1.Analysis and countermeasures of the industrial injuries causes of disability: 1142 cases report

目的分析工业伤害发生的特征、现状和危险因素,为今后职业伤害的预防与控制、工伤补偿、职业康复 3项任务的有机结合提供依据。方法根据国际疾病ICD-9分类,从我院 1990年至今的因脊髓损伤、脑卒中、肢体缺失造成的截瘫、偏瘫、截肢者的病历中抽取1142例社会工作个案作为调查研究对象。结果伤残者中男性多于女性,17—50岁是伤害致残的高发年龄段,占86%。残疾类型中截瘫、偏瘫、截肢者占93.7%。致残原因依次为:机动车交通事故、高处坠落伤、脑血管病、重物砸伤、井下砸伤、刀砍伤、运动损伤等。机动车辆交通事故伤者中的工伤人数占63%,高处坠落伤者中的工伤人数占80% ,重物砸伤者中的工伤人数占 89% ,井下砸伤者中的工伤人数占100%。工伤医疗费用来源于企业、事业单位、肇事方的占92.7%。结论机动车辆交通事故是危害人民生命安全的主要危险因素 ,应大力加强交通管理以及相关的科学研究。应采取法律、行政手段加强对建筑、煤矿等行业的治理整顿,这是我国现阶段解决劳动者安全生产问题的有效途径。同时,应加强残疾预防工作,减轻社会整体负担。
3.Group counseling of social rehabilitation for the parents with cerebral palsy children

ObjectiveTo explore a method to support the parents of cerebral palsy children.Methods28 parents of cerebral palsy patients were ask to communicate and establish self-assistance group.Self-Assessed Scale of Satisfaction in Group was used to assess the efficacy.ResultsThe mean score of every item was 7.01~8.15.ConclusionGroup counseling can help the cerebral palsy children and their parents to improve the personality development,and to optimize their psychological quality.
4.A microanatomical study of anterior subtemporal transepidual-anterior transpetrous keyhole approach assisted by neuronavigation

Background To investigate the feasibility of a novel anterior subtemporal transepidural-anterior transpetrous keyhole approach assisted by neuronavigation in attempt to apply the keyhole conception to imitate a new keyhole approach and to observe microanatomical structures, which can be regard as the base of this approach for clinical use. Methods The new keyhole approach was imitated by using ten adult cadaveric heads fixed in 10% formalin and perfused intracranial vessels with colored silicone. Under operative microscope, the anatomic structures were observed and important structures were measured after the maximal anterior petrous bone removal and the cavernous sinus exposure. Results The approach could provide a full visualization for the lateral structures and the internal contents of the cavernous sinus. The upper and middle clivus, the cerebellopintine angle, basilar artery and anterior inferior cerebellar artery were exposed after the maximal anterior petrous bone removal. Conclusions It is feasible to perform the anterior subtemporal transepidural-anterior transpetrous keyhole approach on operation of lesions involved in the cavernous sinus or/and the upper and middle clival regions.
5.Spinal cord injuries due to accidental injuries in schools: 26 students survey report

目的探讨校园意外伤害发生的原因、特征和危险因素,为伤害预防与控制、残疾补偿、社会康复的有机结合提供参考依据。方法以1990—2002年因校园意外伤害造成脊髓损伤的 26例残疾学生作为个案调查研究对象。为了解校园意外伤害事故的致残原因及受伤后的处理情况,对仍在院接受治疗的残疾学生进行随访。结果伤害致残者中男生多于女生;初高中学生是伤害致残的高发人群(69%);校园意外伤害致残原因依次为:①体育训练;②跳水、潜水;③嬉闹摔伤;④高处坠落;⑤坠落物撞击;⑥钝器、刀砍击伤。医疗费用73%由校方支付。结论校园不安全隐患是危害学生生命安全的主要危险因素;提高青少年自我保护意识和自我防卫能力、加强安全教育、建立环境安全检查制度、定期对学校设施进行检查和维护是减少校园意外伤害事件的重要措施
6.Determination of Danshensu and Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Huoxue Capsule

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Danshensu and Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Huoxue capsule. Methods The HPLC method was adopted for the determination. Danshensu and Protocatechuic Aldehyde were used as the standard. Detection wave length was set at 280 nm,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5 % HAc (30∶70). Results The linear range of Danshensu was 0.421~3.364 ?g and Protocatechuic Aldehyde was 0.212~1.699 ?g. The average recovery rate of Danshensu was 100.05% with RSD of 3.07% and Protocatechuic Aldehyde was 99.39% with RSD of 1.62%. Conclusion This method is accurate,specific and reliable for the quality control of Huoxue capsule.
7.Effects of Exogenous No-DL-3-Hydroxybutyrate and Insulin on Skeletal Muscle Protein Metabolism in Rats after Early Severe Burn Injury

The effects of exogenous Na-DL-3-hydroxybutyate (3-HOBNa)and insulin(I) on skeletal muscle protein metabolism in rats inflicctcd with 37% TBSA full thickness scalding were studied It was found that the scrum acctoacctatc (AcAc) of the burned animals showed no significant difference from the control on the 4th day postburn,but the free fatty acid (FFA) decreased markedly and the urinary 3 - methylhistididne(3-MH) excretion and the protein de -gradation rate of the soleus muscle of the injured hind limb increased na kedly.Infusion of 3-HOBNa for 3 consecutive days following burns could lower the urinary 3-MH excretion and the protein,degradation rate of the soleus muscle with no significant influence on the skeletal muscle protein anabolism.Moreover,investigations revealed that there was no syncrgistic effect of insulin-kctone body combinalioan on the anti-catabolic capacity in burned rats.
8.Angelica sinensis polysaccharides prevents rat from hepatic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate to the role of Angelica sinensis polysaccharides (ASP) against hepatic encephalopathy and explore the probable mechanism. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were established into carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced liver cirrhosis,then treated with distilled water (negative control),lactulose (positive control),ASP solution (10,20 and 40 g/L respectively,intragastrically at dose of 10 ml.kg-1.d-1) for 14 days. On 15th day,all the survival rats were intraperitoneally injected with endotoxin (3 mg/kg) once,then in the following 12 h,the rats that fall into coma were counted and the time period of coma was recorded. The blood plasma concentrations of ammonia,serum glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) were determined. The apoptotic cerebral cells were dyed in situ by TUNEL. Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in astrocytes was determined by immunohistochemical method. Then we counted the apoptotic cerebral cells and GFAP positive cells under light microscope. Results The survival rats in distilled water group were highest in the concentrations of ammonia,GPT and GOT,the amount of apoptotic cerebral cells,and coma rate than the rats in other groups. The rats in 40 g/L ASP group had the higher ammonia level,GOT concentration,coma rate than those in lactulose group. The rats in 3 ASP groups all had less apoptotic cerebral cells than those in lactulose group. As to GFAP,distilled water group had the lowest immunological activity,and the GFAP immunological positive cells of 3 ASP groups were all more than those in lactulose group. Conclusion ASP,even more effective than lactulose,can protect rat brain function and delay the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy,whose effects may be related to the decrease of blood ammonia,the amelioration of liver function as well as the protection of astrocyte function and neuronic activity.

Microbial selective side-chain degradation of phytosterol,which can obtain the steroid medicine intermediate compounds-androst-4-ene-3,17-dione (4-AD) and androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione (ADD),has an important meaning to pharmacy. There is no systematic literature concerned in existence. Its mechnism,approaches,influencing factors and so on over these years were fully reviewed in the paper. The trend of development in the area is expanded.
