This article based on the experience of LIN Lan’s clinic and scientifi c research,analysis the etiological factor and pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus(DM)complicating coronary heart disease(CHD),presumes that defi ciency of both qi and yin,blood stasis and sputum are mainly pathogenesis of DM complicating CHD.Professer LIN proposes the TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which obtains obviously therapeutic effect.

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by tinidazole.METHODS:Tinidazole-induced ADR cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical journals retrieved from Jan.1994 to Jun.2006 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADR induced by tinidazole were diversified in clinical manifestation,but allergic response was the most common type,followed by the lesion of nervous system and digestive system etc.CONC-LUSION:Clinicians should attach great importance to the ADR induced by tinidazole.

In recent years, the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year. Along with it, the problems of high medical cost and health resource shortage also make the diabetes the key chronic disease of health service management in our country. There are significant features and advantages in treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the construction mode of two-way referral care for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions is just unfolding. Based on the status quo of TCM treatment for diabetes, this article reviewed the present basic situation of the two-way referral care for diabetes patients in TCM hospitals and community medical institutions, discussed the significance of this mode for diabetes patients in TCM hospital, emphasized the feasibility and validity of implementing this mode, and provided beneficial exploration and consideration for further development of this mode for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions.

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a common complication of diabetic mellitus. The treatment is so difficult that doctors have not found reliable methods to cure this disease. The research progress both in TCM and western medicine of this disease were reviewed in terms of aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and differential treatments.

Objective To analyse and summarise of the clinical effect and operative opportunity laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute mild unobstructed gallstone pancreatitis.Methods Fify-four gallstone pancreatitis patients were treated as observation group in the first people's hospital of yangzhou from December 2012 to September 2015,which were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after two weeks,while 53 patients which were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after three months were treated as control group.The treatment effect,operation time,hospitalization time and total cost.Results There were no deaths,no bile duct injury and biliary fistula,the total hospitalization time [(19.8 ±2.6)d vs (26.5 ±3.5) d],the total cost [(2.6282 ± 0.2451) vs (3.2892 ± 0.3982)],recurrent pancreatitis rate (0) were lower than the control group(9.4％),the recovery rate of liver function were higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P ＜ 0.05),however,there was no significant difference between two groups for postoperative complications and operation time (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions For acute mild unobstructed gallstone pancreatitis patients,the safe and feasible operative opportunity was recommended two weeks after the symptoms were completely improved,Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute gallstone pancreatitis can promote recovery,shorten the hospitalization time.

Objective Approaching characteristic of syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus affiliated metablic syndrome, usage of herbs based on the theories of relationship between formula (herbs) and syndrome. Methods Gathering 265 cases coming from multicentric clinic cases, feature of syndrome and classify would be approached by means of free-scale networks. Result Herbs of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin is its foundation, effectiveness of herbs showed tendency in eliminating heat nourishing yin, then supplementing Qi and nourishing yin, eliminating heat, and invigorate vital energy promoting blood flow, warming yang, dissipating hygrosis for diuresis. Honey-fried radix astragal, pseudostellariae are important herbs, rehmannia dried rhizome, fructus schizandrae, chuanxiong, angelicae sinensis paeoniae rubra ophiopogonis tuber, anemarrhenae are correlation with them. Conclusion Deficiency of vital energy, Yin asthenia are fundamental syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus affiliated metablic syndrome. Early, Yin asthenia and excessive heat are cardinal. Advanced stage, deficiency of vital energy and stagnation of blood are main syndrome. Yang asthenia, phlegmatic hygrosis, retention of fluid in the body are affiliated syndrome frequently. Drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis penetrated through the courses all the while.

Objective To testify the limitation of Sanxiao differentiation and to prove the objectivity and practicability of three-typed syndrome differentiation by mining data of common diabetic symptoms and symptomatic flocks from the gathered cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The diagnotherapeutic data of 533 cases of type 2 diabetes were collected applying structurally clinical informational gathering system. Then the symptoms, symptomatic flocks and correlated symptoms of typical Sanxiao symptoms were analyzed. Result Among those symptoms, weakness was the tiptop of 473 cases, accounting for 88.74%. 303 cases with thirst and pleased drink, among which 32.23% had both polyuria together with polyphagia and hungary. 106 cases had polyuria (19.89%), 26.46% of which were thirst and pleased drink accompanied with polyphagia and hungary. 77 cases were polyphagia and hungary (14.45%), among which 35.37% had both polyuria together with thirst and pleased drink. 2.25% cases had Sanxiao symptoms at the same time. Conclusions The theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Sanxiao exists localization in the regarding the complexity of type 2 diabetes symptoms and symptomatic flocks. The three-typed syndrome differentiation possesses the objectivity and practicability.
