1.House Acaridida Pollution and Control
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
The influence of acaridida on the peoples' living was discussed in this review, the harm of acaridida to stored grain and human health were mentioned also. It was pointed out that house acaridida pollution was a common phenomenon. So some suggestions were given to control acaridida breeding in house. First of all, make sure that no good living condition for acaridida when you select house and decorate it, secondly, the resistance of furniture to mites should be considered, last but not least, more attention should be paid in daily activity to control house acaridida pollution.
2.Cloning, Sequencing and Subcloning of cDNA Coding for GroupⅠAllergen of Dermatophagoides farinae
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(03):-
Objective To clone, sequence and subclone the cDNA coding for group 1 allergen of Dermatophagoides farinae (Der f 1). Methods The cDNA of Der f 1 was amplified by RT-PCR and PCR. After purified, the gene fragment was cloned into a vector pMD-18T. The recombinant plasmid pMD-18T-Der f 1 was transformed into E.coli JM109. Positive clones were screened and identified by PCR and digestion with restriction enzyme. The sequence of inserted Der f 1 gene fragment was also detected. Der f 1 was then subcloned into the vector of pET-32a(+). Results The Der f 1 gene fragment of Dermatophagoides farinae was specifically amplified from RNA by RT-PCR and PCR. The recombinant plasmid pMD-18T-Der f 1 and pET-32a(+)-Der f 1 was constructed and digested by Bam HⅠand SacⅠ, the size of gene fragment was 646 bp and in accordance with the expected one. Conclusion The pET-32a(+)-Der f 1 subcloning has been constructed successfully.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the situation of mites breeding in student dormitories. Methods Dusts samples from beds, clothes and houses were collected every month in the same campus, separated with direcmioroscopy and identified for mites. Results A total of 1 385 specimens were collected, and the total detectable rate was 56.46%. The detectable rates of mites in dust samples collected from beds, clothes and houses were 63.73%?41.72% and 47.78% respectively, which were significant different (?2=44.43,P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the composition and diversity of acaroid mites community in stored food in Maanshan area. Methods The samples of 30 kinds of stored food were collected from the supermarket warehouse and storehouse in July, 2006. The acaroid mites were isolated by Waterflotation and Tullgren, identified and counted under the microscope, the composition and diversity of acaroid mites community were analyzed. Results 15 species of acaroid mites which belong to 7 families and 12 genera were found. The average breeding density of acaroid mites was 3.56/g and the species richness index was 1.63, the diversity index was 2.28, the evenness index was 0.84. Conclusion The composition of acaroid mites community in stored food takes on diversification and the polluted situation is serious, vacuum packaging is an effective methods to decrease mites breeding.
