Microbiology 2001;28(2):81-85
Four methods of breeding high producing strain of Lipase are studied. As a result, the Lipase activity produced by one strain is 93 times as high as befor, and the Lipase activity produced by another is 3.0 times. On these bases, the effects of four methods in breeding are discussed, and the usinng Fast Neutron is more effective method in breeding.

Objective To investigate the role of protein kinase C (PKC) in reduction of hepatic ischemiareperfusion injury by CO2 preconditioning in rats. Methods Forty-eight male Wistar rats, aged 8-10 weeks, weighing 230-270 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =16 each):hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury group (group HIRI),CO2 preconditioning group (group P),and c helerythrine (CHE,a specific inhibitor of PKC) group (group CHE).The portal vein, hepatic artery and bile duct of the left lateral and median lobes of the liver were occluded for 1 h,followed by 4 h reperfusion in anesthetized rats. The rats inhaled 50% O2-50% N2 for 1 h during mechanical ventilation in group HIRI.In P group, the rats inhaled 50% O2-45% N2-5% CO2 for 1 h during mechanical ventilation and then inhaled 50% O2-50% N2 and the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury was performed 15 min later. In group CHE,CHE 5 mg/kg was injected intraperitoneally at 10 min before mechanical ventilation, and the other procedures were similar to those previously described in P group. Before mechanical ventilation, immediately before ischemia, and at 0,1,2,3 and 4 h of reperfusion, mean arterial pressure (MAP) was recorded and arterial blood samples were obtained for blood gas analysis. At 4 h of reperfusion, the serum aspartate amino transferase (AST) and alanine amino-transferase (ALT) activities and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) concentration (by ELISA) were determined and hepatic specimens were obtained for detection of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (by spectrophotometry),and the expression of activated caspase-3 (by immuno-histochemistry) and PKC (by Western blot) in hepatic tissues.Apoptosis index was calculated by using TUNEL.Results Compared with group HIRI,MAP,PaO2 and PaCO2were significantly increased immediately before ischemia and during reperfusion in group P,MAP and PaCO2 were increased during reperfusion and PaO2 was increased immediately before ischemia and during reperfusion in group CHE,the serum ALT and AST activities,TNF-α concentrations,MDA content and apoptosis index were decreased, and the expression of activated caspase-3 was down-regulated in P and CHE groups, and the SOD activity was increased, and the expression of PKC was up-regulated in group P (P < 0.05 or 0.01),and no significant changes were found in the SOD activity and PKC expression in CHE group (P > 0.05).Compared with group P,MAP was significantly increased immediately after onset of reperfusion, while decreased at 1-4 h of reperfusion,PaO2 was decreased immediately before ischemia and during reperfusion,PaCO2 was decreased at 3 h of reperfusion, the serum ALT and AST activities,TNF-α concentrations,MDA content and apoptosis index were increased, and the expression of activated caspase-3 was up-regulated,and the expression of PKC was downregulated in group CHE (P < 0.05).Conclusion PKC is involved in reduction of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury by CO2 preconditioning in rats.

The present paper is to study the center line of the plantar pressure of normal young people, and to find the relation between center line of the plantar pressure and gait stability and balance. The paper gives the testing principle and calculating methods for geometric center of plantar pressure distribution and the center of pressure due to the techniques of footprint frame. The calculating formulas in both x direction and y direction are also deduced in the paper. In the experiments carried out in our laboratory, the gait parameters of 131 young subjects walking as usual speed were acquired, and 14 young subjects of the total were specially analyzed. We then provided reference data for the walking gait database of young people, including time parameters, space parameters and plantar pressure parameters. We also obtained the line of geometry center and pressure center under the foot. We found that the differences existed in normal people's geometric center line and the pressure center line. The center of pressure trajectory revealed foot movement stability. The length and lateral changes of the center line of the plantar pressure could be applied to analysis of the plantar pressure of all kinds of people. The results in this paper are useful in clinical foot disease diagnosis and evaluation of surgical effect.

Objective To describe the repetitive nerve stimulation ( RNS) in anti-muscle specific tyrosine kinase (anti-MuSK) receptor antibody positive myasthenia gravis (MG), and compare with anti-acetylcholine receptor ( AChR ) positive myasthenia gravis , to figure out characteristics of anti-MuSK receptor MG.Methods We analyzed clinical and RNS data of nine anti-MuSK receptor MG and 19 age-and sex-matched anti-AChR MG.RNS was performed to the abductor digiti minimi , orbicularis oculi or musculus frontalis and trapezius .Results In anti-MuSK receptor MG , abnormal RNS in facial nerve was seen in 6/9 and in trapezius was 5/9, in limbs was 0.In anti-AChR MG, abnormal RNS in facial nerve was seen in 13/19, in trapezius was 18/19 and in limbs was 7/19.Abnormal in any of three parts was 8/9 and 19/19 in anti-MuSK receptor MG and anti-AChR MG, respectively. The RNS decrementing was more obvious in facial nerve in anti-Musk receptor MG than in anti-AChR MG.Negative prostigmin test was independently associated with anti-MuSK receptor MG (OR=4.25,95% CI 2.19 -15.25, P=0.015). Conclusions Abnormal RNS in any of three parts is more pronounced in anti-AChR MG compared with anti-MuSK receptor MG.RNS decrementing in facial nerve is more obvious in anti-AChR MG.Negative prostigmin test can aid in early suspicion in anti-MuSK receptor MG.

Objective:
To explore the characteristics of thrombelastogaphy (TEG) in term neonates, and to evaluate their correlation with traditional coagulation tests.
Methods:
A total of 52 term neonates were enrolled as neonatal group and 34 adults undergoing elective surgery as adult control group in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January to December 2017.TEG, plasma coagulation test and platelet counts (PLT) were performed and the corresponding ana-lysis was conducted.
Results:
TEG parameters in term neonates: response time(R)(4.18±1.08)min, clot kinetics(K)(1.21±0.45) min, α angle (Angle)(73.08±5.74)°, maximum amplitude(MA)(65.68±7.13)mm.Compared with adult control group, neonatal group exhibited shorter R and K(
