Objective To explore the influence on the quality of marital and life of the congenital absence of vagina patients with operation by psychological intervention.Methods The congenital absente of vagina patients were divided into psycholOgical intervened group(n=18,all cases were treated with the cognitive and behaviour therapy)and without intervened group(n=11).Before and after treatment the scores of the nottingham health poofity(NHP)were used in the two groups.After treatment the Olson's enrich questionary were tested also.Results The scores of NHP and Olson of psychological intervened group were significantly superior to those without intervened group(P＜0.05 or P＜0 01).Conclusion The cogntive and behaviour theraopy before operation is good for the quality of marital and life in congenital absence of vagina patients.

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on quality of life(QOL) in the hysteromyoma patients underwent surgery. Methods Three hundred and twenty patients with hysteromyoma were divided into the psychological intervened group ( all cases were treated with the comprehensive psychological intervention) and the control group (without intervention). Before and after treatment, the scores of the Olson's Enrich Questionary and the Nottingham Health Poofity (NHP) were assessed in the two groups. Results Before surgery, the scores of N HP and Olson were not significantly different between the psychological intervened group and the control group ( P > 0. 05 ). The scores of NHP of total hysterectomy in the control group after surgery were higher than that before surgery,and the scores of Olson were lower significantly ( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). The scores of NHP of subtotal hysterectomy, myomectomy and blood vessel involvement treatment in the control group after surgery were significantly lower than that before surgery, and the scores of Olson were higher ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ). After surgery,the scores of NHP of all patients in the psychological intervened group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the scores of Olson were higher significantly (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). There was no significant difference in ovarian hormones level between pre- and post- surgery (P > 0. 05). Conclusions The comprehensive psychological intervention pre- and post- surgery is good for the quality of life in hysteromyoma patients.

Objective To observe the efficacy and main complications of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)for 76 patients with hematopoietic malignancies.Methods From September 2001 to March 2007,76 patients received allo-HSCT in Department of Hematology,Xijing Hospital,Fourth Military Medical University.All cases included 24 acute myeloid leukemia(AML),15 acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)and 34 chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)and 3 T cell lymphoma/leukemia.Donors were HLA-identical sibling(n=57),1 locus mismatched sibling(n=3),HLA-matched unrelated volunteer(n=9)and haplo-identical sibling(n=7).Conditioning regimen consisted of busulphan-cyclophosphamide or cyclophosphamide and total body irradiation plus Ara-c/VP-16.Graft versus-host disease prophylaxis was the standard methotrexate and cyclosporine combination.Anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin(ATG)and CD25 monoclonal antibody was given in unrelated donor and haplo-identical HSCT.Results Totally 73 patients got sustained engraftment.Acute GVHD and chronic GVHD were found in 18/73(24.7%)and 24/73(32.9%)patients,respectively.Severe veno-occlusive disease occurred in 2 cases.Pure red cell aplasia was found in 5 patients with major ABO mismatched HSCT.With a follow-up of 3 to 76 months,43/76(56.6%))patients were still alive and 33/76(43.4%)died from leukemia relapse or transplantation-related complications.Conclusion Allogeneic heamatopoietic stem cell transplantation is an effective therapy for leukemia,especially in CML-chronic period and acute leukemia in complete remission,but there is high rate of relapse in patients with high-risk and refractory status before transplantation.

Objective To compare the treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures by homeopathic closed leverage anatomical plate with compression bolt through small posterior lateral approach vs.traditional open reduction and internal fixation.Methods A retrospective case control study was made on 98 cases of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures admitted from September 2012 to May 2015.According to the random number table,the subjects were assigned to homeopathic closed leverage anatomical plating with compression bolt through small posterior lateral approach (experiment group,58 cases,66 sides) and open reduction and internal fixation through L-shape approach (control group,40 cases,45 sides).Experiment group consisted of 50 male and eight females cases aging from 27-56 years (mean,41.9 years),and the Sanders classification was 40 cases of type Ⅱ,24 type Ⅲ and two type Ⅳ.Control group consisted of 36 male and four female cases aging from 25-58 years (mean,43.7 years),and the Sanders classification was 25 cases of type Ⅱ,18 type Ⅱ and two type Ⅳ.Operation time,bone reduction,postoperative Bohler's angle,width of the calcaneum,and incision healing were recorded.Functional outcomes were evaluated with Maryland hindfoot scoring system at last follow-up.Results Operation time was (52.6 ± 11.2) min in experiment group,significantly shorter than that in control group [(86.4 ± 14.1) min] (P ＜ 0.01).All cases were followed up from 18-50 months (mean,30.8 months).Reduction of the calcaneal posterior facet in 53 sides (80％) was graded as nearly anatomical in experiment group,and 38 sides (84％) in control group (P ＞ 0.05).Postoperative Bohler's angle was (28.0 ± 6.2) ° in experiment group,and (26.8 ± 7.0) ° in control group (P ＞ 0.05).Width of the calcaneum was (31.3 ±3.6)mm in experiment group and (34.9 ± 4.0)mm in control group (P ＜ 0.01).All cases presented satisfactory shape of the calcaneus without lateral-side impact syndrome.No case had wound infection and incision-edge necrosis in experimental group,while two cases of superficial wound infection and three cases of incision-edge necrosis were found in control group (P ＜ 0.01).At last follow-up,Maryland hindfoot score was (87.1 ± 7.6)points in experiment group and (84.9 ± 9.1)points in control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Homeopathic percutaneous leverage and anatomical plate with compression bolt through small posterior lateral approach is an effective method for treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures,for it has advantages of minimal invasion,less operation time,good reduction and function,and less wound complications.

Objective To investigate the significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) expression in ovarian endometriosis (Oems). Methods Elivision Tm plus Immunohistochemical and Stereology methods were used to detect HIF-1 expression in 30 cases of ectopic endometrium, 30 cases of eutopic endometrium in ovarian endometriosis and 30 cases of endometrium in ovarian teratoma as the normal control. Quantitative images analysis was performed with the aid of computer to collect and analyze the mean optical density (MOD) of HIF-1 expression. Results The MOD values of HIF-1 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of Oems and the normal control were 0. 077 ± 0. 014, 0. 070 ± 0. 013 and 0. 061 ± 0. 007 respectively, which showed significantly differences between each other groups(F = 37. 738, P ＜ 0. 01 ＝. HIF-1 expression in proliferative phase (0.076 ±0.007) of eutopic endometrium of Oems was significantly higher than that in secretary phase (0. 059 ±0. 014) (t = 6. 918 ,P ＜0. 01 ＝; which was also significantly higher than that of the normal control in the same phase (0.060±0.007) (t=-12.724,P ＜0.01 ＝.Conclusion HIF-1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of Oems.

Objective To assess the surgical effectiveness of pelvic endometriosis (EMS) by Laparoscopic. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 1272 pelvic EMS patients underwent laparoscopic surgical treatment. All patients were classified into four groups according to the R-AFS,63 patients of Ⅰ stage,44 patients of Ⅱ stage,475 patients of Ⅲ stage and 690 patients of Ⅳ stage. Symptoms of EMS,surgical effect and follow-up outcomes were compared. Results In all stages, there were no significant differences on moderate to severe dysmenorrhea,increase in CA125 and infertility (Ps ＞ 0. 05 ). In the EMS patients combined with AM or/and DIE, the rates of the moderate to severe dysmenorrhea, CA125 increase and infertility were 84.6% (11/13 ) ,92.3 %(12/13) and 53.8% (7/13)in stage Ⅰ ,81.8% (9/11) ,90. 9% ( 10/11 )and 54.5% (6/11) in stage Ⅱ ,84.8%(173/204) ,93. 1% (190/204) and 47.1% (96/204) in stage Ⅲ ,and 81.6% (213/261) ,91.2% (238/261) and 46.4% ( 121/261 ) in stage Ⅳ, respectively. The rates in non-consolidated AM or/and DIE patients were 46.0%(23/50),62.0% (31/50) and 22.0% ( 1 1/50) in stage Ⅰ ,45.5 % ( 15/33 ),54.5% ( 18/33 ) and 18.2% (6/33)in stage Ⅱ ,41.7% ( 113/271 ) ,62.7% ( 165/271 ) and 23.6% (64/271) in stage Ⅲ ,and 47.3% (203/429),60.1% (248/429) and 21.7% (93/429). The difference between the two groups with and without consolidated AM or/and DIE had statistical significance( P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ). After the treatment, the scores of life's energy, ache,emotion,sleep,social activity and body movement of NHP were significantly superior than those before treatment in all patients ( P ＜ 0.01 ). The surgery time-consuming of Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage patients were (64.5 ± 18.4) min and (61.7 ± 17.1 ) min respectively, which were significantly higher than that of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage ( ( 31.9 ± 12.3 ) min and (40.3 ± 10. 6) main ] ( t = 20.25, P ＜ 0.01 ). The massive hemorrhages and the internal damage organs occurred in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage surgery [2.9% and 3.5% ,respectively] ,whereas much less in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage (0.8% and 1.4% ) ,with no significant difference(P ＞0. 05). After treatment,the rate of symptoms recurrence of Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage patients respectively were 21.4% ,which were higher than that of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage patients ( 2.3% ) (P ＜ 0.05 )The rate of pregnancy in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage patients ( 15.4% ) were lower than that of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage patients (69. 6% ) ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusions Pelvic EMS decreased the quality of life. EMS patients combined with adenomyosis or/and deep infiltrating EMS have more severe pelvic pain symptoms, less surgical effectiveness and more serious complications. Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage patients are more liable to symptoms recurrence and lower pregnancy rate.

Objective To investigate the genotype distribution of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in Guangdong Province by linear probe assay (LiPA) and core,non-structural protein 5B (NS5B) sequence analysis,and to evaluate the accuracy of LiPA for genotyping.MethodsOne hundred and ten HCV specimens from chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients in Guangdong Province were genotyped by both core,NS5B sequence analysis and INNO-LiPA 2.0.The data were then analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software.ResultsAmong the 110 specimens,core and NS5B fragment could be amplified from 97 and 62 specimens,respectively,while both fragments were obtained from 57 specimens. The results of genotyping by core sequence analysis were completely consistent with the results of NS5B sequencing.One hundred and two specimens were classified into five subtypes,i.e.genotype 1a,2a,3a,3b,6a,with frequencies of 61.8％ (64),9.8％ (10),3.9％ (4),3.9％ (4),20.6％ (21),respectively.All but genotype 6 strains can be genotyped correctly by using INNO-LiPA 2.0.However,only subtype 1b and 3b could be genotyped accurately.81.5％ genotype 6a strains were genotyped as 1b by mistake. Conclusions Genotype 6a has become the second most prevalent genotype in Guangdong Province.The LiPA cannot distinguish genotype 6a from 1b strains accurately which needs further investigation.

ObjectiveTo observe effects of combination of wax therapy and occupational therapy on spastic cerebral palsy with thumb adduction.Methods100 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The observation group received occupational therapy and wax therapy, while the control group received only occupational therapy. The effect was compared between the two groups 3 months after treatment.ResultsThe two groups improved significantly 3 months after treatment, while the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.001).ConclusionWax therapy combined with occupational therapy have better effects on thumb adduction in spastic cerebral palsy than simple occupational therapy.
