BACKGROUND:With advancements in stem cell research, the therapeutic efficacy of adult stem cells such as endothelial progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cells in atherosclerosis and complications arising from atherosclerosis and vascular stent implantation is gradually being recognized.Due to the limitations of intravenous infusion of adult stem cells, including poor targeting and low treatment efficiency, recent research has focused on surface modification of vascular stents to achieve localized aggregation and functional modulation of endothelial progenitor cells or mesenchymal stem cells. OBJECTIVE:To discuss the therapeutic progress of endothelial progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cells in vascular stent-related diseases, summarize the research status of the design of vascular stents based on endothelial progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cells. METHODS:Relevant literature was retrieved on CNKI,WanFang,PubMed,and Web of Science databases since their inception. The Chinese search terms were"endothelial injury, stenting, thrombosis, intimal hyperplasia, atherosclerosis, endothelial repair, endothelial progenitor cell, mesenchymal stem cell, vascular stent."English search terms were"endothelial injury, stenting, thrombosis, intimal hyperplasia, atherosclerosis, endothelial repair, endothelial regeneration, endothelial progenitor cell, mesenchymal stem cell, vascular stent, vascular scaffold."According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,127 articles were finally reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Endothelial progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cells can treat atherosclerosis and complications of stent implantation through differentiation and paracrine effects, mainly by protecting endothelial cells, regulating the expression of inflammatory cells and cytokines, and modulating smooth muscle cell proliferation and phenotype.Mesenchymal stem cells may have adverse reactions such as thrombosis and vascular calcification in therapeutic applications, and using extracellular vesicles and co-administration with heparin for surface modification is a feasible solution.Currently, there is more research on stents based on endothelial progenitor cells, mainly focusing on recruitment, capture, proliferation, differentiation, and activity.Research on stents based on mesenchymal stem cell capture in the vascular field is relatively scarce, but exosome-loaded stents derived from mesenchymal stem cells have been found to have highly effective therapeutic efficacy.Additionally, some underlying diseases such as diabetes may affect the activity of adult stem cells, leading to the loss of effectiveness in stem cell-based stent designs. Therefore,in future stent designs, consideration should be given to the background diseases.

With the continuous improvement of medical information and intelligence, multi-modal data fusion technology is increasingly widely used in the medical field. Multi-modal data not only has a large quantity, but also has rich information content, which can provide strong support for clinical nursing decision-making. However, due to the uneven level of informatization and intelligence development among medical institutions, the development and application of nursing decision support system is still in a fragmented state. Based on this, this study explores in depth the current application status and challenges faced by multi-modal data fusion in nursing decision support systems, with the aim of providing reference for the design and improvement of nursing decision support system at all levels of medical institutions in the future.

Objective To study and compare the oral microbiota and metabolites of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP)to identify specific microbiota and metabolites related to this disease and elucidate the pathogenesis of HSP.Methods Three groups of qualified subjects were included, including 20 in the HSP group,20 in the HSP nephritis(HSPN)group, and 20 in the control group.Perform high-throughput 16S rRNA sequencing and metabolic profiling of saliva from each group to analyze the correlation between differential microbiota and differ-ential metabolites.Results(1)Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in richness and diversity in the HSPN group(P<0.05).At the same time, there was no significant difference in richness and diver-sity in the HSP group(P>0.05).Compared with the HSP group, the abundance, and diversity of the HSPN group were significantly increased(P<0.05).At the genus level, the proportion of Streptococcus in each group is the high-est.Compared with the control group, there was no significant correlation between the HSP group and the genus of bacteria. In contrast, the HSPN group showed a significant increase in the genera of Pseudomonas and Parabacteroi-des(P<0.05).Compared with the HSP group, the abundance of Pseudomonas and Parabacteroides in the HSPN group was significantly increased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group, the HSPN group had 12 differen-tial metabolites involving nine metabolic pathways, such as phenylalanine metabolism; There was no significant dif-ference in metabolites and no metabolic pathway in the HSP group.Compared with the HSP group, the HSPN group has 15 differential metabolites involving nine metabolic pathways, such as phenylalanine metabolism.(3)In the HSPN and control groups,Pseudomonas and Parabacteroides negatively correlated with Phenylalanine metabolic pathway products. In the HSPN and HSP groups,Pseudomonas,Parabacteroides, and Phenylalanine metabolic path-way products were negatively correlated. The metabolites involved in phenylalanine metabolism in the oral cavity are 2-hydroxycinnamic acid,Phenylpyruvic acid, and N-acetyl-L-phenylalanine.Conclusion There is a significant dif-ference between HSPN and HSP children and healthy children.Streptococcus,Pseudomonas, and Parabacteroides may be one of the trigger factors of HSPN,and Phenylalanine metabolism may be one of the pathways in the patho-genesis of HSPN.Children with HSPN have a more pronounced imbalance in oral microbiota and greater differences in metabolic products than children with HSP.

Objective:To establish the sensitive quality indicators for cardiovascular nursing based on the RAND Corporation University of California, Los Angeles (RAND-UCLA) expert consensus method, so as to lay the foundation for scientific and standardized quality management of cardiovascular nursing. Methods:Relevant literature was searched on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, China Biomedical Literature Database, Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase and CINAHL. The search period was from database establishment to August 31, 2021. We used the Johns Hopkins evidence-based nursing practice model for evidence-based analysis and summary, and referred to documents on cardiovascular nursing quality indicators to form an indicator pool. From May 23 to July 12, 2022, 17 experts were selected to apply the RAND-UCLA expert consensus method to inquire about the indicators. Results:The effective response rates of the first and third rounds of the questionnaire were both 100.00% (17/17) , and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.87 and 0.88, respectively. Among the 18 indicators in the third round of expert consultation, the consistency degree of importance and operability of all indicators was less than 1.00. Finally, 18 sensitive quality indicators for cardiovascular nursing were established. Conclusions:The consistency and coordination of experts in this study are good, and the nursing sensitive indicators formed have scientific characteristics, cardiovascular specialty characteristics, and good operability.
