OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the therapy for sever acute pancreatitis induced by hy-perlipidemia(HL-SAP)patient. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for a pregnant patient with HL-SAP af-ter cesarean section,assisted physicians to optimize therapy plan through analyzing the disease condition according clinical guide and relevant literatures. Clinical pharmacists suggested to decrease atorvastatin 20 mg,qd to 10 mg,qd in order to avoid the risk of rhabdomyolysis and liver injury. When patient’s hemogram kept stable and infection had been controlled,clinical pharmacists suggested antibiotics de-escalation treatment:Levofloxacin injection 0.5 g,ivgtt,qd+Metronidazole injection 0.5 g,ivgtt,q12 h in-stead of meropenem. RESULTS:Physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists. The patient was recovered and transfer to gastroenterology department 15 d later. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care for HL-SAP patient after cesarean section,and assist physicians to formulate therapy plan so as to reduce the incidence of ADR effectively and guaran-tee the safe and effective use of drugs.

Objective To explore a new method for evaluating muscle fatigue by analyzing the surface electromyographic(SEMG) signal characteristics and to search for the practical use of SEMG.Methods Four healthy young females performed continuous isometric contractions of vastus medialis at 65? knee extension with 60% MVC for 3 minutes. SEMG signals were recorded from bilateral vastus medialis. The data were analyzed through curve fitting and nonlinear regression.Results All the estimative curves for SEMG parameter in relation to the testing phase are of cubic with the equations of Y=b_0+b_1x+b_2x2+b_3x3. The b1 and b3 in the formula are negative and b2 is positive for MF,MPF,ZCR, whereas the b1 and b3 are positive and b2 is negative for AEMG.Conclusion The cubic curve during muscle fatigue suggests that three main factors may involve in muscle fatigue. The factors were discussed briefly and need to be confirmed further.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the clinical effects between alprostadil and the traditional therapy in treating sudden deafness.METHODS:A total of120patients were randomly ascribed to receive alprostadil(treatment group)or traditional drugs(e.g.low molecule dextran,dexameth,danshen root injection,control group),the two groups were assisted with hyper-baric oxygen treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were75%and56.7%,respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P

In the field of gene delivery, nonviral vectors are getting more attention due to the advantages which do not belong to viral vectors. But kinds of polypeptides are important to construct ideal nonviral vectors. The paper reviews the development in the research of polypeptides as components of nonviral vectors like as the backbone, the targeting moiety, the endosome membrane destabilizing agents and the nuclear localizing signals.

BACKGROUND:Stem cell transplantation can, in theory, rebuild the immune system and regulate immunologic function. In addition, the transplanted stem cells may differentiate into tissues or cells we want. Therefore, this intervention may restore gastrointestinal inflammatory lesion and exert therapeutic effect on inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). OBJECTIVE:To review the application of different kinds of stem cells in IBD treatment. METHODS:A computer-based search of CNKI, PubMed and FMJS was performed for articles concerning stem cel transplantation and IBD published after January 2002. The key words were stem cells, inflammatory bowel diseases, Crohn's diseases, ulcerative colitis, cell therapy in Chinese and English respectively. At last, 49 articles were included in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells both have certain therapeutic benefits in IBD. But which kind of stem cell is the safest and most efficacious cannot be confirmed, and at the same time the most effective and the optimal dose and way of transplantation of such cells are still unclear. All in all, there is still a lot of work to do to remove the obstacles.

[Summary] Four women with uterus submucosal myoma without sexual experience were treated with hysteroscopic surgery from January 2008 to January 2015.There were 2 cases of 0 type myoma, 1 case of Ⅱtype myoma, and 1 case of multiple myomas with 0 type,Ⅰtype, andⅡtype, respectively.The operation was performed by using the plasma bipolar hysteroscopic resectoscope (sheath diameter , 8 mm) .All the operations were successfully completed with myoma resected in one time .The hymens were undamaged .The patients were followed up for 6, 4, 3, and 1 year, finding no recurrence .One patient naturally conceived after 6 years postoperatively and gave birth to a healthy baby .

Objective The study aimed to improve the medication safety of aged patients through the reengineering of the dispense process of discharge medications for elderly cardiac patients.Methods The original dispense process was analyzed to find the existing problems,changing the order of process,increasing or decomposing steps of process in order to redesign,perfect and implement the distribution process of medications.Time and correction rate of drug dispensing for three times a day,mastering degree of related knowledge of oral medication and satisfaction degree with medication instruction were compared before and after reengineering of the process.Results Compared with the original process,patients' ability to understand the drug knowledge,the timing when the patients take three medications per day and the satisfaction degree with the instructions of taking medications all had statistical significance.Conclusions Reengineering of the dispense process of discharge medications for elderly cardiac patients can help to improve patients' understanding of drug knowledge,improve the security of taking medications outside the hospital as well as their satisfaction degree with nursing.

Objective To investigate the different effect of positive and negative emotion induced by film clips on explicit and implicit memory,and whether there is mood congruency effect. Methods Thirty participants who were randomly assigned to three experimental groups were investigated. They were exposed in different film clips and then worked on memory task. After each emotional condition,the 5-point Self Assessment Scale was registered , Buchner's processing dissociation corrected model was employed to separate explicit and implicit memory. Results (1) The emotion arousal level of different films is significantly different, the scores of negative film and positive film were more than that of neutral film( (3.24 ± 1.02),(2.85 ± 1.35),(1.12 ± 1.42) , P＜0.01) ; the scores of emotional valence of positive,negative and neutral priming condition were (4. 10 ±0. 20), (3. 60 ± 0.22) and (3.20 ±0. 97), and there was a significant difference between emotion priming conditions (F(2,27) = 46.81, P＜ 0. 01). (2) There was a significant difference among different emotion priming conditions in R (F(2,87) = 30.129, P＜0.05) .and there was no significant difference among different emotion priming conditions in A. (3) In R,there was a main effect in emotional words(F(2,81) = 10.516, P＜0.05) ,the R scores of neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words(P＜0.01) ,there was a main effect in emotion priming conditions(F (2,81) =10.516, P＜0.05) ,the R scores of positive emotion priming group and neutral emotion priming group were significantly higher than those of negative emotion priming group (P＜0.05). There was an interaction of emotional words and emotion priming conditions(F(4,81) = 10.640, P ＜ 0.01). Under positive emotion priming condition, the R scores of positive and neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words (P＜0.05);under negative emotion priming condition, the R scores of negative words were significantly higher than those of positive words (P ＜0.05); under neutral emotion priming condition, the R scores of positive and neutral words were significantly higher than those of negative words (P＜0.05). (4) In A, the main effect of emotion priming conditions and emotional words and interaction effect between them were not significant(P＞0.05). Conclusions Explicit memory showed mood congruency memory effect,but implicit memory,neither the positive emotion priming group nor the negative emotion priming group exhibited mood congruency memory effect.

Objective To identify the role of microRNA-17(miR-17)in human glioma U87 cells invasion which may regulate expression of matriv metalloproteinase(MMP)-2.Methods U87 cells were cultured in vitro,while changes in cellular morphology were observed by phase contrast microscope.The miR-17 which might regulate the expression of MMP-2 was predicted by bioinformatics and identified using dual luciferase report system.Expressions of miR-17 and MMP-2 were determined using real-time PCR and Western blot after transfection of miR-17 mimics.The invasion of U87 cells was detected in vitro by Transwell chamber.Results Expression of MMP-2 was positive by immunofluorescence cytochemistry. Using dual luciferase reporter system,miR-17 could inhibit the expression of MMP-2 by binding to its mRNA 3′UTR. Results of real-time PCR and Western blot showed that over-expression of miR-17 down-regulated expression of MMP-2. The invasion of U87 cells was suppressed by over-expression of miR-17.Conclusion MiR-17 may negatively regulate expression of MMP-2 in human glioma U87 cells and inhibit cell invasion.
