Objective By means of control test,to compare the surgical trauma and perioperative recovery between video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) and conventional thoracotony for lobectomy.Methods Eightysix non-small cell lung cancer patients who had undergone operations from April 2010 to April 2011 were chosen.According to operative mcthods,the patients were divided into two groups:video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery group(VATS) and open chest group(OT).The protein and hormone level of serum Cortisol(Cor),growth hormone (GH),triiodothyronine (T3),tetraiodothyronine (T4),C-reactive protein (CRP) were selected as indexes to investigate the surgical trauma on non-small cell lung cancer patients.The duration of operation,quantity of lymph node dissection,chest tube duration,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications were chosen as indexes to measure operation result and perioperative recovery.Results Under the condition that patients undergone the same operation level(lobectomy + Systemic lymph node dissection),there was no ststistical significance in preoperative level of serum Cor,GH,T3,T4,CRP.The postoperative concentrations of serum Cor,GH,T3,T4,CRP on the 1 d,2 d,3 d and 7 d were lower in VATS group,and there were obvious statistical significance(P ＜0.01).And there were obvious statistical significance in duration of operation (P ＜ 0.01),postoperative hospital stay(P ＜ 0.01),quantity of lymph node dissection (P =0.477).There were no obvious statistical significance in chest tube duration (P =0.508),postoperative complications (P =0.787).Conclusions VATS lobectomy is able to achieve a same result for radical treatment outcone and safety to routine open chest lobectomy in patients.Compared witt routine open chest lobectomy,VATS lobectomy has less surgical trauma,much rapid recovery,it should be recommended for patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective To compare effect of the GlideScope and direct laryngoscopy in snoring surgery.Methods Fourty patients scheduled for orotracheal intubation of general anesthesia in snoring surgery wererandomly divided into GlideScope group ( A group) and direct laryngoscope group ( B group). Two groups were recorded values of heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP)before induction (T1), after induction (T2), intubation (T3) and 1 (T4), 3 (T5), 5 (T6) min after intubation and plasma norepinephrine (NE) concentrations in T1, T5, T6. Results ( 1 ) Values of HR, SBP and DBP of two groups were compared in T1 and T2, the difference was not significant ( P ＞ 0.05 ); Values of SBP and DBP of two groups compared T1 to T2, and the difference was significant ( P ＜ 0. 05); (2) Values of HR, SBP and DBP of two groups compared in T3, T4 and T5, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05);(3 ) Values of the concentration of plasma NE of two groups compared in T1 ,T5 and T6, and the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Cardiovascular response and stress response of orotracheal intubation using a videolaryngoscope is lower than using ordinary laryngoscope in snoring surgery.

[Objective] To observe the effect of TCM on bladder cough.[Method]Take the principles of removing pathogens to stop cough,reinforcing essential qi to nourish deficiency and considering both the superficial and inside,and divide 54 cases into 5 types:attacked externally with wind cold,with wind heat,with dryness,overheat of liver fire and both deficiency of lung and kidney,make treatment by differentiation of signs.[Result]38 cases were cured,6 had marked effect,6 were effective,4 had no effect,and the total effective rate was 92%.[Conclusion]TCM has obvious cure effect in treating bladder cough.

〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the informatization management system in specialist clinic blood-taking room, which compares with the process before informatization from the aspects of error rates of blood samples, patients satisfaction, hospital labor costs and so on to highlight the advantages of informatization management.The progressiveness, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures are discussed, informatization management could improve work efficiency and patients satisfaction.

Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome MODS (MODS) is the one of the major factors,which causing the death of the severe patients.More and more research proved that there are some relatonship be-tween MODS with the cellular apoptosis and necrosis.In recent years mesenchymal stem cells has been ap-plied to a variety of diseases as seed cells in the field of rehabilitation,and shows the initial effect in treat-ment and research.Through analysis the distribution and division of mesenehymal stem cells in the body,we found it may play an important role in the treatment in the MODS.We reviewed the mechanism of the MSC dealing with the MODS.

Objective To compare the effect of underwater treadmill training (UWTT), body weight support treadmill training (BWSTT) and conventional gait training (CGT) for walking ability and balance function in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods 43 patients were divided into CGT group (n=14), BWSTT group (n=13) and UWTT group (n=16). Based on conventional gait training, the UWTT group and BWSTT group respectively accepted UWTT and BWSTT for 4 weeks. They were assessed with Functional Ambulation Category (FAC), maximum walking speed (MWS), 6 Minute Walk Test (6MWT), and dynamic balance function and static balance function with Active Balancer before and after training. Results All the patients improved in all items after training (P<0.05), while the UWTT group improved more in the 6MWT and balance function items than the BWSTT group (P<0.05). Conclusion UWTT is more effective for hemiplegic patients after stroke in walking ability and balance function than BWSTT.

Objective To detect the expression of SSX and to correlate it with clinical indicators of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods The expression of SSX1-5 mRNA and SSX1 protein were respectively detected by RT-PCR and Western blot and immunohistochemistry staining.The relation between the expression of SSX mRNA and SSX1 protein with clinical indicators were analysed.Results SSX1,SSX2,and SSX3 mRNA were expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines BEL-7404,Hep G2,and SMMC-7721.In 26 HCC samples,SSX1-SSX5 mRNA was detectable in 53.8％,42.3％,50.0％,46.2％ and 26.9％.The expression of SSX1 mRNA was not related to serum AFP levels (P ＞0.05).Specific expression was both found in the normal group and the high value group.The expression rate of SSX1 mRNA was 85.7％ in the older group,which was higher than in the younger group (16.7％,P ＜ 0.05).The expression rate of SSX1 protein was 50％ in HCC tissues,which was not seen in the caner-adjacent or cirrhosis tissues.In 49 HCC paraffin tissue section samples,the expression rate of SSX1 protein was higher than that in caner-adjacent tissues (46.9％ vs 18.4％,P ＜ 0.05).The expression rate of SSX1 protein was 68.3％ in the large hepatocellular carcinoma group,which was higher than in the small hepatocellular carcinoma group (29.6％),(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions SSX1 mRNA is expressed with a high percentage and specificity in HCC and their products are new potential promising targets for antigen-specific immunotherapy of HCC.The detection of SSX1 expression has the potential value for auxiliary diagnosis of HCC.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the correlation between syndrome differentiation and CT quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver. METHODS: One hundred and thirteen cases of fatty liver verified clinically accepted plain CT scan after syndrome differentiation (syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of phlegm-dampness blocking internally, syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of interior dampness-heat), and then the CT values of the liver and the spleen were measured respectively. RESULTS: It was shown that there was a correlation between the syndrome differentiation and the fatty infiltration in the liver. Significant differences of the distribution of fat and the ratio of liver-spleen were found among the five different syndromes (P<0.05). Diffused, mild fatty liver mainly displayed syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency. CONCLUSION: Syndrome differentiation of fatty liver is correlated with CT quantitative diagnosis, which can be discriminated by the ratio of liver-spleen.

AIM: Test the character of Electrooculogram (EOG) in normal subjects so as to obtain reference values.METHODS: By using Vision Monitor visual evoked response imaging system, the EOG was recorded on 60 normal subjects (73 eyes).RESULTS: EOG under the condition of normal pupil was recorded in normal subjects according to ISCVE standard. The dark trough potential was (701.8±265.1)μV, the light peak potential was (1255.0±447.7)μV, the Arden ratio (light peak /dark trough ratio)was 180%±21%.CONCLUSION: Our study reflected the spatial characteristics of electrooculogram in normal subjects,provided reliable normal reference values for clinical research.

Objective To provide theoretical and scientific evidences for plague control,through understanding the F1 antibody level distribution and affected factor of population having healed from plague from plague natural focus of Rat.flavipectus in Yunnan Province.Methods The places and population investigated were chosen according to plague surveillant data in Yunnan Province from 1986 to 2005,using caso-control study and quesfionary. All samples were detected by indirect hemagghtination(IHA),including 248 serum samples from population having heaIed from phsue in 23 counties as case group.295 senlm samples from healthy population inoculated with EV vaccine in 7 counties as artificial immunization group, and 235 serum samples from healthy population not inoculated it in a non-plagued foei county as negative comparison group,with the diagnosing standard for positive titor being not less than 1:20.Results(①The difference WSS statistically significant(X2=44.80,P<0.05)between plague and non-plagued foci with F1 antibody positive rates being 22.10%(120/543)and 0(0/235),respectively.② The F1 antibodv positive rate of case group,35.89%(89/248)and geometric mean titer(GMT)1:84,was higher than that of artiIicial immunization group,which was 10.51%(31/295)and with GMT 1:34,respectively,the difference being statistically significant(X2=50.41,P<0.0125);the positive rate of case group wgs hisher than the neganve comparison group,the difference being statistically significant(X2=103.39,P<0.0125):the posifive mte of artificial immunization group was higher than the negative comparison group,the difference being statisticallv significant(X2=26.23,P<0.0125).③The differences were not statistically significant in the F1 antibedy positive rates of case group for age,sex,nation and occupation(X2=1.88,2.01,5.46,0.04,P>0.05).④The difference was not statistically significant in 89 plague patients with positive F1 antibody at the time of onset and rehabilitation(t= 1.23,P>0.05).Conclusions ①Plague FI antibody in people distributes the sanle a8 the plague natural focus of Rat.flavipectus does in Yunnan Province.②For naturally infected plague patients,only 1/3 popuhtion get long- term immunity,and still 2/3 can be infected again.The protecting rate and effect of naturally acquired immunity due to infection of plague are better than amfieially acquired immunity from inoculation of EV vaccine.③For the population having healed from plague,the positive rotes of FI antibody are not affected by age,sex,nation and occupation,however for those whose plague F1 antibody is still positive after some time,the titer will remain or even increase.
