Objective To develope a realtime system for ECG signals acquisition, amplification and network transmission. Methods The raw noisy ECG signals underwent gain amplification, denoising and filtering by a system developed by virtual instrument and LabVIEW,and network component programming was carried out based on TCP/IP.Then the processed ECG signals were transmitted to remote terminals with dual communication model. Results The system behaved well in easy operation, high reliability and man-machine interface, and could be used to realize remote realtime transmission and browsing of ECG signals between the hospital and medical communities. Conclusion The system may be a choice for ECG signals remote acquisition and transmission, and provides references for the development of telemedicine software.

The ultrastructural localization of peptide substances——VP,SP,ENK,SRIFand distribution of peptidergic nerves in rat neurohypophysis were studied by elect-ron microscopy. The results showed that VP,SP,ENK and SRIF immunoreactiveproducts located in large granular vesicles(110-150 nm in diameter),at the surfaceof microvesicles and outer membrane of mitochondria. The VP-,SP-,ENK- andSRIF-containing nerve fibers distributed at periphery of capillaries and vicinity ofpituicytes.VP- and ENK- positive nerve terminals formed axo-axonic synapses withnegative terminals.Axo-axonic synapses also existed between two SRIF-positive ter-minals.In addition,ENK- and SP-positive terminals formed synaptoid structureswith pituicytes. The authors have discovered the VP-positive pituicytes for the firsttime. The scientific significances of present paper are as follows:(1)Several kinds ofpeptide such as VP,SP,ENK and SRIF have been identified in neurohypophysis atultrastructural level;(2)The discovery of VP-positive pituicytes and their peptide-rgic innervation imply that these structures probably participate in the regulation ofneurohormone releasing;(3)New morphological bases have been provided for theregulation of neurohormone releasing.

Objective To investigate the significance of fibrin monomer(FM ) ,D‐Dimer(D‐D) and other blood coagulation indica‐tors detection in the early diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) in obstetrics .Methods 90 healthy women with‐out pregnancy(control group) ,270 normal pregnant women including early ,mid‐,late pregnancy(90 cases for each) ,36 early DIC puerperas(early DIC group) were enrolled in the study .FM ,D‐D ,prothrombin time (PT ) ,activated partial coagulation activity (APTT) ,fibrinogen(FIB) levels were detected for those people .Results The levels of D‐D and FM in early DIC group were signif‐icantly higher than those in control group (P<0 .05) ,and PT ,APTT in late pregnant group were significantly shorter than those in early ,mid‐pregnant group and control group ,while FIB was significantly higher ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion PT ,APTT and FIB can reflect the high blood coagulation state in the late pregnancy ,but can not be used in the diagnosis of early DIC .D‐D and FM have important value for the early diagnosis of DIC in obstetrics .

Ultrastructures of the neurohypophysis in the rats have been studied by means of electron microscopy. Besides identifying the fact that the neurosecretory substances store in the nerve terminals and release into the blood, there are also axo-axonic synaptoid structures existed between neurosecretory terminals and neuro-glial synaptoid contacts between neurosecretory terminals and pituicytes. The characteristics of these contacts mentioned above are as follows: (1) the pre-and postsynaptic membranes are insignificantly thickened; (2) clustered microvesicles are close to and attach to the presynaptic membrane; (3) the synaptic cleft is about 20 nm wide and contains various amount of electron dense materials. The authors suggest that the two kinds of synaptoid structures and pituicytes are all involved in the regulation for the releasing of the neurosecretory substances.

Using the immunohistochemical and immunoelectron microscopic methods, the localization and pattern of vasoactive intestinal polypeptidergic nerves in the wall of cerebral vessels were investigated. The results revealed that the VIP-like immunoreactive (VIPLI) fibres were located in the adventitia or at the adventitia-media border. No synaptic contacts were identified among the nerve terminals or between nerve terminal and smooth muscle cell. VIPLI terminals directly apposed to the smooth muscle cells with a distance of 100 nm.The observations mentioned above indicate that there is peptidergic innervation in the wall of the cerebral vessels besides traditional adrenergic and cholinergic innervations. The regulatory function of VIP-containing nerves to the cerebral vessels may be performed by affecting the smooth muscle directly through the nonsynaptic release. In addition, present study identified and discussed the distribution and function of substance P(SP) in the cerebral vessels.

Objective To investigate the suppression of mrp1 and MRP1 induced by small interfering RNA and the restoration of sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs in the multidrug-resistant hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines HepG2/mrp1. Methods mrp1-targeted small interfering RNA duplexes were designed and composed and introduced into multidrug-resistant hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines HepG2/mrp1. The suppression of mrp1 mRNA and its gene product MRP1 was examined by RT-PCR and flow cytometry (FCM), respectively. MTT assay was performed to measure the reverse effect of small interfering RNA based on the results of ICs0. Results The overexpression of mrp1 mRNA and MRP1 was effectively suppressed by small interfering RNAs. The level of mrp1 mRNA in the transfected HepG2/mrp1 cells was reduced to (86.36±2.76)% and MRP1 to (89.38±3.76)%compared with those of the controls. The resistance to ADR was reversed five-fold, which indicated the restoration of sensitivity to drugs. Conclusion Small interfering RNA can inhibit mrp1 expression effectively and reverse the multidrug resistance mediated by MRP1.

OBJECTIVETo study the preparation of cantharidin entrapped non-ionic surfactant vesicle (noisome)and evaluate its quality.
METHODThe niosome loaded with cantharidin was prepared using injection method by non-ionic surfactants as the carrier. An centrifugation separation method and HPLC analysis method of the cantharidin were established to detect the entrapment efficiency. The optimum preparation technology was established by a orthogonal experiment. The morphology, and particle size were studied to evaluate the preparation.
RESULTThe average size of niosomes were (209. 8 +/- 0.5) nm. The entrapment efficiency of the CTD-NS was (27.5% +/- 2.0%) and Zeta potential was (41.5 +/- 0.65) mV.
CONCLUSIONThe preparation of cantharidin noisome by TweenA and SpanB is practicable and successful. These experiments can be the basement of developing targeting drug delivery system.

Wuling powder, which is from Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases of Zhang Zhongjing, is a famous formula from thousand years now on. As people have a deeper understanding of Wuling powder, its application range is more extensive. In Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases and Essentials from the Golden Cabinet, there are a total of 11 articles concerning Wuling powder. Wuling powder syndrome can be classified as pulse floatation, fever, thirst, irritability, vomiting and urination, which can also occur in dehydration by sorting out and analyzing these articles. This paper talks about the relationship between Wuling powder syndrome and dehydration from the etiology, the symptom and the clinical application as well as to the thought of Wuling powder syndrome several aspects.
