Calmodulin-dependent protein kinase (CaMK), activated by auto-phosphorylation at the presence of calcium and calmodulin, is widely distributed in eukaryotes. CaMKs are important mediators of calcium signal in eukaryotes. Recent researches have suggested that CaMKⅡ is involved in the regulation of meiotic cell cycle of oocytes. It plays functional roles in meiotic maturation, polar body extrusion, fertilization and egg activation. As one of the down-stream signaling molecules of calcium, CaMKⅡ facilitates the inactivation of maturation promoting factor (MPF) and cytostatic factor (CSF) following fertilization, as well as the spindle microtubule organization and centrosome duplication. Although the functions of CaMKⅡ in oocyte meiosis are versatile and essential, the present results are primarily obtained from low vertebrates and mouse. In future studies, the function and regulation of this kinase in other mammals should be stressed.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of relatively proximal humeral locking compression plate( LPHP) with the traditional plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures .Methods The proximal humeral fractures in patients with 58 cases, the patients were divided into two groups ,the treatment group of 32 cases of locking compression plate in the treatment of T plate ,clover plate in the treatment of 26 patients of the control group received traditional.According to the Neer score compared with two groups of patients with postoperative recovery and compli -cations.Results All the 58 patients for 11 ~15 months of follow-up,the treatment group found no fracture ,fracture nonunion, screw and plate humeral head necrosis ,4 cases of shoulder pain was limited;15 cases of excellent score Neer function, good in 12 cases,5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 84.4%.The control group had 3 cases,2 ca-ses of screw loosening of plate fracture ,3 cases of nonunion ,2 cases of humeral head necrosis ,7 cases of shoulder pain limited.6 cases of excellent score Neer function ,good in 9 cases,3 cases, poor in 8 cases, the excellent and good rate was 57.7%.There was significant differences between the two groups (χ2 =5.113,P <0.05) excellent rate. Conclusion LPHP exact treatment of proximal humeral fractures has fewer complications , which can help patients with early rehabilitation exercises .

Objective To analyze MRI features of different cervical flexion positions in Hirayama disease (HD) and discuss the effects on these features by different cervical flexion angles. Methods The cervical MR images of neutral and different flexion positions (20°, 25°, 30°, 35° ,40°) of 20 patients, who were clinically diagnosed as HD,were studied. At flexion positions, the appearance of anterior shifting of the posterior wall of the cervical dural canal and widening of epidural space was recorded. The maximum sagittal diameters (d) of widened cervical epidural space and the cervical canal sagittal diameters (D) on the same level were measured to calculate d/D value for quantitative evaluation of the two signs.Comparisons of appearance of the signs among different flexion positions were made using F/sher's exact test.Repeated measures analysis of variance (rmANOVA) was used to compare mean d/D values among groups with different positions, and paired comparisons were also performed. Results The appearance of anterior shifting of the posterior wall of the cervical dural canal were different between 20° group (70%, 14/20) and other 4 larger angles groups (100%) (χ2 =5.76, P=0.020).The d/D values were 0.51±0.06,0.54±0.08,0.57±0.09,0.61±0.09,0.59±0.07 respectively at abovementioned 5 flexion positions, which were different among groups( F = 3.450 ,P = 0.013 ).The value was greater at 35° than that at 20° and 25°( P <0.05 ), and it was also greater at 40° than that at 20° ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Cervical flexion angle has an effect on anterior shifting of the posterior wall of the cervical dural canal and widening of epidural space.

Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on the mRNA and protein expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (NOS), as well as the release of nitric oxide (NO) in cultured human keratinocyte line HaCaT. Methods NO level in the supernatant of cell culture medium was detected with an enzymatic NO detecting kit, the mRNA expression of neuronal NOS was studied with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), and the protein expression of neuronal NOS was studied with immunochemical technique(SP). Results Compared with that in normal culture condition, the mRNA and protein expression of neuronal NOS and the release of NO was significantly upregulated by CGRP in HaCaT cells. Whereas, the expression of neuronal NOS and the release of NO in HaCaT cells induced by CGRP was inhibited by CGRP-8-37, an inhibitor of CGRP receptor. Conclusion The expression of neuronal NOS in keratinocytes and the release of NO from keratinocytes could be upregulated by CGRP.

Objective To evaluate the medical indexes for student pilots from different areas , to discover the major different indexes between different areas ,and to establish the space distribution model of military pilots .Methods A cross-section survey was conducted among student pilots , and 290 student pilots sampled as respondents were interviewed with questionnaires and subjected to a physical examination , involving distant vision , heart function , and pulmonary function , before a database was established , cleaned and analyzed by EpiData 3.02, SAS 9.13 with double checking .Results There was no difference between the medical indexes of student pilots from 7 areas, but the psychological selection performance record and the entrance examination record were different .Student pilots from area E had the highest psychological selection performance record while those from area D had the highest entrance examination record .Conclusion Student pilots have area difference ,so we should pay close attention to their birth place during recruitment of student pilots .

Objective:
To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of diffuse midline glioma (DMG) with H3K27M mutation.
Methods:
Thirty cases of DMG were collected in Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from October 2016 to May 2018. The patients′ clinicopathological data including age, tumor site and histological grade, treatment and follow-up data were collected and analyzed.
Results:
There were 21 males and 9 females, with a mean age of 26 years (range 5-53 years). Fourteen tumors were located in thalamus, 12 in brainstem (one involved both thalamus and brainstem), and one each in hypothalamus, fourth ventricle, and sellar region, respectively. Two cases presented as diffuse intracranial lesions. Three cases (10.0%) were of WHO grade Ⅰ, 10 cases (33.3%) were grade Ⅱ, eight cases (26.7%) were grade Ⅲ, and nine cases (30.0%) were grade Ⅳ.All patients with gradeⅠ tumors were older than 20 years. Histologically, all were pilocytic astrocytoma-like. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that all tumors were IDH1 negative. Twenty-eight tumors showed diffuse expression of H3K27M, and two showed focal expression. Twenty-one tumors(100.0%, 21/21) showed absent expression of H3K27me3. Sixteen tumors (57.1%, 16/28) showed strongly positive expression of p53, and ATRX was negative in eight tumors (38.1%, 8/21). The Ki-67 proliferation index ranged from 5% to 40%. Eight cases (including two cases of H3K27M expression of individual cells) showed K27M mutation in H3F3A gene. Intracranial and spinal cord dissemination occurred in six cases (20.0%, 6/30). Median progression-free survival (PFS) was 9.5 months and median overall survival (OS) was 34 months. Mean PFS was 11.2 months and mean OS was 24.3 months. Compared with adults (>20 years old), children/adolescents (no more than 20 years old) had significantly shorter median OS (8 months vs. 34 months,
