Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the prevalence and the associated risk factors of fatty liver disease in railway employees. Methods 3 520 railway employees aged 21~60 were observed,1 299 cases of fatty liver who were diagnosed by uhrasonography and 2 221 normal controls.Plasma triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and fasting blood glucose(FBG) were determined. Results The prevalence rate of fatty liver was 36.9%(1 299/3 520).It increased with age.The prevalence rate of fatty liver in the groups with different age was significantly different(x~2=14.82,P
2.METADATA EXPANDED SEMANTICALLY BASED RESOURCE SEARCH IN EDUCATION GRID
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2005;17(2):127-130
With the rapid increase of educational resources, how to search for necessary educational resource quickly is one of most important issues. Educational resources have the characters of distribution and heterogeneity, which are the same as the characters of Grid resources. Therefore, the technology of Grid resources search was adopted to implement the educational resources search. Motivated by the insufficiency of currently resources search methods based on metadata, a method of extracting semantic relations between words constituting metadata is proposed. We mainly focus on acquiring synonymy, hyponymy, hypernymy and parataxis relations. In our schema, we extract texts related to metadata that will be expanded from text spatial through text extraction templates. Next, metadata will be obtained through metadata extraction templates. Finally, we compute semantic similarity to eliminate false relations and construct a semantic expansion knowledge base. The proposed method in this paper has been applied on the education grid.

Objective: To study the effect of steam-heated procedure on immunogenicity of major antigenic proteins in soybean. Method: Twelve newborn calves were randomly divided into 3 groups (Group A, B and C). Each group of the calves were fed on the diets containing raw soybean flour, heated soybean flour and whole milk, respectively. The glycicin, ?-conglycinin and neighbor collection as antigens, antibodies specific to soy allergens were detected by ELISA. Results: (1) The weight gain was A

Objective To assess the regulating effects of interleukin-1? (IL-1?) on gene expression of Bax mRNA in human hyaline chondrocyte. Methods Hyaline chondrocytes of human were harvested enzymatically and cultured in DMEM supplemented with 20% bovine serum. In the experiment, various concentrations of IL-1? were added to the medium. The effects of IL-1? on the Bax mRNA were assessed by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in the passaged monolayer cell cultures of hyaline chondrocyte. Results IL-1? increased the Bax mRNA level in passaged cultures of hyaline chondrocyte. The difference was significant (P

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(8):99-101,102
Objective:Through the analysis of the influence indicators of average hospitalization and comparison of differences of these indicators among different clinical departments in a hospital, to evaluate the medical quality and management level of the hospital and provide scientific reference for improving the hospital management efficiency and benefits. Methods:Gender, age and the type of medical insurance were analyzed using the chi square test. The length of hospital stay through 2009 to 2013 were analyzed using F test for patients of different insurance type and using t test for patients from different departments. All tests were completed using SPSS18.0.Results: The average hospital stay was decreasing year by year. Compared with the overall average length of stay, the patients who pay free were stay longer in hospital except for a small number of departments of internal medicine. Besides, the severe cases also prolonged the average length of stay in hospital. Conclusion: To effectively control the average length of stay, the Physicians Examination in Three Levels should be strictly implemented and the information management system should be used scientifically. Reasonable measures should be taken to solve the existing problems.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(6):454-459
Objective:To understand the relationship between psychiatric nurses' communication ability, personality characteristics and conflict management patterns, and to provide a basis for training psychiatric nurses' conflict management ability courses. Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to investigate and investigate 208 nurses in the first-line clinical hospitals of a third-class psychiatric hospital, used the nurses′ clinical communication ability scale, the nurse′s interpersonal conflict management morphology scale, and the simplified version of the Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire. Results:Integration dimension (18.67±2.58) points, concession dimension (12.93±2.43) points, escape dimension (14.05±2.02) points, dominance dimension (14.49±3.06) points, and integration dimension and gender ( t value was -2.57, P=0.01)), education ( F value was 3.76, P=0.02), technical title ( F value was 3.03, P=0.02), position ( t value was 2.08, P=0.03), whether to participate in nurse-patient communication training ( t value was 2.54, P=0.02). Nurses with pleasant personality could better deal with interpersonal conflict ( r=0.361, P<0.01), and the nurse′s personality had a direct effect on the form of interpersonal conflict ( P=0.036, 95% CI 0.107-0.422), the nurse′s communication ability plays a part of indirect effect ( P=0.031, 95% CI 0.001-0.063). Conclusion:The form of interpersonal conflict management of psychiatric nurses was closely related to communication ability and personality characteristics. Nursing managers could carry out targeted training to improve the conflict management ability of nursing staff.

Aim To investigate the expression of mGluR1 in hippocampus of spontaneously epileptic rats(SER) by control study. Methods Total RNA was extracted from hippocampus of SER and Wistar rats, and mGluR1 mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR;the expression of mGluR1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results mGluR1 mRNA of SER was lower than that of Wistar rats in hippocampus(P0.05) were found. In positive cells,mGluR1 proteins were enhanced.By Western blot, total mGluR1 protein was down-regulated in SER hippocampus(P

AIM: To explore the relationship between methylation status of promoter region 5′CpG island and the biological phenotype in human colorectal cancer RKO cell lines. METHODS: RKO cells were treated with selective DNA methyltransferase (DNMTs) inhibitor, 5-Aza-2′-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR), for 72 h. Methylation-specific PCR (MSP), T-A clone and DNA sequence analysis were used to detect 5′CpG island methylation status of p16/CDKN2 tumor suppresor gene. Cell growth, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis were analyzed by MTT, flow cytometry (FCM), fluorescent dye staining and transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: DNMTs inhibitor (5-Aza-CdR) effectively reversed the hypermethylation status of 5′CpG island. The effects of 5-Aza-CdR on cell growth inhibition (P
