1.Effect of neoplastic stem cell in neoplasm metastasis
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(1):22-24
Neoplastic stem cell (NSC),cells with stem cell properties, which out of control of proliferation properties can be formed cancer. It plays an important role in the neoplasm metastasis, and its mechanism throughout the tumorigenesis, development and prognosis.
2.Radioimmunotherapy of solid tumor
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(7):501-504
Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) is one kind of targeted immunotherapy. It is a better therapy of tumour treatment for its distinct advantages. Nowadays, it has been widely used to treat lymphoma, and part of solid tumors. In this review, basic research and clinical application related to solid tumor are summarized.
4.Exploration on establishment of teaching material library based on integrable ware notion for nutrition and food hygiene
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1111-1114
The teaching material library of nutrition and food hygiene was established based on the concept of integrable ware. This paper discussed on the methods and the experiences. The establishing principle must be clear, knowledge points should be separated into parts accurately, courseware and other computerized teaching materials should be made into full use and convenient and efficient retrieval method must be established. In the future, teaching material library and platform construction should be improved and study of educational technology should be strengthened to improve teaching quality and adapt to modern teaching requirements.
5.Detection and isolation of cancer stem cells in primary and metastatic carcinoma tissues of colorectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2014;(9):1000-1003
Purpose To detect and isolate cancer stem cells ( CSC) in fresh specimens of primary and metastatic carcinoma tissues from 10 cases of colorectal cancer to study the biological functions and mechanisms of migrating cancer stem cells. Methods Suspen-sions of primary and metastatic colorectal cancer cells were labeled with antibodies CD133-PE and CD44-FITC, and then flow cytometry was used to detect and isolate the CD133-PE-positive and CD44-FITC-positive cells. Results There were certain percentages of CD133-positive and CD44-positive cells present in primary and metastatic colorectal cancer and the proportion of CSC in metastatic colorectal cancer was higher than that in primary cancer tissue (P<0.05). Conclusions There are CSC in both primary and meta-static colorectal cancer and the proportion of CSC in metastatic colorectal cancer is significantly higher than that in primary cancer tis-sue, suggesting that CSC play an important role in the metastasis of colorectal cancer.

7.PLASMA ARGININE VASOPRESSIN ESTIMATION IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF NON-OSMOTIC POLYURIA
Jia-Qing ZHANG ; Lindept PING ;
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
The plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP) level was measured by RIA in 19 patients with polyuria and polydipsia, and the AVP measurement was compared with indirect tests. The AVP levels were very low in 13 patients with central diabetes insipidus and normal in 6 patients with primary polydipsia. The direct assay was correspondent to the indirect criteria in 89% of the patients. We concluded that the use of AVP assay improves accuracy in the differential diagnosis of polyuria, and is important in the diagnosis of these diseases.
8.Study on Mutated DHDPS Gene as Selectable Marker of Transgenic Plant

China Biotechnology 2006;0(05):-
The rodipicolinate synthase gene was cloned from Nicotiana tabacum L.cv,which encodes the key enzyme in the synthesis of lysine, and then a vitro molecular reform reliefing feedback suppression was made. Some resistant seedlings were acquired using the mutated gene as selectable marker and analog of lysine as selectable reagent, and the detection results were positive by means of PCR and Real-Time PCR,however the phenotype is somewhat abnormal.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2008;24(4):461-462
Pachydermoperiostosis is a rare genetic disease affecting both skin and bones. Excluding some secondary causes such as pulmonary or cardiac disease, young men with digital clubbing, pachydermia and periostosis should be considered to be suffering from pachydermoperiostosis.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(8):1308-1317
To study the effect of physiological conditions on spidroins, we analyzed NTR1SR2CT module secondary structure, aggregation and silk-formation influenced by different salts (in different concentration intervals). According to the full-length Araneus ventricosus MiSp sequence, NTR1SR2CT module was constructed and expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3), and the recombinant proteins were purified by denaturation method mediated by 8 mol/L urea. Random coil and helix are the main secondary structures of NTR1SR2CT and could be induced into beta-sheet by drying natively and lyophilization, where methanol can be used as a promoter. Furthermore, potassium and phosphate cations can cause significant NTR1SR2CT protein aggregation and silk-formation. The results could be a basis for the determination of silk-formation mechanism, and also useful for industrialized generation of high performance spider silk-like fibers.
