2.Analysis of studies on pattern recognition of tongue image in traditional Chinese medicine by computer technology
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2004;2(5):326-9
The article analyzed the contemporary study of pattern recognition of tongue images in traditional Chinese medicine by computer technology from its key sectors. It regards that the methods of orthogonal design and evaluation of image quality should be introduced to get a high-quality and practicable condition. In the field of tongue image segmentation, multiple methods used together are expected to improve the effect of segmentation. A scientific and canonical standard of tongue diagnosis based on comprehensive experts' experience with Delphi evaluation method and multi-center experts diagnosis on internet are also very essential. The study of pattern recognition on tongue image is still concentrated on the color. Further study should be extended to achieve quantification. And a comprehensive diagnosis on pattern recognition of tongue image is the aim that should be focused on later.
3.The expressions and clinical significance of PD-L1 and PD-1 in peripheral T-cell lymphoma
Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(3):349-352
Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of programmed cell death 1 ligand (PD-L1) and programmed cell death factor-1 (PD-1) in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). Methods Immunohistochem?istry was used to detect expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 in PTCL (test group, n=51) and benign proliferative lesions of lymph node tissues (control group, n=20). The correlations of PD-L1 and PD-1 expressions with clinical pathological param?eters and prognosis were analyzed between two groups. Results The expression level of PD-L1 was significantly higher in PTCL group than that in control group (74.51%vs 35.00%,χ2=9.662, P<0.05). The positive expression of PD-1 was signifi?cantly higher in PTCL group than that in control group (66.67%vs 25.00%,χ2=10.074, P<0.05). There were significant dif?ferences in PD-L1 and PD-1 expressions between different peripheral lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels of PTCL group (P<0.05). After two cycles of CHOP or ECHOP treatments, the response rate (RR) was higher in PD-L1 negative group than that in positive group (84.6%vs 47.4%,χ2=5.478, P<0.05), and RR was higher in PD-1 negative group than that in positive group(82.4%vs 44.1%,χ2=6.755, P<0.05). The median overall survival (OS) time was higher in PD-L1 negative group than that in positive group (29.8 months vs 17.6 months,χ2=4.413, P<0.05) and the median OS time was higher in PD-1 negative group than that in positive group (29.8 months vs 17.6 months,χ2=8.293, P<0.05). Conclusion There are high expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 in peripheral T-cell lymphoma, which is closely related with the elevated LDH in peripheral blood, poor response rate and shorter OS. Therefore, the expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 can be used as factors of worse effect of chemotherapy and poor prognosis.
4.Colonic Motility and Motilin, Substance P and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide after Spinal Cord Injury (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(8):755-757
Spinal cord injury can lead to neurogenic bowel dysfunction. With the research of the enteric nervous system, slow transit constipation had a better understanding of the pathogenesis. This article reviewed gastrointestinal motility after spinal cord injury and motilin, substance P, and vasoactive intestinal peptide.

International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(8):550-552
In the thyroid surgery, parathyroid and laryngeal recurrent nerve injury is the most common complications. With the deepening understanding of the laryngeal recurrent nerve anatomy and surgical skills, laryngeal recurrent nerve injury incidence decline, and the prevention of complications of thyroid operation has turned to protect the parathyroid gland from laryngeal recurrent nerve protection. The technique of carbon nanoparticles labeled lymph nodes can effectively protect the parathyroid gland in thyroid surgery.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2003;1(1):66-70
With the further development of clinical modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), new request to tongue diagnosis for objectivity and quantification is raised. Many researchers have devoted themselves to this field and have achieved some accomplishments since 1950's. Especially in recent years, the revolution of information technique derived from computer industry brings the research new chances. The research history of the past five decades can be divided into three stages: (1) looking for micro-markers by newly-developed medical technique; (2) quantifying traditional markers by new technique; (3) further development based on information technique and corporation of multiple subjects. This article reviewed the three stages and described its prospect.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
we examined the serum copper level in 125 pregnant women (83) normal pregnant women of 28~40 weeks of pregnancy; 12 patients with se-vere edema-proteinurine-hyperterision syndromeduring 37~40 weeks of pregnancy; 30 patientswith prolonged pregnancy) and compared it withurine E/C value and Apgar score in order to deter-mine the reliability of serum copper value in diag-nosing placental insufficiency. The results con-firmed that the serum copper value was increasingwith the growth of weeks of pregnancy, but it wasdecreasing after the fortieth week of pregnancy.Comparison of the serum copper value with theurine E/C value showed that when the E/C or = 10. And when the Apgar score7. These results indicatethat the serum copper value can serve as an indexof placental function in the third trimester of preg-nancy.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the usage of anatomic al M-mode echocardiography in observing pulmonary artery motion curve of pulmonary hypertension patients. Methods The subjects included 21 pulmonary hypertension patients complicated with tricuspid valve insufficiency, and 21 controls whose age and gender matched with the patient group. The inner diameter of main pulmonary artery and right atrium, acceleration time of pulmonary valve Doppler signal and maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency (ACTpv) were measured during routine echo examination. From the maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) was calculated. The pulmonary artery motion curve and pulsating amplitude of pulmonary artery wall (PAWPA) was observed and measured with a home-made anatomical M-mode echocardiography with instrument. Results PAWPA in the patient group was lower, and simultaneously complicated with broader pulmonary artery, larger right atrium and shorter ACTpv in comparison with normal group (all P

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the associated risk factors for the infected patients in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU) and to study the resistance of isolates.METHODS To study the bacterial spectrum and drug resistance test of all the patients with hospital acquired infection from Jan to Dec 2005.Identification and antimicrobial susceptibility were determined with the methods of API and K-B,respectively.RESULTS A total of 265 strains were isolated from 117 patients, the rate of isolation of Gram-negatives was the highest(74.3%),the species were predominated by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae, the rates of isolates were 28.68%,23.02% and 5.66%,respectively.The predominated species of Gram-positives was Staphylococcus aureus.Gram-negative bacilli were susceptible to imipenem and meropenem, there were not vancomycin-resistant strains.CONCLUSIONS It is important to realize the associated risk factors of infected patients in RICU and to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
