Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(02):-
Objective To inverstigate the CT findings of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in orbit and paranasal sinuses, nasal cavity. Methods 12 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in orb it and paranasal sinuses, nasal cavity diagnosed pathology retrospectivly were an alyzed based on their CT data. Results 12 cases of all were non-Hodgin’s lymphoma.Ther e were lymphoma of orbit in 8 cases, lymphoma of maxillary sinus in 3 cases, lym phoma of nasal in 1 case .There was eyelid tumor in 3 cases, soft tissue tumefac tion in adjacent eyelid in 2 cases, soft tissue tumefaction in adjacent maxillary region of nose back in 3 cases and local bone absorption in 2 cases. Conclusion Tumors in orbit and maxillary sinus nasal cavi ty were not concomitant with bone destruction. The sicken tumefaction or tumors formed in adjacent eyelid and maxillay region of nose back are important clue of lymphoma.

4.Rresearch progress of androgens in gynecological malignancies
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(5):474-477
Gynecological malignancies have seriously affected women′s living quality and survival. In recent years, studies have shown that androgen is closely related to the occurrence and development of gynecologic malignancies. In this paper,we mainly discussed the mechanism of androgen on gynecologic malignancies.

Objective To study whether the mechanism of mifepristone in treating adenomyosis is suppressing matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1(MMP-9/TIMP-1). Methods Thirty-five patients in the mifepristone treated group(19 cases of adenomyosis) and the control group(16 cases of adenomyosis,non-drug treated) underwent hysterectomy.Endometrium was looked as eutopic endometrium and adenomyosis as ectopic endometrium.Expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium were measured by immunohistochemical techniques. Results The ectopic endometrium of the mifepristone treated group expressed lower level of MMP-9,higher level of TIMP-1 and lower ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 than the ectopic endometrium of the control group(P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To explore the operational indications, preoperative evaluation, operative essentials and clinical prospect of endovascular repair(EVR) for aortic dissection. Methods Twenty-six patients underwent EVR for aortic dissection and all cases were Stanford B dissection.Four patients had two or more tear entries in different sites.Computed tomography angiography(CTA) or digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were used as preoperative evaluation methods. Results The grafts were installed successfully in 26 patients(100%).The patients were followed up for 1 to 18 months after treatment, and there was no endoleaks and organ or limb ischemia in all the patients. Conclusion Endovascular repair was simple, safe and effective in treating aortic dissection and dissecting aneurysm.

Objective Stem cell therapy has been extensively used in clinical practice. However ,the methods available are unable to non‐invasively detect the distribution of cells in vivo. This study was aimed to establish a novel molecular imaging probe for stem cell labeling ,which would monitor cells via fluorescence imaging. Methods 1‐iodododecane was used to modify polyethyleneimine (PEI) to form amphiphilic macromolecules. These macromolecules encapsulated the hydrophobic quantum dots by self‐assembly to form imaging probes. Results Strong fluorescence signals of the probe occurred at 630 nm ,and the probe could be effectively endocyted by mesenchyme stem cells. In vivo imaging showed that significant optic signals occurred in probe‐labeled mesenchyme stem cells compared with the control cells (blank group:1.47e8 [p/s/cm2/sr]/[μW/cm2 ];test group:2.78e8 [p/s/cm2/sr]/[μW/cm2 ]). Conclusion The nanoprobes have good optic imaging effects ,and can be used to la‐bel cells.

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of combined detecting serum cystatin C (Cys-C),retinol binding protein (RBP),high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP)and urine microalbuminuria (UMA)for early re-nal damage detection in patients With essential hypertension (EH).Methods:Levels of Cys-C,RBP and UMA Were measured in 83 EH patients (EH group)and 80 healthy objects With similar age (healthy control group)respective-ly.Positive rates (exceeding upper limit of normal value for above index Was regarded as positive) of single and combined use of above indexes Were calculated. Results:Compared With healthy control group, there Were signifi-cant increase in levels of Cys-C [(0.98±0.30)μg/ml vs.(1.23±1.38)μg/ml],RBP [(38.32±10.10)mg/L vs. (41.67±11.68)mg/L],and UMA [(1.17±0.46)mg/L vs.(3.01±3.31)mg/L]in EH group (P<0.05 or <0.01),and their detection rates for early renal damage Were 21.69%,19.28%,14.46% and 19.28% respectively. Combined detecting rates of Cys-C + UMA and UMA+ RBP Were 36.14% and 34.94% respectively,Which Were significantly higher than those of single index (P<0.05 all). Conclusion:Proper multi-index combined detecting can effectively raise the detection rate of early renal damage in patients With hypertension.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the usage of anatomic al M-mode echocardiography in observing pulmonary artery motion curve of pulmonary hypertension patients. Methods The subjects included 21 pulmonary hypertension patients complicated with tricuspid valve insufficiency, and 21 controls whose age and gender matched with the patient group. The inner diameter of main pulmonary artery and right atrium, acceleration time of pulmonary valve Doppler signal and maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency (ACTpv) were measured during routine echo examination. From the maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) was calculated. The pulmonary artery motion curve and pulsating amplitude of pulmonary artery wall (PAWPA) was observed and measured with a home-made anatomical M-mode echocardiography with instrument. Results PAWPA in the patient group was lower, and simultaneously complicated with broader pulmonary artery, larger right atrium and shorter ACTpv in comparison with normal group (all P
