The hemodynamic examination of prostate was performed transperineally by HP SONOS 1000 or 2500 Ultrasound System with 7.5 MHz transducer.The results of 25 healthy persons showed that:1.In transverse section,two arteries locatced at 5 and 7 o'clock corresponded to the capsule branches of prostate artery with diameter(D)1.7±0.25mm,Vnlax 22.2±8.2cm/s,flow volume(V) 8.O±6.5ml/min;2.The sagittal view showed the urethra branch of prostate artery,red in colonr,D 1.8±0.2mm,Vmax 25.6±10.2cm/s,V 9.5±3.69mI/min.3.Blue streams with lOW velocity were seen near the internal orifice of urethra,were vesicoprostatic venous plexus with D 3.5±1.0mm,their velocity varied with respiration.In presence of prostatic hypertrophy,the velocity and flow volume were less than those in normal case.

AIM: To investigate whether Programmed death-1 (PD-1) expression on peripheral CD4~+CD25~(nt/hi)CD127~(lo) regulatory T cells (Treg) was associated with disease progression in HIV-1-infected patients. METHODS: Peripheral blood from 108 HIV-1-infected patients in distinct disease progression statuses and 27 healthy individuals were collected in the present investigation. PBMCs were isolated by centrifugation on Ficoll-Hypaque, followed by staining with anti-CD4-PerCP, anti-CD25-FITC, anti-CD127-PE and anti-PD-1-APC. PD-1 expression on Treg was analyzed by four-color staining flow cytometry. CD4~+T cell absolute counts were determined using Multitest CD3/CD4/CD8/CD45 kit and plasma viral loads were detected on NucliSens EasyQ. All data were analyzed using SPSS14.0 software. RESULTS: In peripheral blood of healthy individuals, Treg expressed PD-1 at very low levels (1.72%±0.65%). In contrast, Treg from HIV-1-infected patients showed a significantly increased PD-1 expression (5.33%±2.24%, P<0.01). Moreover, AIDS patients exhibited statistically higher PD-1 expression on Treg (7.87%±2.23%) than newly HIV-1 infected patients (3.22%±1.01%, P<0.05) and patients in progression to AIDS(5.21%±1.72%, P<0.05). PD-1 up-regulation on Treg was closely correlated with reduced CD4~+T cell absolute counts but elevated plasma viral load. CONCLUSION: Overall, we found that PD-1 expression on peripheral Treg was up-regulated and correlated with disease progression in HIV-1-infected patients for the first time. These findings not only extend our understanding of how Treg functions in HIV-1-infected patients but also support the notion that blocking PD-1/PD-L1 interactions may represent a potential therapeutic strategy for HIV-1-infected patients.

Objective To understand the cognition status about preventing from blood pathogens in Chongqing nursing staff of occupational exposure to blood and to provide the evidence necessary to the education of occupational prevention.Methods Totally 1 270 nurses in 20 hospitals in Chongqing were investigated by self-designed Questionnaires.The contents included understanding,acquisition approaches,the knowledge that should be known etc..Results The knowledge of occupational exposure was inadequate.The proper answers averaged 54.59% in questionaire and there was significant difference in the cognition about occupational blood exposure among those of different education background,professional title,nursing age and types of employment(P

objective To develop long-term care demand assessment indicators for the disabled elderly in nursing home.Methods The assessment indicators were formulated based on literature review,semi-structured interviews and expert meeting.Then,Delphi technique was used to identify the indicators through two rounds of consultation among 23 experts.Results The response rates of two rounds consultation were 74.19％ and 95.65％,and the authority coefficients of experts were 0.850 and 0.905.The coordination coefficients of two levels of indicators in the second round were 0.600 and 0.269,respectively (P＜0.001).The long-term care demand assessment indicators for the disabled elderly in nursing homes consisted of 5 first-level indicators and 40 seeond-level indicators.Conclusion The longterm care demand assessment indicators for the disabled elderly in nursing home is reliable and scientific,which can provide references for further developing long-term care contents for the elderly in the nursing home and standardizing quality of long-term care.

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of four 5-hydroxytryptamine type 4 (5-HT4) receptor agonists:cisapride,zacopride,macopride and 2-[1-(4-piperonyl) piperazinyl]-benzothiazole (BZTZ),on rat cardiac inward rectifier potassium channel (IK1)and heart rhythm.METHODS The whole-cell configuration of patch-clamp technique was used to record effects of 5-HT4 receptor agonists onIk1 in enzymatic dissociated rat ventricular myocytes or Kir2.1 transfected HEK 293 cells.Western blotting was used to observe the expression of Kir2.1 channel exposed 24 h to agents in ventricular myocytes.Langendorff-perfused hearts were perfused with four agents respectively for 30 min.The electrocardiogram was recorded simultaneously.RESULTS BZTZ,cisapride and mosapride 0.1-10 μmol· L-1 decreasedIk1 in a concentrationdependent manner.At the same concentration (1 μmol· L-1),BZTZ showed the most potent inhibition onIκ1 (P＜0.01),followed by cisapride.Mosapride showed slight inhibition efficiency.However,zacopride enhanced Iκ1 (P＜0.01).In Kir2.1 heterologous expression systems,zacopride activated Kir2.1 current (P＜0.01) while mosapride had no effect.In ex vivo Langendorff-perfused hearts,BZTZ and cisapride 1μmol· L-1 elicited singnificant rhythm disturbances,and the total of premature ventricular beats (PVB) were 159±28 and 61±13.50％ (4/8) (P＜0.05) and 25％ (1/8) of the hearts exhibited ventricular tachycardia (VT),while 37.5％ (3/8) and 12.5％ (1/8) of the hearts exhibited ventricular fibrillation (VF),respectively.Mosapride and zacopride had no side effects on heart rhythm.Zacopride also suppressed BZTZ-or cisapride-induced arrhythmias.BZFZ had the strongest proarryhthmic potency among the 5-HT4 agonists,followed by cisapride,mosapride and zacopride.CONCLUSION Iκ1 might be an independent risk factor for arrhythmogenesis and a new target for screening safe 5-HT4 receptor agonists and gastrointestinal prokinetic agents.

A method for the quantitative monitoring of sulfadiazine (SD) residues in pork was established by molecular imprinted column coupling with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The molecular imprinted column was selected as an extraction device.To obtain the optimum extraction efficiency,several parameters related to the molecular imprinted column,including column solvent,flow-rate,eluent of the sample matrix and eluent volume,were investigated.The sample solution was directly injected into the device for the extraction after simple extraction.Under the optimum conditions,the relative standard deviations (RSD) was ≤6.1％ and the recoveries for SD were higher than 75.6％.In comparison with the AL-SPE column,the MIP-SPE column had good reusability and extraction efficiency.This method was successfully applied to the determination snlfadiazine residues in pork.

This article was aimed to study macroporous resin adsorption kinetics for effective extraction of water ex-tracting with alcohol precipitating in cicada slough. PT, APTT and the coagulation-fibrinolysis dynamic figure were taken as main indexes, which were combined with static and dynamic tests, to select the best macroporous resin to separate and purify the extraction. Adsorption kinetics curve was drawn to fit the adsorption kinetics model. The re-sults showed that NKA-9 macroporous resin was more effective in separating and purifying effective extraction than others. The adsorption dynamic behavior was well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation. It was concluded that the adsorption rate was mainly controlled by the intraparticle diffusion.

Objective To investigated the correlation between the focus-to-flat panel detector distance and entrance surface dosed in digital radiography of lumbar spine.Methods The spine phantom used for bone mineral density(BMD) calibration was radiographed at different value of FFD (100 ～ 240 cm with the interval 10 cm,totally 15 times) using 70 kV and 90 kV with the automatic exposure control (AEC) mode without anti-scatter grid.The parameters measured by QUART dido 2100K type X-ray dose meter.So record the value parameters of the tube current (mAs) and entrance surface dose (ESD).The relation curve were counted between FFD,ESD,mAs and Exposure index (EI) use excle.Pearson correlation analysis and related coefficient difference analysis were performed using the SPSS 19.0 software (P ＜0.05 for the statistically significant level).The FFD and ESD values of regression equation were obtained with regression analysis.Results (1) When the tube voltage was 70 kV:FFD and ESD were negative correlation (r =-0.922,P ＜ 0.001),FFD and mAs were positive correlation (r =0.991,P ＜0.001),FFD and EI negative correlation (r =-0.938,P ＜ 0.001).(2) When the tube voltage was 90 kV:FFD and ESDwere negative correlation (r=-0.955,P ＜0.001),FFD and mAs were positive correlation (r=0.994,P ＜0.001),FFD and EI showed no significant correlation (r=-0.523,P＞0.05).(3) Different position correlation coefficient analysis of the difference was not statistically significant difference.(4) The regression analysis results:The regression equation of the lumbar anteriorposterior position FFD and the ESD at 70 kV:y=0.805 x + 319.731 (F=74.175,P ＜0.001).The regression equation of the lumbar lateral position FFD and the ESD at 90 kV:y =3.152 x + 457.613 (F =133.524,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions The FFD and ESD in the lumbar spine X-ray radiography were relevant and highly negative correlation.It can effectively reduce the radiographic ESD of lumbar spine with the increasing of the FFD.

Objective To investigate the influence of pregnancy and delivery on maternal graft and newborns after renal transplantatior.Method Two cases of successful pregnancy and delivery after renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed and the literatures were reviewed.Result The first recipient received the immunosuppressive treatment,which was based on the mycophenolate after renal transplantation.Three years after transplantation,the recipient had the requirement of pregnancy,but there was no pregnancy without contraception for over one year.On the next month after the myocphenolate-based immunosuppressive regimen changed to the purine-based,B ultrasound revealed follicular growth,ovulation and pregnancy.Caesarean section was performed at 37 gestational weeks and a body was delivered.The weight of the boy was 2 750 g,and the Apgar scores of the newborn were 10.The second recipient received triple immunosuppressive therapy (cyclosporin A + azathioprine + methylprednisolone),and got natural pregnancy 4 years after renal transplantation.The recipient was hospitalized due to the increased blood pressure and reduced fetal heart rate at 33 W+2 gestational weeks,and discharged after treatment.Caesarean section was performed at 38 W+1 gestational weeks,the weight of the boy was 3 000 g,and the Apgar scores of the newborn was 10.After follow-up for 8 years old,there was on abnormity of the function of the transplanted kidney and the growth of the newborns.Conclusion Successful pregnancy and delivery are possible in renal transplant recipients with normal renal function.Regulating the immunosuppressive regimen appropriately,and treating the complications of pregnancy effectively can obtained the satisfactory outcome of pregnancy.

Objective To assess the impact of radiation on superior epigastric vessel pedicled transverse rectus abdominal myocutaneous (TRAM) for breast reconstruction.Methods Female breast cancer patients were divided into 4 groups:group A (immediate breast reconstruction + radiation therapy,123 cases),group B (immediate breast reconstruction,262 cases),group C (radiation therapy + delayed breast reconstruction,34 cases),group D (delayed breast reconstruction,53 cases) from June 2009 to June 2012 at Department of Breast Oncology,Tianjin Medical University.Patient demographics,operative details,radiation therapy details,postoperative complications,patient-centered evaluation of aesthetic and psychological outcomes were assessed.Results The average follow-up duration was 24.98 ± 6.99 months.2.5％ patients developed delayed wound healing postoperatively.Fat necrosis and flap contracture were seen in 7.0％ and 3.6％ of all patients,respectively.Irradiated patients had a significant statistical difference in cancer staging,involved lymph nodes,tissue invasion and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P ＜ 0.05).No significant statistical differences were observed in post-operative early complications,but in advanced stage complications.There was no significantly statistical difference in breast aesthetic outcome before and after radiation therapy within four groups.Conclusions For breast reconstruction patients,those without postoperative radiotherapy were suggested immediate breast reconstruction,and those with postoperative radiotherapy were proposed to accomplish breast reconstruction after postoperative radiotherapy.
