Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):204-206
Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel and aspirin on preventing cerebral infarction in elderly patients with transient ischemic attack, and the influence on blood lipid and platelet. Methods 80 elderly patients with TIA were treated in Haiyan people's hospital from September 2014 to May 2017.All the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with clopidogrel and aspirin, and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel and aspirin. The effect of cerebral infarction prevention, blood lipid and platelet change were compared between the two groups. Results Cerebral infarction incidence was 5% in the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10%, which were significantly lower than 22.5% and 17.5% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients with blood lipid levels after the treatment, the indicators of the observation groupTC (4.89±1.13) mmol/L、TG (1.04±1.02) mmol/L、LDL-C (2.62±1.22) mmol/L was significantly lower than the control group (5.57±1.20) mmol/L、(1.58±1.06) mmol/L、(3.39±1.24) mmol/L, with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment, PT (16.88±1.97), APTT (46.23±4.22) in the observation group were longer than (14.01±2.02) (38.21±3.99) in the control group, PLT (150.44±9.87) in the observation group is lower (165.82±9.71) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel and aspirin has a significant effect on the prevention of elderly patients with transient ischemic attack of cerebral infarction, which can reduce the blood lipid level, prolong PT, reduce PLT, APTT, and has high value in clinical application.

Objective: To investigate the mode of cell death caused by NDV strain Changchun and NDV strain Siping. Methods: Plaque formation, cell suppression test, gel electrophoresis, and TUNEL assay were used after the cells were infected by NDV. Results: The apparently pathological changes were observed in chicken embryo fibroblasts, BHK, Hela, Hep 2, HCT and OS 732 tumor cells, but not in Wish cells. The higher suppressed effect on tumor cells was found in the NDV strain Changchun than that in the NDV strain Siping. There was no dose effect relationship between NDV and tumor cell suppression, only optimum dose NDV could cause maximal tumor cells inhibitory effect. Conclusion: The mode of cell death might be different after infection of NDV. The NDV strain Changchun killed tumor cells mainly through apoptosis, while the NDV strain Siping killed tumor cells mainly through necrosis. \[

PurposeThere is a certain correlation between parameters of CT perfusion imaging and pathological type and angiogenesis in lung cancer, in order to discuss the value of CT perfusion imaging parameters such as blood volume (BV), blood flow (BF), time to peak (TTP) and peak enhancement image (PEI) for prognosis, this study is designed to observe the relationship between the parameters of CT perfusion imaging and micro lymphovascular density (MLVD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Materials and Methods 100 patients were enrolled in the study, all of them underwent CT perfusion imaging and 60 were diagnosed NSCLC by pathology, immunohistochemical staining was performed to determine the expressions of MLVD of the 60 NSCLC, and the correlation analyses were carried out to determine the relationship between CT perfusion imaging and MLVD.Results The expression of MLVD was the most in the peripheral tissue of cancer (25.16±1.28), the next in the cancer tissue (16.38±3.58), and the least in the normal lung tissue (7.56±4.38), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was positive correlation between MLVD with BF and BV of the tumor (r=0.643 and 0.598, P<0.01).Conclusion Some parameters of CT perfusion imaging are correlated with MLVD, the invasion and metastasis in lung carcinoma can be predicted to some extent according to this correlation. Parameters of CT perfusion imaging such as BF and BV are correlated with MLVD in patients with NSCLC, thus can be used to predict the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.

Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and the mi-crovessel density (MVD)with multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging. Methods 80 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules under-went perfusion scan by 16-slice spiral CT.Among them,45 diagnosed as lung cancer by pathology were enrolled in the study. After surgery, the slice of the pecimen was selected similar to the corresponding slice of CT images, and the immunohistochemical staining was performed to determine the expression of VEGF and the MVD.Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the rela-tionship of expression of VEGF and the MVD with CT perfusion parameters. Results There was more expression of VEGF and the MVD in NSCLC.There were positive correlations between VEGF,MVD and BF (both P<0.05).The peak enhancement image (PEI)and TTP have significant correlations with MVD (P<0.05).Conclusion Some parameters of lung CT perfusion imaging are correlated with MVD and VEGF.
