Objective To observe the changes of the blood pressure after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) as well as the expressions of α2A-adrenergic receptor (AR) in center (brain tissue) and peripheral (renal tissue) α1A-AR and to investigate the correlation between α1A-AR/α2A-AR and blood pressure regulation in acute hypertensive ICH. Methads A total of 30 six-month-old male SHRs were randomly divided into a sham-operation group and ICH (day 1,3, 7 and 14) groups (n =6 in each group). Blood pressure was measured by the tail-cuff method. Collagenase Ⅳ was injected into caudate-puta-men nucleus to induce a model of ICH. The expressions of α1A-AR and α2A-AR were detected by using immunohistochemistry and reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results One day after ICH, the blood pressure was 195.4 ± 8.39 mm Hg, and it was significantly higher than 177.8 ± 8.69 mm Hg (P = 0. 000) before ICH and 184. 1 ± 3.76 mm Hg in the sham-operation group (P=0. 002). At day 3 it was 185.3 ±9.22 mm Hg, and it was lower than that at day 1. It was 177.7 ±5.62 mm Hg and 176.7 ±6. 06 mm Hg at day7 and 14 respectively, which almost returned to the normal level before ICH. The α1A-AR mRNA and protein in renal tissue at day 1 after ICH were 0. 91 ±0. 013 and 0. 944 ±0. 142%, respectively, They were higher than 0. 89 ±0. 018 and0. 779 ±0. 103% in the sham-operation group, and they reached the peak (0. 93 ±0.015, P =0.008; 1.526 ± 0.296%, P =0.010) at day 3. The α2A-AR mRNA and protein in brain tissue were 0. 93 ±0. 020 and 2.64 ±0. 293% at day 3 after ICH, and they were significantly higher than 0. 86 ±0. 019 (P =0. 001) and 1. 070 ±0. 155% (P = 0. 020), and0.87 ±0. 029 (P =0. 000) at day 1 after ICH and 1. 629 ±0. 488% (P =0. 023) in the sham-operation group. The changes of blood pressure in the ICH day 1 to day 7 grottos in SHRs and correlation coefficient of α2A-AR mRNA absorbance in brain tissue r was - 0. 509 (P = 0.031), and the correlation coefficient of α2A-AR protein-expression volume fraction in brain tissue r was - 0. 473 (P = 0. 047). Conelusions Regulation of blood pressure during acute ICH may have certain correlation with the up-expressions of α2A-AR in brain tissue and α1A-AR in renal tissue.

Objective To establish the models with human rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial fibroblasts (RASFs)-cartilage-severe combined immune deficient (SCID) mice for the study of the RASFs in the pathogenesis of RA.Methods The 4th passage RASFs were marked with 5-bromodexyuridine (5-Brdu)and injected into a cavity of inert sterile gel sponge,then with the normal human cartilage co-implanted in the back subcutaneously of SCID mice to set up a novel model of RA.Osteoarthritis synovial fibroblasts (OASFs)were injected as control group.Thirty days after the surgery,the mice were killed,the grafts and the knee joints were proceed with histological study and immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of 5-Brdu and Vimentin in synoviocytes.The serum level of interleukin (IL)-6 and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-3 were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Twenty-three mice survived except for one mouse in the RASFs group died of anesthesia.① Only in one case in the RASFs group,the IL-6 was detected,the others were unable to be detected.The MMP-3 in the OASFs group was (40±17) pg/ml,but in RASFs group only one case was detected.② There were 4 and 3 implanted cartilages loss in the RASFs group and OASFs group respectively.The histological scores of cartilage invasion by synoviocytes and cartilage degradation in grafts were higher in RASFs groups than in OASFs groups (0.6±0.7 vs 0.3±0.5,2.3±0.8 vs 1.7±1.0 respectively).③ The histological scores of synovial hyperplasia and cartilage invasion in the knee joints was significantly higher in the RASFs group than in the OASFs group (3.1±0.8 vs 1.7±1.0,P＜0.01,1.6±1.7 vs 0.6±1.4,P＜0.05 respectively).④ During the grafts,a lot of 5-Brdu and Vimentin markers positive synovio-cytes were found in the mice subcutaneous tissue,but manipulus positive synoviocytes were found on the area of cartilage invasion in both groups.In knee joints,single positive synoviocytes could be detected in bone marrow and hyperplasic area of the synovial tissue in both groups.Conclusion The isolated RASFs can survival and have the ability to invade and degrade the cartilage in vivo without the limitation of immunity induced inflammations,and can also migrate to the synovial joints in distance and induce arthritis.

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) has been one of the main public heath problems that the Chinese public is facing. In order to estimate and predict the development of the epidemic situation, we studied on cellular automaton with the mechanism and characteristics of AIDS, and sets up an AIDS model on the base of the principle of cellular automaton. By studying the model, we analyzed the segregation power and AIDS-immune persons' influence on the transmission of the diseases. Some estimations and predictions can be drawn by studying model parameters. The structure of the model is flexible, and so it can change control tactics during evolution. Traditional differential equation cannot come up to it under the circumstances. It serves as tool with a great significance to the control as well as the prevention of AIDS.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qiji Zhuyu Zhixue decoction in treatment of previous cesarean scar defect(PCSD)and explore the value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound(3D-PDUS)in the diagnosis of PCSD.Methods A total of 120 PCSD patients treated and treated in Wenzhou People's Hospital from April to October 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into case group(50 cases)and control group(70 cases).The case group was treated with Qiji Zhuyu Zhixue decoction,and the control group was treated with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets.The clinical effects after 6 months of treatment were compared between two groups.The length,width,depth,lateral muscle thickness and volume of PCSD before and after treatment were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with 3D-PDUS.The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasonic parameters in diagnosis of PCSD.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of case group was significantly higher than that of control group(x2=21.97,P＜0.01).After treatment,the diverticulum depth and volume in case group were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.05).The diverticulum depth in case group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The lateral muscle thickness in case group was significantly greater than that before treatment and control group(P＜0.05).The area under the curve of the combined diagnosis of PCSD with diverticular depth,diverticular lateral muscle thickness and diverticular volume was 0.707.Conclusion The clinical effect of Qiji Zhuyu Zhixue decoction on PCSD is remarkable.Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with 3D-PDUS is the first choice for the diagnosis of PCSD,and it is worth popularizing and applying.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound(3D-PDUS)in fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods A total of 120 pregnant women in the third trimester who were given birth in Wenzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study objects,50 pregnant women with FGR confirmed by clinical and ultrasound were included in case group,and 70 pregnant women with normal fetal development were included in control group.The renal volume and renal blood flow parameters of the fetuses in two groups were compared.The pregnancy outcomes and perinatal conditions of two groups were compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to calculate the area under the curve(AUC),and the diagnostic efficacy of various blood flow parameters for FGR was evaluated.Results The renal volume/gestational week,renal vascularization index,vascularization flow index and renal artery peak systolic velocity of the fetuses in case group were significantly lower than those in control group,while renal artery peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity,pulsation index and resistance index were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in renal flow index between two groups(P＞0.05).ROC curve results showed that the diagnostic efficacy of renal volume/gestational week and renal artery peak systolic velocity were higher,while the diagnostic efficacy of combined application was the highest,with an AUC of 0.89.The rate of low birth weight infants in case group was significantly higher than that in control group,and neonatal Apgar score was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion 3D-PDUS quantitative analysis parameters evaluated renal volume and blood perfusion could predict FGR,which is conducive to early diagnosis of FGR and guide clinical intervention,and effectively reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
