Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of programmed cell death 1 ligand (PD-L1) and programmed cell death factor-1 (PD-1) in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). Methods Immunohistochem?istry was used to detect expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 in PTCL (test group, n=51) and benign proliferative lesions of lymph node tissues (control group, n=20). The correlations of PD-L1 and PD-1 expressions with clinical pathological param?eters and prognosis were analyzed between two groups. Results The expression level of PD-L1 was significantly higher in PTCL group than that in control group (74.51%vs 35.00%,χ2=9.662, P<0.05). The positive expression of PD-1 was signifi?cantly higher in PTCL group than that in control group (66.67%vs 25.00%,χ2=10.074, P<0.05). There were significant dif?ferences in PD-L1 and PD-1 expressions between different peripheral lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels of PTCL group (P<0.05). After two cycles of CHOP or ECHOP treatments, the response rate (RR) was higher in PD-L1 negative group than that in positive group (84.6%vs 47.4%,χ2=5.478, P<0.05), and RR was higher in PD-1 negative group than that in positive group(82.4%vs 44.1%,χ2=6.755, P<0.05). The median overall survival (OS) time was higher in PD-L1 negative group than that in positive group (29.8 months vs 17.6 months,χ2=4.413, P<0.05) and the median OS time was higher in PD-1 negative group than that in positive group (29.8 months vs 17.6 months,χ2=8.293, P<0.05). Conclusion There are high expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 in peripheral T-cell lymphoma, which is closely related with the elevated LDH in peripheral blood, poor response rate and shorter OS. Therefore, the expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 can be used as factors of worse effect of chemotherapy and poor prognosis.

The article analyzed the contemporary study of pattern recognition of tongue images in traditional Chinese medicine by computer technology from its key sectors. It regards that the methods of orthogonal design and evaluation of image quality should be introduced to get a high-quality and practicable condition. In the field of tongue image segmentation, multiple methods used together are expected to improve the effect of segmentation. A scientific and canonical standard of tongue diagnosis based on comprehensive experts' experience with Delphi evaluation method and multi-center experts diagnosis on internet are also very essential. The study of pattern recognition on tongue image is still concentrated on the color. Further study should be extended to achieve quantification. And a comprehensive diagnosis on pattern recognition of tongue image is the aim that should be focused on later.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) or percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) using meta-analysis method, in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.

METHODSA systematic computer-based search (from January 1987 to April 2014) from CNKI, Wanfang database, Web of Science and PubMed were performed for the collection of controlled clinical researches on manipulative reduction combined with PVP or PKP in treating OVCF. The quality of selected researches was evaluated. Meta-analysis was adopted to evaluate visual analog scale, Cobb angle, anterior height ratio of the injured vertebra.

RESULTSA total of 7 researches of 410 patients were included in the present analysis, there were 5 RCTs and 2 non-RCTs and all come from China. Manipulative reduction combined with PVP could got better improvement in Cobb angle (WMD=-7.35; 95%CI: -12.15, -2.54) and anterior height ratio of the injured vertebra (P<0.01) than simple PVP, but no significant difference was found in improvement of visual analog scale (WMD=-0.01; 95%CI: -0.45, 0.42). There were no significant differences in the improvement of visual analog scale, Cobb angle, anterior height ratio of the injured vertebra between manipulative reduction combined with PKP and simple PKP (P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONCompared with simple PVP, manipulative reduction combined with PVP may result in more clinical efficacy on the improvement of Cobb angle and anterior ratio of the injured vertebra. And compared with simple PKP, manipulative reduction combined with PKP has no obvious advantages on the improvement of visual analog scale, Cobb angle, anterior height ratio of the injured vertebra. However, the number and quality of the literatures, may resulted in the effect of mistrust, so more large sample and high-quality RCTs are needed in future.

we examined the serum copper level in 125 pregnant women (83) normal pregnant women of 28～40 weeks of pregnancy; 12 patients with se-vere edema-proteinurine-hyperterision syndromeduring 37～40 weeks of pregnancy; 30 patientswith prolonged pregnancy) and compared it withurine E/C value and Apgar score in order to deter-mine the reliability of serum copper value in diag-nosing placental insufficiency. The results con-firmed that the serum copper value was increasingwith the growth of weeks of pregnancy, but it wasdecreasing after the fortieth week of pregnancy.Comparison of the serum copper value with theurine E/C value showed that when the E/C or = 10. And when the Apgar score7. These results indicatethat the serum copper value can serve as an indexof placental function in the third trimester of preg-nancy.

Objective To explore the usage of anatomic al M-mode echocardiography in observing pulmonary artery motion curve of pulmonary hypertension patients.Methods The subjects included 21 pulmonary hypertension patients complicated with tricuspid valve insufficiency, and 21 controls whose age and gender matched with the patient group. The inner diameter of main pulmonary artery and right atrium, acceleration time of pulmonary valve Doppler signal and maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency (ACTpv) were measured during routine echo examination. From the maximum velocity of tricuspid insufficiency the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) was calculated. The pulmonary artery motion curve and pulsating amplitude of pulmonary artery wall (PAWPA) was observed and measured with a home-made anatomical M-mode echocardiography with instrument. [Objective] To explore the mechanism of its formation of sublingual varix in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC) and from the vessels and haemodynamics so as to establish the basis for its future clinical study.[Methods] The related indexes of the haemodynamics vessels tongue and the portal system were measured by Doppler ultrasound.Then the mechanism of the formation of abnormal sublingual varix was explored from the local microcirculation of tongue,the morphology and haemodynamics of the tongue vessels and portal system.[Conclusion]The formation of abnormal sublingual varix was related to haemodynamics of the tongue,and the abnormal morphology and haemodynamics of portal system.The deep mechanism need to be further explored.
