Objective To evaluate glaucoma and anterior chamber angle changes after intravitreal silicone oil injection(SOI). Methods The intraocular pressure(IOP) and anterior chamber angles of 34 eyes(33 patients)undergone pars plana vitrectomy and SOI were observed. Results Glaucoma occurred in 9 eyes(26%),in which silicone oil glaucoma(SOG)accounted for 77%(7/9).The changes of the superior part of anterior chamber angle were peripheral anterior synechiae in 11 eye(32%) and SO emulsification droplets in 22 eyes(64%) in 1～4.5 months after surgeries.Glaucoma occurred in 6 eyes of 7 eyes undergone peripheral iridectomy at the inferior part of the iris after the closure of iridectomy holes(P

The present paper makes a tentative study on the significance and the approaches of the undergraduates' ideological education in the present new situation,stressing that currently universities and colleges must strengthen the construction of the CPC organizations at universities and boost the construction of the education of talented people in an all-round way with the thought of "3 represents" as guidelines,the strengthening of the construction of the CYLC as foundation and the conducting of the ideological education of the construction of the CPC as means.

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound elastography in the non-invasive monitoring of liver elasticity of stable recipients at different stages after liver transplantation. Methods Clinical data of 73 stable recipients after liver transplantation were collected. According to the time after liver transplantation, all patients were divided into the early group (n=25) and medium-to-long group (n=48). In addition, 38 healthy subjects were assigned into the control group. The ultrasound indexes and liver function indexes were statistically compared among each group. The ultrasound elastography indexes of liver and spleen were analyzed, and their correlation with liver function indexes was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the ultrasound indexes, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels were significantly increased in the early group (all P < 0.05), and the ultrasound indexes in the medium-to-long group were significantly increased, whereas the GGT level was significantly decreased (all P < 0.05). Compared with the early group, the right oblique diameter of liver, ALT, GGT and ALP levels were significantly decreased in the medium-to-long group (all P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the sound touch elastography (STE) and sound touch quantify (STQ) values of liver and STE value of spleen in the early group and medium-to-long group were significantly increased (all P < 0.05). Compared with the early group, the ultrasound elastography indexes of liver and spleen in the medium-to-long group were remarkably decreased (all P < 0.05). The ultrasound elastography indexes of liver were weakly correlated with the ALT, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and GGT levels, significantly correlated with ALP level. The STE value of spleen was weakly correlated with the ALP level. The STE value of liver was significantly correlated with the STQ value of liver. The STE and STQ values of liver were weakly correlated with the STE value of spleen. Conclusions The characteristics of liver elasticity in stable recipients after liver transplantation are various among different stages. Persistent monitoring of liver elasticity may provide a novelnon-invasive monitoring method during follow-up after liver transplantation.

Cell pyroptosis is a programmed death of inflammatory cells. Many members of the gasdermin family （the effector protein family that forms pores） participate in the pathological process of a variety of diseases， such as cancer， myocardial ischemia， renal injury， and osteoarthritis， mainly by activating cysteine aspartate-specific protease （Caspase） for polymerization and shear. Cell pyroptosis has bidirectional regulation. Induction of pyroptosis can promote cell clearance under pathological conditions （such as cancer and tumor cells）， but long-term induction of pyroptosis can lead to abnormal lipid and related vitamin metabolism in vivo. Regulating the balance between cell pyroptosis and proliferation is an important target for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment of diseases. The Yin-Yang theory runs through the whole process of TCM diagnosis and treatment， which is used to explain the physiological and pathological changes of human body and guide the theory， diagnosis and treatment of diseases and health care. The balance between cell proliferation and pyroptosis is essentially the embodiment of Yin-Yang balance at the cellular level， and the theory of Yin-Yang spontaneous harmonization dominates the balance. TCM intervention on cell pyroptosis is mainly reflected in promoting and inhibiting cell pyroptosis， which has the same significance as Yin-Yang regulation. Based on this theory， this paper revealed the relationship between TCM inhibiting and promoting cell pyroptosis through the Yin-Yang theory， to provide theoretical support for the modernization of the Yin-Yang theory and new goals for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
