. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?), interferon-?(IFN-?) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in serum were measured with ELISA. The association between TNF-? and ALT was analyzed. Results The levels of TNF-?, IFN-?, IL-4 were higher, and IFN-?/IL-4 was significantly lower in the two CMV infection groups than the control group. Compared with other disease group, the changes of TNF-?, IL-4, and IFN-?/IL-4 showed significance in hepatitis group. The level of TNF-? showed a positive association with ALT in hepatitis group(r=0.76,P

Objective To investigate the molecule phenotype, epidemiology, and resistance genes of the New Delhi metallo- β-lactamase-1 ( NDM-1 ) producing Klebsiella pneumoniae ( K. pneumoniae ) . Methods Retrospective study was made on one hundred and ten non-repetitive carbepenem-resistant K. pneumoniae clinical isolated strains, which were collected from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital. The minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MICs ) of antibiotics were tested by the GN13 cards of BioMerieux Company. Modified Hodge test were used for the detection of carbapenemases. The blaNDM-1 encoding gene and linkage of ISAba125-NDM were detected by PCR method. The purified PCR products were cloned and sequenced. The homology of the K. pneumoniae were analyzed by the multilocus sequence typing ( MLST ) . Plasmid conjugation experiment and curing method were used to study the transfer of bacterial resistance. The Fisher′s exact probability test was used to compare the data. Results 13% NDM-1-producing K. pneumoniae were detected and confirmed as blaNDM-1 by sequencing (14/110). The resistance rates of the 14 NDM-1-producing K. pneumoniae strains to imipenem, meropenem, ertapenem, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, amikacin, and aztreonam were 14/14, 14/14, 13/14, 10/14, 9/14, 5/14, and 11/14. Meanwhile, the positive rate of ISAba125-NDM linkage of those 14 NDM-1-producing K. pneumoniae strains was 14/14. The E. coli J53 transconjugants, whose MICs of imipenem, meropenem, and ertapenem were increased by 4 to 64 times, were blaNDM-1 gene and ISAba125-NDM linkage positive. In addition, it was showed that the blaNDM-1 gene and ISAba125-NDM linkage were located on a plasmid with a size of approximately 65 000 bp. Conclusions The NDM-1 producing K. pneumoniae strains in this study were resistant to many commonly used antibiotics, however, the resistance rate to aminoglycoside and aztreonam were relatively low. The carbapenemase-resistant genotype spread by blaNDM-1 carried plasmid. Attention should be paid to its easily transmissible feature among the strains in clinic. The insertion sequence ISAba125 may be involved in the blaNDM-1 gene mediated carbapenemase-resistant genotype.
