Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(4):71-76,94
The paper establishes the ontology, terms list and terms hierarchy structure analysis method of relevant functions and disability through content analysis method based on ICF,analyzes and compares the architectures, classification structures, contents, etc.of relevant disability standards in China.Through the structure analysis,it is found that structures of most typical disability standards in China are limited to body functions and body structures, are less related to activities and engagement contents, and are irrelevant to environmental factors. In the aspect of contents, terms, coverage areas and specific classification systems of relevant standards are different.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2015;35(1):41-43
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 90Sr-90Y applicator treatment for hemangioma by superficial ultrasound. Methods A total of 94 infants with hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed, including 37 males and 57 females (age range:1-12 months, mean =4.5 months).Thickness of hemangioma was measured by superficial ultrasound on the day before 90Sr-90Y applicator treatment,10 d and 3 months after treatment.Paired t test and x2 test were used to analyze data.ROC curve was analyzed to determine the tumor thickness which could be cured by one-cycle of treatment. Results Sixty-two cases were cured,29 cases had partial response and 3 cases had treatment failure.Thickness of hemangioma was (0.38 ±0.28)cm before treatment and (0.16±0.35) cm 3 months post-treatment and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.377,P<0.05).The treatment effect of 90Sr-90Y applicator was not influenced by gender.According to the site of hemangioma, the curative rates were 20/38 in head & neck,22/33 in chest,20/23 in limbs.Only the difference between the curative rates in head & neck and limbs was statistically significant (x2 =7.478,P<0.05).The treatment effect of 90Sr-90Y applicator was evaluated by the thickness of hemangioma under the skin at 3 months post-treatment and the area under the ROC was 0.93.The threshold of the thickness of hemangioma which could be cured by one-cycle of treatment was 0.32 cm with the sensitivity of 93.8% and specificity of 85.5%.Conclusions The 90Sr-90Y applicator had a good treatment effect on pure hemangioma in infants, especially for those located in limbs and torso. The lesion with thickness less than 0.32 cm had a higher chance to be cured by one-cycle of treatment.

Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) treatment of distal tibial fractures.Method From March 2007 to February 2013,MIPPO technology locking compression plate for the treatment of 49 cases of distal tibial fractures, including 12 cases of open fractures,37 cases of closed fractures involving the articular surface 7 cases,38 cases of fracture reduction and limited open reduction of 11 cases. Results Forty-nine patients were followed up for 6-24 months,an average of 12 months,1 case of a finite complex open reduction and nonunion, and re-open reset grafting healing,2 cases of distal tibial fractures delayed healing. The mean healing time was 4.9 months, press the Johner-Wruhs score, excellent in 42 cases, good in 5 cases, and middle in 2 cases.Excellent rate of 95.9% (47/49).Conclusion MIPPO technology locking compression plate fixation of distal tibial fracture trauma, can reduce the interference of the blood supply of the fracture, fracture healing rate and reduce the rate of infection,is the ideal treatment of distal tibial fractures.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2014;34(5):418-420
CD133 has been confirmed as a stem cell surface marker in a variety of tumors.Specific markers of cancer stem cells in the thyroid cancer are not yet clear. Results of some studies showed that expression of CD133 was found in undifferentiated thyroid cancer cells which had the characteristics of stem cells. Those cells had the ability to self-renewal,multi-directional differentiation, potential development to cancer, and radio-and chemotherapy resistance. This article mainly views the progresses of CD133 in thyroid cancer research.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(1):22-25
Objective To analyze and compare 3 Chinese standards of disability. Methods Based on the framework and terminology of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), the structure and content of 3 standards of disability, i.e., Standard for Identify Work Ability - Gradation of Disability Caused by Work-related injuries and Occupational Diseases (GB/T 16180—2006), Assessment for Body Impairment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accidents (GB 18667—2002) and Life Insurance Disability Insurance were reviewed. Results All the standards primarily involved body structure, partly bodily functions, little activity and participation without specific assessment, but no environmental factors. Conclusion The framework and terminology of ICF can be used in the standardization of disability standards.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(9):996-998
Objective To evaluate the functioning of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 22 children with cerebral palsy aged 7-12 years were investigated with ICF-CY Questionnaire. Results There were impairments in body function of mental function, neuromusculoskeletal and movement related functions, sensory functions and pain. There were barriers in activity and participation in the domains of learning and applying knowledge, general tasks and demands, communication, mobility, self-care, domestic life, interpersonal interactions and relations, major life areas, and community, social and civil life. The mental function and neuromusculoskeletal and movement related functions correlated with the most domains of activity and participation (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy are severe in activity and participation, which may be mainly associated with the impairments of mental function and neuromusculoskeletal and movement related functions.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(9):999-1001
Objective To investigate the functioning of outpatients with chronic diseases. Methods 61 outpatients were investigated with the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHO-DAS 2.0) Chinese version. Results All the outpatients expressed slight barriers in fields of understanding and communicating, moving and getting around, self-care, interacting with other people, domestic responsibilities, and joining in community activities. The outpatients with musculoskeletal and cutaneous diseases were more difficult in interacting with other people than other patients (P<0.05). Conclusion There are slight barriers in the outpatients with chronic diseases in activities and participations, which may be various with the diseases.

Objective:To study the clinical effect and safety of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods:86 cases of cirrhotic patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group. The control group underwent percutaneous transhepatic coronary vein embolization (PTVE) treatment, while the observation group were treated with TIPS.The success rate of surgery, the incidence of various complications, the long-term survival rate and the symptoms and the changes of liver function after operation were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The portal vein pressure after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P=0.00),at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation, the rebleeding rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),but the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);before operation and at 6 months and 12 months after operation, the Child-Pugh score, serum TBIL,DBIL levels showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),at 3 months after operation, the Child-Pugh score, serum TBIL,DBIL levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01);the 1 year survival rate showed no significant difference between two groups (P=0.72).Conclusion:TIPS could effectively improve the symptoms of varicose veins, better on liver function damage, and enhance the long-term survival high rate with high safely in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis.
