Objective To analyze the antiangiogenic effect of stereotatic radiosurgery (SRS) in rat C6 gliomas using MR perfusion imaging(PWI) technique. Methods Twenty rats implanted with C6 glioma cells in the brain were randomly assigned into group A (without any therapy) and group B which underwent SRS therapy 4 weeks after implantation. PWI was performed to measure the regional cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in tumor's region before therapy in all rats and 1 week later in group B. PWI sequence was applied pre-and post--inhalation of a mixture of 10% CO_2 and 90% air. rCBV and rCBF were analyzed. PaCO_2 and blood PH values were monitored before and aftermixed gas inhalation. All the MRI examination were car-ried out at a 3.0T magnet. The rats were sacrificed after MRI examination. Microvessel density (MVD) and number of mature ves-sels (with muscle layer) were measured histologically using immunohistochemical staining for factorⅧ and smooth muscle actin (SMA). PWI data, and pathological results were analyzed statistically. Results The size of tumors in group B remarkably de-creased with obvious necrotic area in the center 1 week after SRS therapy. PH value decreased and PaCO_2 increased significantly af-ter mixed gas inhalation. Blood gas data changes in group B were not significantly different from that in group A. The rCBV and rCBF of tumor's core in group B declined greatly after SRS treatment. The necrotic area was dark in rCBV and rCBF maps, that suggested no blood supply in this region. After therapy, the changing rate of rCBV and rCBF pre-and post-inhalation of gas in group B was greater than those in group A. The MVD of tumors in group B after treatment was sta-tistically less than that in group A. The number of SMA positively stained vessels in group B was nearly equal to that in group A. The percentage of SMA(+)/MVD in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. Conclusion SRS can inhibit the angiogenesis of rat C6 glioma, however vessels with smooth muscle cells are insensitive to SRS.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in patients with non-gonococcus urethritis (NGU),and to provide reference for rational use of antibotics in patients with mycoplasma infection.METHODS:Mycoplasma diagnosis reagent box was used to culture and identify mycoplasma from suspected patients with NGU,and to conduct drug sensitivity test.RESULTS:360 cases of positive mycoplasma among 711 suspected NGU patients (positive rate was 50.66%),Uu positive were 235 cases (positive rate 33.05%);Mh positive were 30 cases (positive rate 4.22%);Uu+Mh positive were 95 cases (positive rate 13.36%).Results of drug sensitivity test showed josamycin,doxycycline,minocycline,clarithromycin and tetracycline were best choice for Uu single infection,and josamycin,doxycycline,minocycline for Uu+Mh infection.CONCLUSION:Uregenital tract infections are mainly caused by Uu.Clinical medication for mycoplasma infection should be in accordance with the type of mycoplasma and results of drug sensitivity test.

Objective: To study comparatively HPLC-FPS of three kinds of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi from different sources. Methods: HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi from Ningan was developed, and the HPlC-FPS of three samples were established. Results: The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the ratio of common peaks' area of different samples were different. Conclusion: This method can be used to differentiate Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi from different sources conveniently.

Objectives To establish an HPLC method for determination of sodium Danshensu, hesperidin and salvianolic acid B in Niaosaitong capsules. Methods Three components were separated by C18 chromatographic column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature of 30 ℃, and detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. Results Sodium Danshensu, hesperidin and salvianolic acid B had good linearity in the range of 0.038 44-1.922 μg, 0.000 207 052 8-4.044 μg, 0.034 28-1.714 μg respectively, and the average recovery rate was 90.9%-107.1%, RSD was 2.1%-3.2%. Conclusion The methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Niaosaitong capsules.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in preoperative TN staging and in judging surrounding mesenteric invasion.Methods 96 cases of patients with colon carcinoma which was historically confirmed were collected.Common practice scanning with inflation and dynamic contrast-enhancement scan were performed preoperatively and the images of plain scan,venous phase and arterial phase of contrast enhancement including multi-planar and curved planar reconstruction were obtained.TN staging and evaluation of surrounding mesenteric infiltration were made by MSCT.Surgical findings and pathological results were compared with MSCT diagnosis.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,false negative rate,false positive rate and consistency analysis between them were compared.Results The accuracy,sensitivity,speciality rate,false negative rate and false positive rate of TN staging of colon cancer,as well as mesenteric infiltration determined with MSCT were consistent with the clinical and historical results (Kappa ＞ 0.69,P ＜ 0.01),meaning good consistency.Conclusion MSCT for colon inflation is a useful method for revealing T staging (≤T2-T4),N staging and mesenteric infiltration of colon carcinoma preoperatively.It is also an important noninvasive method to provide surgeons with valuable information for making treatment plan of the tumor.

[Objective] To study the effect and reliability of fluoxetine on depression and symptoms in cancer patient,and to assess the overall quality of life before and after treatment.[Methods]We treated 54 cancer patients with depression by Fluxetine for 8 w,at the same time,evaluated their emotion state,change of quality of life and the adverse effect with HAMD,HAMA,TESS and laboratory tests.[Results]After 8 w,patients’ scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly from the baseline,effective rates were 82.4% and 96.3% respectively.3 domains of quality of life (physiology,psychology and independence) became much better than those of baseline.The side effect of fluxetine was small.[Conclusion]This study shows that fluoxetine can reduce the depression and anxiety symptoms in cancer patients.
