Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(21):72-73
ObjectiveTo study the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and de-pression of patients before Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in resection of benign breast lump. Methods120 patients with breast lumps were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The psychological intervention was used in the experimental group be-fore the surgery, including psychological cognition, psychological guidance and support, family support, etc,and the routine nursing care was given to the control group. SDS and SAS were used to evaluate the psy-chological state of the two groups before surgery using χ2 test. ResultsThe anxiety and depression score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. ConclusionsThe psy-chological intervention before Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in resection of benign breast lump can effectively ameliorate the anxiety and depression of patients.
2.Clinical characteristics of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis in children and adults
Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2016;42(11):658-663
Objective To compare and analyze differences in clinical characteristics, auxiliary examination and im?munotherapy between children with anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptor encephalitis and adults. Methods Clinical data was retrospectively collected from 34 cases anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis. All people were divided into the child group and the adult according to the age of onset and the inpatient department. Score of Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) before and after treatment and follow-up period (6 months~24 months) were compared to estimate the neurologi?cal outcomes. Results Data from 34 patients including 19 children and 15 adults was analyzed. Hypoventilation, epilep?sy and status epilepticus were more common in the adult group than in the child. The positive rate of EEG delta brush was higher in child group than in adult group. Two women were complicated by suspicious ovarian teratoma. Intravenous immune globulin was used commonly in the child group, while the plasma exchange or immunosuppressant used common?ly in the adult group. Time of onset to hospital admission and final diagnosis were shorter in the child group than in the adult. Patients requiring ICU were fewer in the child group than in the adult. The scores of mRS were significantly lower in the child group than in the adult at hospital discharge (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical characteristics is more compli?cated in adults with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis compared with children including a worse disease severity and a poorer short-term outcome.
3.The Application of Micro-Teaching in Teaching Language Skills in Medical Colleges
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Objective: To improve the language teaching ability of teachers.Method: The teachers younger than 35-year-old youth from the Premedical courses were selected for observation of teaching, and they were divided into control and experimental classes in teaching language classes for quantitative evaluation skills.Result: The distribution of scores of the classes focused on the 80 to 95 between classes and the scores were mostly concentrated in between 65 to 80.P

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(1):17-21
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injections of conbercept in choroidal neovascularization (CNV) secondary to pathologic myopia (PM).Methods A retrospective case series of 37 eyes of 37 patients affected with CNV secondary to PM treated by intravitreal injections of Conbercept. All the patients were examined with best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS) chart, central macular thickness (CMT) of optical coherence tomography (OCT) at baseline. The initial average letters of ETDRS BCVA was 49.86±8.87,CMT was (306.38±31.01) μm.All eyes were treated with intravitreal Conbercept 0.05 ml (10 mg/ml).Follow up visits were performed monthly after injection. The mean follow-up time was 16.8 months.Injections were repeated according to the situation of BCVA,CMT,subretinal fluid and CNV leakage in follow-up.All eyes received an average of 4.8 injections.BCVA,CMT and ophthalmoscope examination were assessed monthly. The relationship of BCVA improvement and CMT reduction with the data at baseline and number of treatments were analyzed by Spearman Rho correlation respectively. Results During the 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment, the mean BCVA were all improved with statistically significant difference (t=17.629,P<0.01).At 12 months,15 eyes (45.9%) had improvement of 15 letters or more,32 eyes (86.5%) had improvement of 5 letters or more, and 1 eye (2.7%) had decreased more than 5 letters.During the 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment, the mean CMT were all decreased with statistically significant difference (F=43.726,P<0.01).At 12 months, the retinal fluid of 34 eyes (91.9%) were absorbed completely;33 eyes (89.2%) had angiographic closure at that time. There was no significant relevance between BCVA improvement and sex,age and course of the disease (P>0.05),but a significant negative correlation was found between the BCVA improvement and BCVA at baseline, injection times (P<0.05).There was no significant relevance between CMT reduction and sex, age, course of the disease and injection times (P>0.05),but a significant positive correlation was found between CMT reduction and CMT at baseline (P<0.05).There were no systemic or ocular serious side effects during the follow up.Conclusions Intravitreal injections of Conbercept showed BCVA improvement and CMT reduction. It appeared to be effective and safe for choroidal neovascularization secondary to pathologic myopia.Intravitreal Conbercept for CNV secondary to PM showed BCVA improvement,CMT reduction and safety.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(8):779-783
Community-acquired methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) is one of the most important pathogen and can cause infection ranging from superficial skin infections to life-threatening disease. The prevalence of CA-MRSA is rising in children in these years. Therefore, the review will cover the research progress in the CA-MRSA prevalence, risk factors, clinical manifestation, treatment and preventions in children. The risk factors and disease patterns and antimicrobial resistant rates in different parts of China in the recent decade will be also discussed.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(1):52-55
Objective To analyze tissue vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (VEGFR-1)and VEGFR-2 and their soluble form (sVEFGR-1 and sVEGFR-2) in the plasma in patients with preeclampsia, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods sVEGFR-1 and sVEGFR-2 expressions in plasma of normal pregnancy women and preeclampsia patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay (ELISA) ; VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2,sVEGFR-1 and sVEGFR-2 mRNA expressions of normal pregnancy women and preeclampsia patients in placenta were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results ELISA results showed that the level of sVEGFR-1 in plasma of normal control group before and after delivery was (12.33 ± 1.52) ng/ml and (4.55 ± 0.31) ng/ml,respectively,while that of preeclampsia group was (77.25 ± 9.47) ng/ml and (8.13 ± 0.74) ng/ml,respectively; the differences between before and after delivery in the two groups were of statistical significance. The level of sVEGFR 2 in plasma of normal control group before and after delivery was (8.74 ± 1.24) ng/ml and (6.43± 0.55) ng/ml,respectively,while that of preeclampsia group was (5.69 ± 0.75) ng/ml and (4.96 ±0.67) ng/ml,respectively.RT-PCR results were consistent with ELISA results. Conclusions Rapid decrease of plasma sVEGFR-1 and continuously low-level expression of plasma sVEGFR-2 indicated that VEGFR-1 might be closely related to preeclampsia, and decrease of plasma sVEGFR-2 in preeclampsia women might be taken as a marker of endothelial cell function disorder.
