1.The Impact of Global Budget on the Hospitalization Beneficial Degree under New Rural Cooperative Medical System

Objective:To analyze the effect of global budget of New Rural Cooperative Medical System (NCMS) on the per-visit inpatient compensations,inpatient compensation ratios,per-visit inpatient out-of-pocket expenses and inpatient out-of-pocket rates.Methods:The difference in difference method was used to control the non-intervention factors and estimate the net impact of global budget.Results:Global budget of NCMS decreased the per-visit inpatient compensations by 14.37 yuan,but it had no statistical significance.The compensation ratio of hospitalization increased by 5.23%,the average hospitalization self-payment decrease by 141.51 yuan,the self-payment decreased by 5.23%,which all had statistical significance while there were differences on the effects for specific diseases.Conclusion:Global budget of NCMS increased the inpatient benefit,but the effect was varies by conditions.In addition,measurement of global budget's standard still needed to be scientific and reasonable.

Objective: To find out the current situation of the reproductive health about countrywomen in west of China,and explore the factor of the reproductive health under social medicine theory framework.Methods: Summarize literature about women reproductive which have been done recently,and do 608 samples survey in Xi'an of Shaanxi,which is about the current situations of social economic,reproductive health,gynecological diseases and mental health.Results: The research clarified the primary connotation about the reproductive health of countrywomen,and identified the current situation of countrywomen reproductive health in Shaanxi province of China.Conclusion: The situation of countrywomen reproductive health is far away from the demand of strategic target of "Everyone enjoys the reproductive care since 2015",and the countrywomen are on the hip in birth control,bearing culture,acquirement of health knowledge and primary diathesis.
3.Anxiety Measurement and Factors Analyze of Married Women in Countryside in Shaanxi Province

Objective: to measure anxiety status and explore integrated factors about anxiety of countrywomen in Shaanxi, then put forward to suggestions for improving women's mental health under the bio - psycho - social medical model. Methods: A cross - sectional survey was adopted. 592 married countrywomen volunteers were selected by cluster random sampling from Chang'an district of Xi'an in Shaanxi province. Self - rating anxiety scale, Self - rating depression scale and Life events scale were used for assessment of mental health of the subjects. Additional, gynecologic examinations were done to measure personal reproductive health status. Results: The facts of mental status of Shaanxi rural women brook no optimism. Among the 592 samples that were investigated in current study, 25. 3% have anxiety symptoms. For the study population, the average total index score of SAS was 34. 34. Further analysis revealed that dysmenorrhea, menarche age and depression are main risk factors influencing women's anxiety status. In addition, married countrywomen's anxiety is related to sexual intercourse satisfaction, uterus motion and per capita health care spending, etc.
4.Analysis on the Satisfaction of Family Doctor Services among Urban Residents in Ankang, Shaanxi

Objective:To investigate the satisfaction of family doctors services among the contracted community residents,so as to provide evidence for improving the related system of family doctors.Methods:Two community health service centers in Hanbin District of Ankang were selected as the investigation sites and 805 over-65-year residents were recruited and interviewed using cluster sampling method.Results:The three most satisfactory items for community doctor services were family doctors' attitude (86.0%),the convenience of appointment and service (80.3%) and the degree of listening and explaining the disease (77.1%).Conclusion:Overall,the residents are generally satisfied with the family doctor services,but there still exists much room for improvement.We must increase propaganda of family doctor services in the process of implementation,raise the awareness of family doctor services in residents,establish and improve the mechanism of training,introduction,evaluation and incentive of family doctors,and improve the overall quality and service ability of family doctors.
