Methods: Preliminary judgment based fault location fault code, using stepwise exclusion analyze, judge, and determine the cause of the failure lies. Results:The high-voltage inverter element models of mobile DR, the driver circuit, the output voltage discharge waveform judgment and other issues have a better understanding, to facilitate the exclusion of equipment failure. Conclusion:Special case of X-ray radiographic Units failure high voltage circuit analysis and troubleshooting, especially for the inverter circuit analysis, X-ray radiographic appear to take timely and appropriate repair method when high pressure overload.
2.The constitute and maintenance of TYCO PB840 ventilator
China Medical Equipment 2013;(10):112-114
Ventilator is the mechanism of the implementation of artificial ventilation and its function is respiratory support, respiratory therapy and oxygenation improving. It is an important life-support equipment in life-saving first aid. Mainly for emergency transporters, recovery room, emergency department, the ICU pediatric, adult ICU and other departments in the hospital. It used to support high-risk, life-sustaining equipment. The failure is mainly concentrated on the two parts of the gas line and electric circuit. The daily maintenance and preventive maintenance are an essential part for protection breathing machine to work properly.
3.Expression and clinical significance of CD13 in gastric cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2013;(2):-
Objective To investigate the expressions of the CD13 in gastric cancer and the relationships between it and the patients' prognosis. Methods The expressions of CD13 were detected by immunohistochemical (SP method) in 104 cases of gastric cancer and 16 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results The expressions of CD13 in 104 cases of gastric carcinoma and 16 cases of normal gastric mucosa show positive rate were 74% (77/104) and 0%,respectively.The expressions of CD13 in gastric cancer were higher than in normal gastric mucosa and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).The expressions of CD13 in gastric cancer were not relative to patients' age, gender, and lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05),but to be correlative with tumor sizes, clinical stage, degree of differentiation, and patients' 5-year survival rate (P < 0.05).Conclusions The abnormal expression of CD13 in the gastric cancer may be correlative with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, which can be an important indicator to evaluate the degree of malignance, guide treatment and assess uncertain prognosis of gastric cancer.
5.Essence of defensive qi and its medical significance
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
In traditional Chinese medicine, medical practice is combined with qi,which forms special qi-theory.Body fluid which includes blood and Jin-ye is the fluid structure of human being.Nutrient qi and defensive qi depend on these two kinds of body fluid.Defensive qi not only maintains physiological functions of Jin-ye,but also participates pathomechanism such as Jin-ye consumption, retention, etc. The identity of defensive qi and Jin-ye plays an important role in theory and clinic.
6. Word-computing algorithm based on data envelopment analysis with the corresponding dose effect-medicinal patterns of Shanghanlun
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(13):1131-1136
OBJECTIVE: To construct the data envelopment analysis (DEA) inference model for word-computing. METHODS: Firstly, a syndrome assembly was established based on the Chinese medical patterns contained in Shanghanlun, then the subjective evaluation was set by the linguistic description for the corresponding patterns. Secondly, with the data of decoctions, the evaluation was modified according to the requirement of DEA to construct the inference model. Finally, the word-computing was completed by the inference function of this model. RESULTS: DEA model could describe the diagnostic thinking process of Shanghanlun theory. CONCLUSION: DEA model can upload the information embodied among the words of the corresponding classical doses and symptoms, and it provides a kind of method for modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(2):162-164
Objective To realize job satisfaction of doctors from the secondary hospital and its influencing factors and put forward countermeasures for doctor job satisfaction. Methods 2066 doctors from the secondary hospital were investigated by self-made scale, and analyzed by analysis of variance,non-conditional logistic regression analysis and other methods. Results The average score of total job satisfaction of doctors was (3.44±0.95),in which about 57.6% of doctors expressed satisfaction with the current work. The scale of job itself satisfaction had the hisheet score, that was (3.91±0.79),while the scale of job retum satisfaction had the lowest score, that was (2.85±1.16).Leadership behavior played the most decisive role in doctors job satisfaction(sβ=0.7,P<0.01).Condusion The total job satisfaction of secondary hospital doctors is just above the average and doctors are most dissatisfied with the work concentrated in the areas of return and the practice environment.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(8):1308-1317
To study the effect of physiological conditions on spidroins, we analyzed NTR1SR2CT module secondary structure, aggregation and silk-formation influenced by different salts (in different concentration intervals). According to the full-length Araneus ventricosus MiSp sequence, NTR1SR2CT module was constructed and expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3), and the recombinant proteins were purified by denaturation method mediated by 8 mol/L urea. Random coil and helix are the main secondary structures of NTR1SR2CT and could be induced into beta-sheet by drying natively and lyophilization, where methanol can be used as a promoter. Furthermore, potassium and phosphate cations can cause significant NTR1SR2CT protein aggregation and silk-formation. The results could be a basis for the determination of silk-formation mechanism, and also useful for industrialized generation of high performance spider silk-like fibers.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2010;19(3):241-244
Objective To investigate the correlation of ultrasonographic characteristics and pathologic features for malignant mullerian mixed tumor(MMMT)and determine the diagnostic value of ultrasonography. Methods The uItrasonographic features of 10 MMMTs were analyzed retrospectively and the sonographic findings were compared with histological results and discussed the correlation. Results The morphologic features of US and histology were well associated.Large, solitary lesion,ill-defined irregular shape, honeycombed heterogenous echo-pattern,scattered cystic areas and increased irregular peripheral/internal color flow were typical US findings.Logistic regression analysis showed the type of tumor liquefaction to be the most significant independent predictor of vascularity. Conclusions Ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis of MMMT,the uhrasonographic characteristics of MMMT are well correlated to its pathologic features.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2014;32(3):256-258
OBJECTIVETo observe and evaluate the clinical performance of zirconia crowns made by CEREC inLab computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM) for posterior teeth.
METHODSA total of 242 patients were implanted with zirconia crowns fabricated by CEREC inLab CAD/CAM. The crowns were evaluated by Modified US Public Health Service criteria at baseline, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months. The chi-square test was used to analyze the survival rate.
RESULTSAll but five crowns were evaluated by an independent evaluator at baseline, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months. The survival rate declined with time. The A score percentage was above 85% at 36 months.
CONCLUSIONThe single zirconia crowns fabricated by CEREC inLab CAD/CAM demonstrate satisfactory clinical performance during a short period.
