Objective To investigate the training methods of urine and feces incontinence. Method 77 children aged 4 to 14 years with urine and feces incontinence induced by operation received induced training for pelvic floor muscle and related mescles. Abodominal muscles were trained. Regular defecation training, dilation of anus and urine tract, crede methods, Vslsava and Kegel training were conducted. Result The rehabilitation of defecation was found in 67.53% children, the urination was found in 83.12 children. Conclusion The above methods are effective in restoring defecation and urination function.

The abdominal CT findings of cirrhosis of advanced schistosomiasis in 262 cases were analyzed.All the cases had the calcification in liver in varying degrees,hypodense structure in junction areas and blood vessel in centre,calcification in portal vein system,calcification of colon and so on.The characteristics of CT performance can provide the evidence for defferential diagnosis.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intramedullary nailing combined with bone cement in repair of segmental bone defects after tumor resection.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted of the 5 patients with malignant bone tumor who had been treated at Department of Orthopaedics, Qiannan People's Hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 for remaining segmental bone defects following limb salvage surgery. They were 4 males and one female, aged from 11 to 55 years (average, 35.4 years). Their defects ranged from 6 to 21 cm (average, 12.3 cm) after tumor resection. By the Karnofsky performance score (KPS) for long-term quality of life, all of them scored less than 50 points. Of them, 3 were treated by interlocking intramedullary nails and bone cement filling, and 2 by elastic intramedullary nails and bone cement filling. In the 2 cases with defects of 21 cm and 13 cm, the fixation was assisted by a plate and an external fixator. Defect length after resection, operation time and intraoperative bleeding were recorded; the efficacy was evaluated by the Enneking functional evaluation of reconstructive procedures after surgical treatment of tumors of the musculoskeletal system, visual analogue scale (VAS), and KPS.Results:All the 5 patients had uneventful surgery, with operation time ranging from 112 to 225 min (average, 154.2 min), intraoperative bleeding from 300 to 500 mL (average, 382 mL), and defect length after resection from 6 to 21 cm. The 5 patients were followed up for 6 to 28 months. Of them, 2 died of disease progression 6 and 7 months after surgery, respectively. According to the Enneking's evaluation, one patient scored 28 points, 2 patients 23 points and 2 patients 21 points, giving a high degree of satisfaction. Their VAS scores 6 months after surgery ranged from 1 to 6, averaging 3.6; their postoperative KPS scores ranged from 60 to 80, averaging 72.Conclusion:In repair of segmental bone defects after tumor resection, intramedullary nailing combined with bone cement filling can relieve pain of patients and lead to satisfactory short-term curative efficacy.

Objective To summarize the imaging features of neurofibromatosis.Methods Imaging data of 7 patients with neurofibromatosis proven by operation and clinical syndrome,were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 7 cases of neurofibromatosis,the findings of CT and MRI displayed 3 cases of bilateral vestibular schwannoma,2 of which were combined with optical nerve glioma;1 case of optical nerve glioma complicated with neurofibromatosis under cervical dura;1 case of meningioma and 2 cases with the changes of dura spinal sac.The last two cases displayed abnormal skull and spinal canal,concave change of vertebra and enlarged dura spinal sac,partially stretched to never root on CT plain flim and MRI.Conclusion Neurofibromatosis can be definitely diagnosed by optimal imaging examination based on comprehensive analysis of imaging features and typical syndromes.

AIM: To observe the effect of small dose ephedrine on hypote ns ion as the lithotomy position in laying down legs after the aged in the operatio ns with epidural anesthesia. METHODS: Twenty-seven ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱma le patients, aged 65-83 (71? 6.5 ) years undergoing transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) with the lithotomy position were randomly assigned to two gro ups by double blind method: ephedrine group (n=13) and contrasti ve group (n=14). The continual epidural anesthesia was administe red in T 12 -L 1 and L 3-4 for all patients used 1.5 % lidocaine. W hen the operation was finished off, before thirty seconds of horizontal position laying down legs, 15 mg ephedrine was iv at ephedrine group and 3 ml saline wat er at control group. After legs were laid down on the lithotomy position, variab les of SBP, MBP and P were recorded in ten minutes. RESULTS: Dur ing ten minutes after double legs were laid down, the variables were lightly ris en about 8.7 % to 76.9 % in ephedrine group and were fallen about 7.8 % to 85.7 % in control group. Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with feeding intolerance in very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) and to investigate the beneficial factors for preventing feeding intolerance.Methods Retrospectively analysis was carried out in 151 VLBWI cases in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2010.Logistic regression analysis was performed to find the risk factors of feeding intolerance.Results The overall rate of feeding intolerance in VLBWI was 47.7 ％ (72/151).Dysporia and infection were associated with feeding intolerance in VLBWI (Wald x2 =7.748 and 4.555,P =0.05 and 0.033 respectively).Gender,multifetation were not associated with feeding intolerance(Ps ＞0.05).Conclusion The feeding intolerance is associated with dysporia and infection in VLBWI.

ObjectiveTo explore the deficits of acoustic startle reflex (ASR) and prepulse inhibition (PPI) of acoustic startle reflex in single prolonged stress rats.MethodsSixty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into control 1,7,14 d groups and stress 1,7,14 d groups.All stressed rats received single prolonged stress while all control rats were left in their home cage.Behavioral changes in these rats were analyzed in ASR and PPI paradigm.ASR and PPI were carried out on day 2,8,15,respectively.ResultsThere were no differences of ASR and PPI among control 1,7,14 d groups (P ＞ 0.05).ASR of stress 1 d group ( (92.49 ± 31.54) g) was higher than that of control 1 d group((64.48 ± 17.95)g,P＜0.05) while PPI of stress 1 d group((28.60 ±29.02)％) was lower than that of control 1 d group( (41.60 ± 15.10)％,P ＜ 0.05 ).There were no differences of ASR between control 7 d group and stress 7 d group,control 14 d group and stress 14 d group (P＞ 0.05 ).Compared with control 7 d group ( (41.30 ± 12.79) ％ ),PPI in stress 7 d group ( ( 17.95 ± 31.79) ％ ) was reduced (P ＜ 0.05 ).Compared with control 14 d group ( (41.16 ± 12.25 ) ％ ),PPI in stress 14 d group( ( 13.71 ± 32.48) ％ ) was reduced (P ＜ 0.05).ConclusionEffects of stress on ASR in rats increased in early period,while the impaired PPI may last for a long time.

Purpose To construct a recombined antitumor peptide and to analyze its bioactivity. Methods Constructing a recombined gene and inserting the pGEX-4T-3 vector. The recombined protein was expressed in E. coli BL21 and purified with Amylose Resin. Then, citrostatin was subjected to the following tests separately: inhibition of endothelial cell proliferation, MTT test of cytotoxicity and inhibition of endothelial cell tube formation on ECMatrix. Results Citrostatin significantly inhibited the proliferation of human endothelial cell ECV304(IC_(50) = 2.28 μmol/L) .It also significantly inhibited the proliferation of human tumor cell 1990 and NCI-H64O(IC_(50) = 9.24,2.74 μmol/L) ,and the inhibitory effect became more marked with the increase of citrostatin concentration. The inhibitory effects of citrostatin on endothelial cell tube formation was also confirmed . Conclusion An antitumor peptide, citrostatin, has been successfully constructed and purified, which showed anti-angiogenesis effect and direct cytotoxic effect on tumor cells.

Objective To compare the clinical effects and safety of surgical clipping and intravascular interventional therapy in treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysm.Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysm from February 2010 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were divided into two groups:surgical clipping group with 92 cases and intravascular interventional therapy group with 66 cases,the postoperative curative effects,treatment time,hospital stay,hospital expenses and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Followed up for 10-46 months,the recurrence rate were compared.Results The good prognosis and defective rates between surgical clipping group and intravasular interventional therapy group had no significant difference [90.2％(83/92) vs.90.9％(60/66),9.8％(9/92) vs.9.1％ (6/66)] (x2 =0.298,P ＞ 0.05).The preoperative Hunt-Hess classification and CT Fisher classification between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Six months after discharge,mRS score was used to evaluate the curative effect,the defective rates in same level patients between two kinds of treatment methods had no significantdifference (P ＞ 0.05).The treatment time,hospital stay in surgical clipping group were significantly longer than those in intravascular interventional therapy group [(4.03 ± 1.01) h vs.(1.61 ± 0.98) h,(15.90 ± 2.03) dvs.(13.20 ± 1.95) d],hospital expenses was significantly lower than that in intravascular intervention therapy group [61 829.4 ±320.6) yuan vs.(99 876.2 ±371.5) yuan] (P ＜0.05).The postoperative complications rate between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Followed up for 31.3 (10-46) months,the recurrence rate in surgical clipping group was significantly lower than that in intravascular intervention therapy group [1.1％ (1/94) vs.8.8％ (6/68)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Surgical clipping and intravascular interventional therapy in treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysm has their own different characteristics,so patients' treatment methods should be based on their preoperative status (especially preoperative Hunt-Hess and Fisher classification) and patients' economic conditions.

Objective To investigate the correlationship between depressed behaviors and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in brain tissue in mice which are insensitive to fluoxetine,and to mimic the treatment resistant depression (TRD) in clinical condition.Methods 50 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into Control group (Control),Chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) group and CUMS+fluoxetine group.Mice in Control group were raised ad libitum for 9 weeks,those in CUMS group received CUMS for 9 weeks and those in CUMS+fluoxetine group received 8 weeks' CUMS followed 1 week' s treatment with Fluoxetine(10 mg · kg-1 · d-1).At the end of the 9th week,mice in(CUMS + treatment)group were selected into antidepressant treatment-resistant mice(ATRM) as no remission and Depression Group (DM) as symptoms improved.Body mass test (BMT),open field test (OFT) and forces swim test (FST) were completed respectively in these 4 groups at the endpoint of the experiment,and the brain tissue were extracted after the tests for IL-1β Elisa test.Results (1) BMT:there was no effect of weightgain in ATRM after 1 week' s therapy with Fluoxetine.There was no difference in body-weight between ATRM ((18.56±7.56) g) and CUMS ((19.03± 8.58) g) mice,while compared with Control ((24.56±5.45) g) and DM mice ((20.12±9.17) g) ATRM and CUMS mile's body weight were significantly lower (P＜0.05).(2)OFT and FST:in OFT,there was no significant difference in of horizontal moving distance(F=0.355) either in the frequencies of entering the central zone (F=0.327) among the 4 groups;in OFT,the immobility time of ATRM ((241.50 ± ± 36.55) s) was significantly longer than that in DM ((156.00± 25.47) s) (F=13.573,P＜0.05).(3) Elisa test of IL-1β:the brain' s IL-1β serum level in ATRM ((164.90±46.70) pg/mg) was higher than those in Control ((69.68±6.56) pg/mg)),and DM ((93.09±4.65) pg/mg) (P＜0.01),while no difference with that in CUMS mice.Additionally,the depressive behaviors in ATRM showed its positive correlation with the IL-1β level in CNS (r=0.669,P=0.006).Conclusion CUMS can elicit the refractory depressive symptoms in BALB/c mice to simulate TRD' s characteristic,and the elevated level of IL-1 β within brain tissue may play an important role in the development of TRD.
