Independent Institute is a model of exploration and innovation under a new situation of higher education mechanism and model and its students ideological and political work has its own particularity.This paper analyses the particularity of the ideological and political work of independent institute students,and discusses how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of independent institute students.

Objective To explore the childhood abuse impact on clinical and personality characters among anxiety associated depressive patients.Methods A case-control method was taken among 86 anxiety associated depression patients,36 cases with childhood abuse and controlled with 50 cases without childhood abuse.HAMD,HAMA,CECA-Q,MMPI were used to evaluate the participants,and the scores of the results were compared between the two groups.Results For the HAND,the group with CA were significantly higher than the group without CA(t=7.079,P＜0.05).From the point of factor scores,there was not a significant difference between the two groups among the factors such as anxiety somatization,cognitive impairment,and hopelessness.From the point of view of the total scores of HAMA (t=3.108) and spiritual anxiety (t=4.037),somatic anxiety (t=2.742) the CA group was significantly higher than group without CA(P＜0.05).In the patients with CA the psychoticism(P) (t=2.794) and neuroticism (N) (t=3.217) factors were significantly higher than patients without CA (P＜0.05).MMPI evaluation results showed accept ance T points in addition to lie(L),calibration(K),male woman(Mf),light mania(Ma),the CA group were significantly higher than the group without CA(P＜0.05).T points to compare two groups of MMPI additional factor scale,the adaptation to the society (A),emotional intelligence (EQ),decisionmaking ability (DE),CA group were lower than the group without CA,violence (VL),traffic accident (DR) and addiction(SA) with CA group was higher than the group without CA(P＜0.05).The regression analysis showed that the emotional neglect score and HAMD scores were positively related in the relationship of the childhood abuse and depression.Y =3.729+0.887 X(P=0.000).Sexual abuse score and HAND scores were related,regression analysis showed that the Y =9.799 + 0.655 X (P =0.000).Conclusions The clinical patients with CA have more severe symptoms than the patients without CA.Personality is extraversion more emotionally unstable.Their emotional intelligence and decision-making comprehensive ability is low,and violence tendency is obvious.Emotional neglect and sexual abuse have an important impact in the pathogenesis of the disease.

Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors for surgical site infection (SSI)in clean wound orthopedics surgery.Methods SSI among patients receiving clean wound orthopedic surgery from April 1 to Sep-tember 30 in 2014 were monitored,risk factors for SSI were analyzed.Results A total of 665 patients were moni-tored,14 cases(2.11 %)of SSI occurred.Univariate analysis showed that types of skin,skin preparation modes, and ASA score were risk factors for SSI in clean wound orthopedic surgery (all P <0.05 ).Multivariate logistic analysis revealed that conventional skin preparation,ASA score ≥ grade Ⅱ,and duration of operation ≥90 minutes were independent risk factors for SSI in patients receiving clean wound orthopedic surgery (OR [95%CI ],3.96 [1 .07-14.70],6.45[1 .97-21 .11],and 4.08[1 .35 -12.30]respectively).Conclusion The improved method of skin preparation,grade I ASA score,and shortening duration of operation can reduce the incidence of SSI in clean wound orthopedic surgery,on the basis of improving the autoimmunization of patients,strengthening prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection can reduce the incidence of SSI in clean wound orthopedic surgery.

Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of serum neuron‐specific enolase(NSE) in neonaal hypoxic‐is‐chemic encephalopathy(HIE) .Methods Eighty full term neonates with HIE in the neonatology department of our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group and contemporaneous 30 full term neonates without perinatal as‐phyxia as the control group .Serum NSE was detected within 24 h after birth and after 2‐week comprehensive treatment(mainly in‐cluding 10 d ganglioside therapy) .The neonatal patients were divided into the mild HIE in 18 cases ,moderate HIE in 48 cases and severe HIE 14 cases according to the HIE severity .The control group was performed the serum NSE detection within postnatal 24 h .Results The serum NSE level in the mild ,moderate and severe HIE groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0 .05) .The re‐detected results of serum NSE after 2‐week comprehensive treatment in the mild ,moderate and severe HIE groups were significantly decreased when compared with those at admission ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Serum NSE is a sensitive biochemical indicator for early diagnosing neonatal HIE ,and also reflect the severity of neonatal HIE .

Objective:To investigate the criterion-related validity of Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MENQOL)-Chinese version and to evaluate the effect of menopausal symptoms on health related quality of life. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey. Three communities were randomly chosenin Changsha,and then 340 menopausal women aged 45-55 years were randomly chosen from the documented data of the 3 community health service centers. They were required to fill out 4 questionnaires: demographic questionnaire, MENQOL-Chinese version, Kupperman Index (KI) and World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHQOL)-BREF. Correlation analysis was used to measure the criterion-related validity. Results: MENQOL-Chinese version subscales (vasomotor, psycho-social, sexual and physical) and KI total score were positively correlated (r=0.800,0.751, 0.607, 0.906 respectively); while negatively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF total score (r =-0.694,-0.851,-0.585,-0.873 respectively); MENQOL-Chinese version subscales (vasomotor, psycho-social, sexual and physical) were signiifcantly correlated with WHOQOL-BREF subscales (physical, psychological, social relationship, environment), and the physical domain was the highest among the correlation coeffcients (r=-0.915). Conclusion:MENQOL-Chinese version shows relatively high criterion-related validity compared with KI and WHOQOL-BREF, which can be widely used to measure the quality of life of menopause women in China.

Objective To determine the effects of valsartan, a specific angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blockade, on arrhythmia in rabbits after myocardial infarction and to discuss the mechanism. Method Twentyfour rabbits were randomly (random number) divided into sham operated (SO) group ( n = 8), myocardial infarction (MI) group ( n = 8) and valsartan (VAL) group ( n = 8). The rabbits of SO group were operated upon with median stemotomy without left ventricular coronary artery hgature. The rabbits of MI group and VAL group had median stemotomy with left ventricular coronary artery ligature. After MI, the rabbits of VAL group were fed with border zone of infracted left ventricular wall and the L-type calcium current was recorded by whole-cell patch clamp technique. Results Ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation (VT/VF) episodes were markedly decreased in VAL group than that in MI group [(3.2 ± 0. 6) vs. ( 11.7 ± 1.8)] after 12 weeks. The density of Ica-L current was higher in MI group than that in SO group and VAL group [( - 9.12 ± 0.73) pA/pF vs. ( - 6.29 ± 0.65) pA/pF and ( - 6.75 ± 0.64) pA/pF], ( P ＜ 0.05), however, there were no significant differences in Ica-L current between So group and VAL group ( P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions Valsartan reduces the VT/VF episodes in rabbits after MI. The effects of valsartan may be attributed to the inhibited electrical remodeling after MI.

Objective To develop the method for simultaneous identification and quantification of morphine,6-monoactylmorphine,codeine,heroin,ketamine,3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA),3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA),amphetamine and methylamphetamine in human plasma.Methods UPLC-MS/MS was adopted to analyze plasma with protein precipitated using 10％ trichloroacetic acid.Plasma samples were separated on ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18 column with aqueous solution (0.01％ formic acid)-methanol (0.01％ formic acid) as the mobile phase,and at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was performed combined with the positive ion mode for quantification in four sections.Results The retention time,the characteristic fragment ions,and the relative abundance ratio of the molecular ion peak could be used to identify these nine compounds sensitively.The liner calibration curve of morphine,codeine,heroin,ketamine,6-monoacetylmorphine,MDA,MDMA,amphetamine and methamphetamine were obtained in the concentration range of 5.00×10-3～5.00 (r=0.9934),1.00× 10-2～ 10.00 (r=0.9905),1.00× 10-2～ 10.00 (r=0.9929),2.50× 10-3 ～2.50 (r=0.9960),5.00× 10-3 ～ 5.00 (r=0.9925),5.00× 10-4 ～ 5.00 (r=0.9910),5.00× 10-4 ～ 5.00 (r=0.9924),5.00× 10-4 ～ 5.00 (r=0.9920) and 5.00×10-4～5.00 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9900) respectively.The lowest detection limit was 1.00,1.00,1.00,0.50,0.50,0.10,0.10,0.10 and 0.10 ng· mL-1 respectively.The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the inter-day and intra-day were less than 18％.The relative recovery was more than 60％,and the RSD were less than 15％.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and suitable for identification and quantification of 9 drugs of opiates,ketamine and amphetamines in human plasma.

Objective To determine the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,interleukin (IL)-17,IL-22 and IL-17F in patients with palmoplantar pustulosis (PP),and to estimate their relationship with disease activity in PP.Methods Venous blood samples were collected from 30 patients with PP at both active stage and stationary stage and from 20 healthy human controls.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted to determine the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-17,IL-22 and IL-17F.The paired Wilcoxon signed rank test was carried out to compare the serum levels of cytokines between patients at active stage and at stationary stage,and the Mann-Whitney U test to compare those among different groups.Results The median serum levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-22 in patients with PP at active stage were 186.35 (range,113.48-412.69) ng/L,420.45 (range,278.55-748.73) ng/L and 106.48 (range,69.13-251.86) ng/L respectively,significantly higher than those at stationary stage (42.52(18.83-95.37) ng/L,48.11 (36.43-80.04) ng/L,20.32 (10.55-48.75) ng/L,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05) and those in the controls (24.30 (12.0-61.56) ng/L,10.49 (6.24-24.44) ng/L,2.58 (1.41-5.78) ng/L,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the patients at stationary stage showed a significant elevation in serum levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-22 compared with the controls (u =2.71,3.53,2.18,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).No statistical difference was noted in the serum level of IL-17F among the patients at different stages and controls (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The circulating levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-22 were associated with disease activity in PP,hinting that they may be involved in the development of PP.

Objective To evaluate the synchrony of heart after catheter-based renal denervation by two dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Methods Each renal sympathetic nerve of 20 dogs were ablated,and the index of heart and blood pressure were detected 6 weeks later.Standard 2D images were acquired in the 2-,3-and 4-apical views.The times from QRS onset to peak-systolic strain rate and to peak-diastolic strain rate were measured for the longitudinal 16-segments in Qlab software,and the standard deviation were calculated.The time to peak longitudinal strain rate and time to peak contraction strain rate of left atrium were measured for each segment contained septal,latera,anterior and posterior in the level of the basal segments,middle sections and apical in Qlab software,and the standard deviation were calculated.Parameters were compared among the before and after of the ablation.Results The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had no changes after the ablation of renal sympathetic nerve (P ＞ 0.05).The R-R showed a increasing trend,but no significant differences(P ＞0.05).The peak time of LV systolic and diastolic strain rate had a extended trendency too,but no differences(P ＞0.05),and standard deviations of the peak times had no significant differences(P ＞0.05).The peak time of LA longitudinal strain rate and contraction strain rate had a extended trendency,but no obvious change (P ＞0.05),and the standard deviations of the peak times had no significant differences (P ＞0.05).The size of the heart cavity had no differences(P ＞0.05).Conclusions The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure have no changes after the ablation of renal sympathetic nerve,and the synchrony parameters of LV and LA have no significant differences,demonstrate that the synchrony of heart is not affected by the renal sympathetic denervation.

Objective To study influencing factors in patients with rheumatic diseases.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with rheumatic diseases were selected from November 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital for the study.The influencing factors in patients with rheumatic diseases were obtained by proposed questionnaires,and then the univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed to study factors affecting the treatment.Results Patients older than 50 of the observation group accounted for 38％ (18/48),the proportion of farmer,patients with primary school education level or below,and monthly income ＜3 000 RMB was 35％(17/48),60％(29/48),and 46％ (22/48) respectively.Compared with the control group,they were significantly higher than the control group,which were 64％(46/72),58％ (42/72),79％(57/72),65％(47/72) (x2=8.058,P=0.005; x2=6.025,P=0.014; x2=4.986,P=0.226; x2=4.456,P=0.035) respectively.Using the treatment as the dependent variable,age ≥50 years of age,farmer,primary school and lower education level,and monthly income ＜3 000 RMB as the independent variable,we carried out the regression analysis.Age (OR=1.124,95％CI:1.084-7.236),occupation (OR=1.871,95％CI:1.054-7.243),education level (OR=1.982,95％CI:1.157-6.256),monthly income (OR=1.363,95％CI:1.012-8.227) are the influencing factors of rheumatism's treatment.Conclusion The treatment of rheumatic diseases are influenced by many factors,and more societal support should be provided to help patients with rheumatic disease receive professional treatment and better control of the disease.
