1.The focus adjustment on the construction of clinical medicine key disciplines to match the needs for professional degree graduate students' education
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(6):460-462,471
By analyzed the problems of clinical medicine key disciplines in professional degree graduate education, such as pay more attention to the research rather than clinical work, pay more attention to using rather than cultivating, the new needs were identified in the focus adjustment of this education. The measurements and methodologies of focus adjustment were discussed to match the needs.
2.Gene Polymorphism of Adiponectin in Han Nationality with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus from Guangxi
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):540-543
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) +45T→G in adiponectin gene exon 2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), obesity and insulin resistance (IR) in Han population in Guangxi. Methods:Polymer-ase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-RFLP) was performed to identify the T-G polymorphism of adiponec-tin (exon 2) in 313 unrelated Han people from Guangxi including 95 normal glucose tolerance,103 impaired glucose tolerance and 115 type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results:In Han people of Guangxi, the SNP +45 GG genotype in adiponectin gene had significantly lower HDL-C levels than TT and TG genotypes in Han people(P<0. 05). The subjects with the GG genotype at position 45 had a signifi-cantly increased risk of IR (odds ratio of 2. 876[95%CI:1. 141-7. 248]) compared with those with the TT genotype at position 45. Conclusion:In Han people of Guangxi, the SNP +45 TT genotype in adiponectin gene has significantly higher HDL-C levels than GG genotype. The subjects with the GG genotype at position 45 have a significantly increased risk of IR compared with those with the TT genotype, while obesity and T2DM are independent on SNP+45 of adiponectin gene.

Objective To study the relationship between type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy and the activity of serum super-oxide dismutase(SOD) ,and the relationship between the activity of serum SOD and gender ,age ,and blood glucose concentrations in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy .Methods One hundred and twenty-five T2DM patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and 125 healthy individuals were enrolled in the study .The pyrogallol autoxidation method were used to deter-mine the the activity of serum SOD ,and then the differences of serum SOD activity were compared between the 2 group of people . The relationship between the activity of serum SOD and gender ,age ,and blood glucose concentrations in patients with type 2 diabe-tes peripheral neuropathy were analyzed .Results The difference of the activity of serum SOD between type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy group and control group was statistically significant (t=7 .798 ,P=0 .000) .There were no differences between the ac-tivity of serum SOD and gender ,age ,and blood glucose concentrations in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy .The SOD activities in 6 .1-7 .0 mmol/L and ≥7 .0 mmol/L groups were statistically significant (P=0 .034) .Conclusion The activity of serum SOD increase in T2DM patients with DPN .The activity of serum SOD is associated with blood glucose concentrations ,and might increase with elevated blood glucose .
