1.Relationship between heart rate variability and QT dispersion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Objective To research into the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods In the research 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD were classified as group A,33 patients with T2DM as group B and 21 normal healthy persons as controlgroup, group C.24-hour time domain and 24-hour frequency domain parameters of HRV were recorded by holter ECG and analysed through computer.A standard 12-lead synchronous electrocardiogram was used to measure QT interval and QTd.Results (1)The research showed that all parameters of HRV in group A were less than those in group B and group C (P

Objective To explore the effect of different transcranial pulse current stimulation(tPCS)program on the elimination of fatigue in physical cognitive mixed tasks. Methods Thirty healthy college athletes were randomly divided into group Ⅰ'and groupⅡ',each of 15.Then,both groups of sub-jects exercised on power bicycles.Ten subjects were screened from Group Ⅰ'and Ⅱ'meeting the crite-ria of moderate and severe physical cognitive mixed task fatigue using the Rating of Perceived Exer-tion respectively. Both groups received five tPCS interventions. Before and after each intervention, the subjects were tested for heart rate variability(HRV)and oxygenated hemoglobin(HbO2)concentration,and the effect of different stimulations on the fatigue elimination in physical cognitive mixed tasks of different severities were measured.Meanwhile, the HRV measurements included root mean square of difference between adjacent R-R intervals(RMSSD),standard deviation of all normal-to-normal inter-vals(SDNN),high frequency(HF)and low frequency(LF).Results①After tPCS intervention, the aver-age SDNN,HF and HbO2 increased significantly(P<0.05),while the average IF decreased significantly(P<0.05).②In physical cognitive mixed task of moderate fatigue, the biggest change of each index ap-peared after the tPCS program D(20 min, sensory intensity).③In the physical cognitive mixed task of severe fatigue, the change range of each index was the largest after the tPCS program C(20 min, sensory intensity + 0.2 mA).Conclusion ①After physical cognitive mixed tasks, different tPCS stimu-lation programs have different effects on the elimination of fatigue with an optimal"stimulant dose".②The effects of five intervention programs on the elimination of physical fatigue of athletes are as fol-lows:For the elimination of moderate fatigue of physical cognitive mixed task, program D of tPCS(20 min, sensory intensity)has the greatest effect, while for the elimination of severe fatigue of physical cognitive mixed task, program C of tPCS(20 min, sensory intensity + 0.2 mA)has the greatest effect.

Objective To apply the World Health Organization(WHO)International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF)to a comprehensive analysis of the functional characteristics of children with attention deficit hyper-activity disorder(ADHD)and to develop a functionally oriented, individualized exercise rehabilitation protocol. Methods International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11)and ICF were utilized to systematically analyze the body structure, physical function, activities and participation, and environmental factors of children with ADHD.Based on the ICF's bio-psycho-social model of function, disability and health, combined with the theory of somat-ic and mental interaction, and referring to the WHO 2020 Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behav-iour,particularly the sections relevant to disabled adolescents,a function-oriented exercise rehabilitation protocol suitable for children with ADHD was formulated. Results The dysfunctions of children with ADHD were mainly manifested in the area of mental functions(b1),which was highlighted by attention functions(b140),energy and drive functions(b130)and higher-level cognitive func-tions(b164).In terms of activities and participation, limitations were primarily observed in learning and applying knowledge(d1),general tasks and demands(d2),communication(d3),and interpersonal interactions and relation-ships(d7).In addition, environmental factors such as products and technology(e1),support and relationships(e3),and attitudes(e4)affected the progression of the disorder.According to the guidelines, physical activity could be categorised into motor skill-based activities,fitness-based activities and sport-based activities.Children with ADHD were recommended to perform at least 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity fitness activities(e.g.,aerobic exercise)and motor skill activities(e.g.,basic movement exercises)a day,and at least three times a week of high intensity activities such as strength/resistance training and athletic competitions. The protocol should also ensure an accessible environment and adaptive assistive technology to promote the overall functional rehabilitation of children with ADHD. Conclusion Based on the ICF theoretical framework, combined with the theory of mind-body interaction, and with refer-ence to the WHO 2020 Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour,a functionally oriented exercise rehabilitation protocol was constructed, focusing on the children's attentional function, learning and mental func-tions.
